My parents heater had started to give us trouble and so I made an appointment with Pearce Heating and Air to come out to look at what was going on. Unfortunately, it was an issue that would not always replicate itself so the first time a technician came out he couldn’t diagnose a problem. When I called back, they sent out Derrick, who is a senior technician, and through discussions with him we decided the unit needed to be replaced. Since it was 25 years old, we didn’t want to put a bunch of money into replacing parts that we weren’t sure would fix the issue.Two days later, the install was completed by Roscoe and Anthony. They were wonderful, did a super job, cleaned up after themselves, and answered any and all questions my parents had. The whole process from beginning to end has been wonderful and Pearce made it very easy for us. I highly recommend. Thank you Pearce!

Very thorough on the inspection of the duct work, filter and furnace. The camera he uses was very impressive and all images were clear. He also provided a very thorough report with pictures and understandable explanations. Office staff are always available and pleasant if we call to ask questions and the maintenance staff are always clean knowledgeable and informative. John was great. Came in early ready to tackle my service. I have a split unit, which requires him to work on two different units. Great at explaining the systems and how they work. Explains everything going on in the attic with pictures of the units. I explained to John how my energy expenses have doubled over the last summer season. He explained I should look a a mini split unit for my add on area. If you need a repair they take care of it quickly. Then I had my repair done several months ago I bought a yearly subscription that came with free tune ups yearly on the heater and AC. They called 10 mins before my appointment window to cancel. Don't buy the yearly warranty. They cancelled be to cover money making jobs before servicing me. Everyone I interacted with in the company was so kind and helpful. They explained everything clearly and were patient with my questions. I never felt pressured to upgrade any services. When they came to do the duct cleaning, they were on time and it only took 2 hours (we have a smaller home so I’m not sure what it’s be for larger homes). They were professional and kind. Pearce is amazing, they came through for us in July of 2022 with responding super quickly and then installing a new AC a few days later. The response time was amazing, I was panicking because I had 6 month old triplets at the time and our AC wasn't working. I ended up needing a new AC since my pets destroyed it. But, they were quick and professional. I just had a furnace maintenance done and the technician was super kind and very thorough. We appreciate all the kindness and professionalism your company provides and you guys really have amazing workers. Even your dispatchers are amazing! Today my air-conditioner stopped cooling, and it is a very hot day. I do not do well with heat. I get sick. I called some companies to see if any of them could send a technician today. Pearce Heating and Air Conditioning was unusually receptive and, in spite of being very busy, managed to send me a wonderful technician by the name of Chad. He was obviously very experienced and competent and took care of the problem right away. In addition to that, he was a very nice person, and it was a pleasure talking to him. This was first rate professional and customer service, and I give this company the highest possible rating.

Extremely dissatisfied with their services. I have been trying to schedule maintenance with them since April. They cancelled on us 4 times. And finally when they arrived today they had no idea how to access my HVAC. The agent was supposed to call our landlord and figure out all the access codes. I had clearly asked her 2 weeks ago to contact the landlord and figure out the access codes and if she cannot contact them let me know. Of course they dropped the ball, again. Extremely unprofessional.
