I was in town for a wedding from the east coast and struggling to find a place to watch a hockey game. I called Hooby’s and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. It was truly such a pleasure to meet Cassie, Jackie, Nick and Courtney and should I ever find myself in Winters again, I will be sure to give them more of my business. I can't reccomend this staff any higher and the pizza was also such a treat, I was a particular fan of the supreme and the garlic chicken.

We did a race in Winters and part of the race, you get a free beer at Hooby's. I really liked how they renovated the place. Beer was good, but they need to invest in pest control measures. The flies were exhausting, since they had the doors open. I would have given them 4 stars, except for that.

Hooby’s is a great spot in Winters to grab a bite to eat, drink a cold beer and be with friends and family (fur family too—a leashed cat is even a regular visitor!) The Stocking family are phenomenal folks who treat their guests like true friends. Whether you enjoy live music, cornhole, trivia or Bingo, Hooby’s has something for people of all ages. Check out their farm during the Spring and Summer for food trucks, live music and farm animals!

Waffles and beer, two great tastes that taste great together. Hooby Brewing serves a waffle themed menu and innovated beers. The tap room conveys a fruit packing shed with a rustic cabin feel. The 9 foot tall antique wooden doors and the ceiling lights that dangle from old fruit packing ladders are memorabilia of Winters history. Hooby's brewing is a place where people can connect with family, friends or a first date. There are board games, cards, bocce ball courts and cornhole . It's a great date spot. Grab a cold beer and find a cozy place outside to get to know each other. Or break the ice and start off with a friendly Cornhole game. Great beer, people, and food. Every Friday night there’s a local singing songs with his guitar, pizza on the weekends and a great vibe. Owned by two local twins that use their own farm fresh product for their food and take home items. Their pickles and Monticello beer are my two favorites personally. Also, they allow dogs on their patio, something that definitely helped me when I first moved here. Definitely worth a stop

Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Blue Cheese waffle sandwich and the Monticello Stout. Both were delicious! I really liked the vibe and decor here. They even have an indoor area in the back for Cornhole Tournaments!

I loved this place!! When you walk in, you are greeted by friendly staff who help you decide on which type of brew you want to try. They give samples!! Yes, and you can try all of them. I'd do this over wine tasting any day ,but that's me!! Anyways, I got the Wrong Turn which was light and tasted very good. Came home with Seeing Double and no not seeing double like I was wasted, the actual pilsner I tried and loved!! So yes, you can bring your favorite brew home too!!The atmosphere was so much fun!! They had a shelving unit filled with all my childhood games!! You isn't down for pick up sticks or the game of sorry!! So much fun!! They even have Cornhole on certain days I think Wednesdays and definitely Saturdays, we missed it though.So if you are in the town of Winters and would love to hang out and play games or just kick back and taste some brew, you will love this place. Hands down!!

Had a bridal shower at Hooby's recently and it was absolutely wonderful. Courtney and the staff did a fabulous job. They were so accommodating and easy to work with. If you stop in you have to try their cheese boards. They were delicious. Sandwiches were delicious to. My new favorite place in Winters! Thanks!

First time there, loved it.The pretzel dog was more like a waffle dog on a stick but it was delicious! The spicy hot mustard, sauerkraut,and potato salad exceptional.The Irish Red Ale super. Can't wait to go back.

Beer was tasty, atmosphere was friendly and I can definitely see coming back later in the year. The Hazy IPA and Session IPA were our favorites. We ordered the pretzel bites but they were different than expected. Not bad but seemed more like bread dough than pretzel dough.

We've been here once before and the beer and food was amazing. We ordered a bit of everything this time and the best items were the churro waffle and double grilled cheese waffle. My wife had the buffalo chicken sandwich that was lacking blue cheese and was dry (little to no buffalo sauce). I had the buffalo chicken salad which had only two small crumbs of blue cheese and nothing much else. Would have sent it back, but covid concerns and lack of eating all day prevailed. Tasted their IPA and kolsch, sub par beers. If any place calls themselves a brewery, I expect the star of the show to be the beer. Since microbrews are popular now, many places make ok beer and they will sell. People, demand better beer, like Russian River and Heretic and Highwater just to name a few breweries in the area that make good and outstanding beer.

Food was really terrible. Like parents aren’t home and older sibling who has never cooked in their life makes dinner kind of bad...Beer was good though. Just don’t go if you want food.

Not COVID friendly. Went last weekend and none of the staff were wearing masks even with the reinstated mask mandate indoors and no cleaning the tables between parties. No ventilation. Outside of that, beer was not great without a lot of variety and food left a lot to be desired.
