Hard to rate a place such as this appropriately. Great place to have a drink, a fun atmosphere. On the day we visited the food situation was a disaster with the kitchen “backed up” over an hour but they were barely getting 3 orders out each hour. Serious back of house mismanagement. The place was not terribly busy. The inside area where we sat was not more than half full.And then the food was laughably bad on top of it - my “carne asada” burrito came with tri tip and chicken inside it, and was dry as a bone. It was warm, but not hot by any means.Front of house staff was friendly and comped us a few drinks to help offset the back of house circus. They were also visibly frustrated with whatever was going on in the kitchen.Take home message, go have a good drink and enjoy the atmosphere, but eat elsewhere until they prove they can run a kitchen. And based on my experience don’t hold your breath that they’ll ever figure it out, so regard this more as a bar.

We stopped in to try this place out for some dinner during the week on a Monday night. It was not busy at all, just walked right in and got a table. The many different choices of beer on tap that you pour yourself is a great idea 👍👍 the brisket sandwich was very tasty and moist. We also got the pot pie 🥧 and it is way bigger and better than it looks in the picture 👍👍 I would definitely recommend this place if you are in the area.

I have been coming here since it first opened. Although we slowly stopped coming as often due to the inconsistency with the food, drinks, and atmosphere. It feels like they do not take as much pride in their workplace as they once use to. We love the idea of family friendly, but there have been multiple times we have come and the downstairs was not open. Causing the outdoor family appeal to dwindle.Suggestion during football season: Sunday football all day- (Better advertisement)open the downstairs, have the heaters lit, and have the games on all day… including upstairs. We came to watch the niner game with family/friends and they had 3 tables of people, bull riding and college basketball ball on. Some of the TVs not on upstairs and the downstairs completely not working and closed. There were multiple great games that could have been on, but that wasn’t the case. We had planned a large group meeting us here for the game. Instead the group left for another family location to hangout. Hopefully next time we won’t have to leave.We love this place and hope you can bring back the atmosphere to its original glory.Positive- Bottomless Bloody till 2pm, delicious.

Sunday afternoon has live music outdoor and people celebrate birthday and graduation.It has lots of parking spaces.Food is very delicious and varies beers to drink.Kids run and have fun on huge sand area. At the back, you can walk around beautiful green river! Lots of outdoor tables , you will feel peaceful to enjoy there!

They had their second Reggae By The Creek event and it was awesome. They had everything set up outside in the back. There was parking on the lower level, vendors selling handmade items, employees walking around with ice cream cones to help keep people cool and happy. The bands who played were great.

A self-serve beer wall is a great concept. I like the idea of being able to pick and pour as little or as much as you want. The Green River Brewing and Tap charges by the ounce. There is a huge selection of standard beers on tap. As a beer enthusiast, I was hoping to find stellar craft beers on tap. Unfortunately, there wasn't any beers I wanted to try. This could be a great date spot, since there are an abundant of activities to enjoy on the 4-acre property. There is live music, volleyball, cornhole and fire pits. Start the date off by sampling the beer wall or order a cocktail at the bar. Then head outside and enjoy the views of the spacious backyard located on the Putah Creek. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

Food could be better but I like the atmosphere and beer experience. Recommend the brewery's hazy ipa.Had the Youngs Canyon with optional fried chicken. I think the only thing I liked about this was the crunchy bread it came with. Chicken was rock hard in places and under cooked in others. Came over sauced with spread as well.. I would prefer or suggest a slaw, aoli, pickles toppings, and fresh chicken filet battered and fried. I'm thinking whatever was used was frozen with freezer burn and cause some of the portions to be under cooked. Otherwise I like the staff and the atmosphere, cool pour your own taps to let people explore. Fun.

The coolest place ever! We were overall impressed with every part of this visit. Food was fantastic, bet selection was outstanding and staff was wonderful. It was a new experience and it was one of our favorites. We went with a large group and everything ran ultra smoothly. I highly recommend checking it out if you haven't. It's worth the drive!

Friend suggestion, so glad he did; this place is great. Cool concept of help yourself beer sort of like frozen yogurt pulls except with beer. Friendly staff who helped us newbies. They have indoor and outdoor seating full of games, volleyball and horseshoe. Fun place to take group of friends and family. Nice selection of beer and food while a little pricey quite tasty and excellent portions. Definitely would recommend and planning on visiting again.

Fun and inviting atmosphere will greet you as you walk in. The crew at Green River Brewing is always happy to see you and very outgoing making you feel like a local. Can’t make a choice on what craft brew to choose - just ask. The staff is very in tune with your description of taste in beer and will suggest tastings for you. Now, the food. Amazing. The perfect addition to your favorite brew. The pizza is exceptional adding to your experience with your craft brew. Check them out if you’re in the area.

Showed up here for a friend who was playing some acoustic music. What a surprise this was. The food was over the top. The pineapple beer sample was amaze-balls. Get the pork bellies! Omg!! Chili cheese fries too. Yummmmmmmmy.

This Place is awesome! I don't drink beer, but my husband does and the beer wall makes his eyes light up. They also have a full bar for people like me and their Bloody Mary is beautiful. Onto the food, the most delicious artichoke dip with crostini ever, actually everything I've had to eat here is yummy. They open early on Sundays for football and it's a great place to watch the games with several TV's.The outdoor area is like a park, a pretty park.Last but not least all the staff I've encountered is very welcoming and friendly.

Awesome beer wall with a wide selection from pilsners to ipas to porters and stouts. They also have one or two ciders on tap. The food is really good as well. I loved the pulled pork bbq pizza. Service was speedy and friendly. The cobbler is huge (serves at least 3).

Super Hot day on top of the whole pandemic going on. Luckily these guys know how to do it right from the outside bar to the misters and plenty of spacing between everybody, it was awesome and the food was delish. Thanks Green River we'll be back.
