I purchased my used airstream from Vince at A to Z in 2019. It was a quality experience start to finish. However, It was not a one and done transaction. The service and care have been impeccable. As a new owner I had lots of questions and anxiety setting out those first few times. Vince was incredibly patient with me and I trust A to Z to provide sound advice. Since those early trips I have frequented A to Z for some upgrades as well as repairs (issues caused mostly by me and a couple just through normal wear and tear). On this front I have interfaced with Daniel. He has provided top notch work, troubleshooting and always delivers on time. It’s obvious he knows what he is doing and passionate about his work. I’m so grateful we have this business out West. An airstream is a huge investment and I have peace of mind with A to Z.

We took our 2014 Airstream 27FB and Daniel at A to Z Motors. He got it all fixed up with solar panels, Lithium Batteries, Invertor and added two extra awnings. Daniel is so knowledgeable and very patient. I had to call him once or twice while we were camping to ask him how to check certain things with the system and he always answered or called me back to help. I highly recommend them.

We had visited A to Z Motors and talked to Vince several times over the past couple of years before doing a trade-in and purchasing a bigger Airstream - the exact model and interior that we were looking for. Vince was great to work with, very knowledgeable about Airstreams, very helpful with our financing arrangement, and very thorough with our walk through including proper hitch adjustment before we drove off. After trailer looking for a couple of years, we landed on a decision to go with an Airstream. We came upon A to Z Motors during our search - which seemed to have a steady updating selection of used Airstreams. Being several hundred miles away, Vince provided us with a comprehensive live video overview of two Airstreams that were of interest to us. A couple of weeks later, we drove up to Winters and had a great buying experience. Vince and his crew walked us through everything. We took videos during the orientation, which we would watch before our maiden voyage a couple of months later. Having heard of numerous hitch setup problems from a number of folks, we were super pleased with the hitch selection and setup on our truck.We purchased just before Covid hit. Three months later, we took our Airstream out for our first adventure - on a journey from Southern California to two National Parks in Utah. Smooth sailing. We had a couple of questions on day one. Vince was right there to answer the phone and walk us through with helpful answers. We were glad to finally get the chance to vacation in this new mode of travel. After a very successful first journey, we look forward to more, and have much appreciation for the assistance by Vince and crew at A to Z Motors to set us up for success as trailer newbies. #theplaceswherewego

I thought this place only sold used Airstreams. Turns out, they have what is now my favorite service department, too. Daniel, the chief technician, is a super nice and responsive guy who really knows his stuff. I took a new-to-me Airstream in for an inspection before hitting the road for a cross country trip. He has it working like new, fixing everything from seals to latches to the stove igniter for a very fair price. When we were hitching up the weight distribution hitch to leave, he thought the angle looked off. He was going to adjust it for us and discovered the screw inside was stripped, saving us from disaster down the road. (The photo shows him discussing the problem). Now we feel safe and are looking forward to hitting the road. It’s a crazy long wait to get an Airstream fixed at a dealership these days, and I know a glowing review will make it even harder for me to get into this bucolic shop set in the middle of a walnut grove. But Daniel and owner Vince deserve it. I will never take my baby any place else. I’m saving up now for lithium batteries! Thanks Daniel and Vince!

Recently bought a 25’ International Serenity from A to Z in Raleigh. Tony did a great job going over the whole trailer with me and took care of a few items that needed attention right on the lot. He was very easy to work with, and negotiated a fair price with us. After we got on the road with the Airstream, we had a few more issues surface, and Vince in the California store worked with us by phone to take care of the additional service items. All in all, these guys are straight shooters and stand behind their sales. Would recommend to others looking for a pre-owned Airstream.

I had Vince help me with a long distance purchase and delivery. I had reservations about buying an Airstream sight unseen, but Vince was there for me every step of the way. Found the used Airstream we were looking for online. Reached out to Tony via the listing website. Asked him a lot of questions about the TT. He responded quickly and answered all my questions. We agreed on price and I told him I would be driving 7 hours the next day to check it out and and take it home if I liked it. He was there waiting for me and we are now proud owners of an Airstream. He took time to explain everything, sent me all the paperwork the bank requested and was very easy to deal with. We got back to Atlanta and had some hoops we needed to jump through to get it registered so we could go camping in Asheville the next weekend. Tony talked with our bank and Vince and fedexed the needed documents over the weekend so that we were able to get our title, registration and tag today! We are very excited about the Airstream and Tony said to call him if I ever have any questions. We had talked with another local used Airstream dealer before we talked to A to Z Motors - and the other one was high pressure, made questionable claims.....yuk! None of that with A to Z Motors. Thanks for getting us started on our Airstream adventures.

Long time lurker on the A to Z website inventory page, and one day the stars aligned, it was time for me to buy and Vince had a trailer I wanted. I went in and experienced the most welcoming and low pressure service while my family members and I set awhile in the unit to make sure it would work for us. We sat in several others of all different configurations to make sure we really had the right one. The paperwork was done quickly and flawlessly. The shop made sure the trailer was 100% ready to roll. I hit the road and been traveling off grid in perfect comfort ever since. A to Z may be a little out of the way, but definitely worth the drive to go admire the range of inventory. Eventually your day will come and Vince will be there with a trailer for you. 5*

A++++ Purchased Airstream Bambi 16RB. Quite simply the best Airstream dealer in the US. Tony Perrier walked us through the entire process providing rock solid integrity and trust. We picked up the Airstream, Tony made sure we were hooked up and safe. He went through all features of the trailer and spent the time with my wife and I. After the sale, Catherine at the head office followed up on the title and made sure we had everything we needed to register it in our state DMV. I should have posting this review a long time ago when I bought my Airstream 20x Basecamp, however I felt the need to really share my experience after they made some wonderful repairs to my trailer after it was vandalized. The team at A to Z are all straight shooters with excellent customer service and very fair pricing. They are great at setting expectations and providing the highest quality of service. They are also a lot of fun to work with. I highly recommend them!

My wife and I bought a 2018 Globetrotter from A to Z's northern California dealer. Vince Cardinale owns and run the business. He has a very direct and straightforward approach which made the transaction process efficient. The highlight for me of dealing with A to Z was that I had (during the transaction) and now (for after care) a direct line to Vince. He is responsive and willing to help. On multiple occasions we've had calls/Facetime to problem solve or answer questions on the trailer. No call centers, waiting for a response for days or even dealing with people that aren't owners. You really get the feeling that your success is A to Z's success. It is simple and refreshing to work with small businesses like this. Highly recommend and will be sending people over to them as we travel the country.I will also say that Vince's shop team who I only had one or two interactions with were also professional and conscientious. One called me the day after we had a solar charging discussion just to double check everything was working. That kind of "extra mile" stuff is unexpected and somewhat unusual nowadays.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with AtoZ. We recently purchased a beautifully restored 1958 Airstream from there. Both Vince and Katherine were so beyond thoughTful helpful in taking us through the process so easily, showing us everything, providing all the little tips that make a bog difference. And then Vince, who had just at that hour arrived home with family from a long trip back from vacation, after taking all the time to show us everything, tows the Airstream himself to our remote location 3 hours a way and makes a very challenging placement in a dense forest with only a big can-do smile on his face and kindness. We were blown away by the whole thing-- how great there are still people who care so much and willing to go the extra mile(s) for you to make sure your experience is terrific.
