We spent 3 weeks here and it was an amazing experience. The sites are a little snug but plenty of room for our 43ft toy hauler. We attended an event for families here and couldn't have been happier with the amazing front staff and even the maintenance staff. Booking online was easy and any questions we had were always quickly answered and addressed. The site amenities were clean and well taken care of as well. It was so nice to stay in an area that had so much for the kids to do and where so kid friendly. Will be making this a place we will happily stay anytime we are in the area!Nearby activities: Close to yuma. Easy access to freeway.

One of the Best RV parks we have been too and it’s kid friendly which is a big plus in the Yuma area.. Pool and hot tub are are awesome and always clean. Bathrooms/showers/laundry are well kept and clean. There’s always an empty spot to wash and dry your cloths. Nice playground and game room, right on the Colorado River always something to do! Grounds are well kept and all the staff are great. Dog friendly with a dog walk and a fenced in smaller area for dogs to run. This was our second 6 month stay their and we could not be any happier. You’re in Yuma in a few minutes, close to stores, gas station, food, dunes, desert.Thanks Rosie for the great stay and memories!Nearby activities: Real close to the dunes/desert. Great place for SxSs there are trails right from the park to get out into the desert. Get to Glamis in 45-60 min, buttercup dunes in 10 min. Also can be in Yuma in a matter of minutes. Foothills in 10 minutes

Great place to stay. Clean area and super friendly people who work there!!! We stay about 4 months and never had any problems. Close to Yuma, AZ ( 2minute drive ). Right on the Colorado River, with walking inlets. Nice pool and hot tube space and clean. They do a lot of functions within the resort for holidays, poker night, bingo and water aerobics!!!! Park for Kids and a LARGE DOG walk area smaller fenced area for them to run.

Noisy. Not well kept. Cute office area. Cute statues and such they have put near entrance. But the park needs help. The young girl up front, Haley, must be new to her job. Nice but not efficient. Spaces are tight!!! Not in a good way. And...we picked up red AZ roaches that I am still battling. As for the river's edge thing...it is between the ugliest part of the ill-managed river and a super noisy freeway.NO PICNIC TABLE EXCEPT AT PULL THRU SITES. HALEY SAID WE COULD NOT PAY FOR ONE WHEN I TOLD HER WE WERE UNHAPPY. SHE SAID THEY WERE BOOKED YET THEY REMAINED OPEN DURING OUR STAY.The other residents who are many long term were nice. The showers and bathrooms are very nice. Ample laundry machines. We will not return.

We checked in here over a week ago. We are here for a month. The reason we booked this resort is because we swim daily for exercise. This place advertised and we confirmed they have a large heated pool. But, the pool is open but not heated! It is WAY to cold to swim in an unheated pool! There are no refunds once you check in here. The maintenance manager said the parts would be in last week and we would be able to swim. Called today and no heated pool yet. The regulars that normally stay here said this is normal. The equipment does not get fixed. Do NOT stay here if you want to exercise in a heated pool.

This is a great place!!!Easy access, restaurants close by. This place has everything! Pool table, shuffle board, pool, card table, basketball, tether ball, pickleball, so many amenities you need to stay a few days to use them all. Rosie in the Office was very friendly & helpful! Restrooms/showers warm & clean. Decorated for the holidays, very festive. I even saw a notice for “horse racing” on the clubhouse. Can’t say enough about this RV park! We’ll be back!

First off 5 stars to staff friendly polite hard working keeping the resort clean and well kept Lots of property maintenance along river walk ways and resort This resort has big beautiful trees that used to be watered daily but now are not and now are dying.Its a wonderful area for walking dogs you can even go to the Indian reserve beside resort for off leash walking.Sites are a great size and can have shade or sun depending on where you sit throughout the day.THIS PLACE COULD BE A GEM OF A PLACE IF BETTER OWNER MANGEMENT WAS DONE, speciallyfor the higher rates. The resort is not even 1/2 full money which is money loss or is it a business loss for taxes . There is not many activities going on ,and volunteers are not compensated for anything ie crafts , yoga , even hamburger day canceled as volunteers didn't even get a burger for their work. WiFi is non existence unless you are by office. Cable is very snowy to watch There is wifi you can purchase but was unavailable in our side of park not even hooked up. When you arrive to the resort a curb side apparel which caught our attention 1 of the reason we picked the area was beautiful green grass BUT this is done by the owners of the trailers along that area Owner will not pay for grass seed or fertilizer whichis truly sad when it enhance their property!. Speed limit is not enforced which it should be too many people driving fast. Beware continously highway noise 24 hours 7 days a week non stop loud traffic noise no fault of resort just to know this is all day long no quiet time

Everything was fantastic, everyone was friendly, clean showrooms. Great amenities pool/card room, gym, pool, basketball, horseshoes, pickle ball court, shuffle ball court, play area for kids, walk to Colorado River, and pet walk.We stayed one night in the RV park. You do hear a lot of noise from the interstate and air traffic noise. It is convenient to pull into for a relaxing evening.

Something's fishy at this resort, but it's all in the street names! Love this resort. The location is nice looking out over the Colorado River. The people are friendly and helpful, and I have never seen cleaner bathrooms! Thank you so much for your hospitality! We will definitely be back!

We needed pull through for 1 night and they were available, BUT, it's so dusty and dirty. The pads were covered in dry mud and no attempt to clean them off for incoming RV's. Definitely not worth $65 a night. UPDATE: We decided to give them another try, didn't use any amenities, it was late when we arrived. The noise from the fwy and train made it impossible to get any sleep, if it doesn't bother you, then you might have a wonderful experience. The $73 a night was definitely not worth it.

Lots of Improvements! Stayed here last year and the owners were obviously undertaking a huge task of recreating the oasis this park is. They are doing a great job. The park is clean. The bathrooms are clean. the hookups are updated and we couldn't be more comfortable. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. This is a great spot to land if going into Mexico for dental work or optical needs. One exit from the border on the highway on the east side and one exit on the west side to the historical district of Yuma with lots of delicious food choices.

I have to say that this place and staff are absolutely great. The staff has been so helpful, I asked for a picnic table and it came so fast it almost beat me back to our space. Rosie is so friendly and helpful all the time. As for rules, I for one am great full for them they keep the place neat and orderly. Our dogs have learned the routine of going across the street to the potty ground without a problem. The showers are so clean and so is the swimming pool. We have been here now for a week and love it. We will be here for three or four more weeks. If you have read the reviews that are 6 months and older about the problems they reported, disregard them now, this is a great place to stay.

I stayed here for two weeks in the dead of summer. The site was great with plenty of room for both of our vehicles. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Every morning ay 6am the grounds keeping staff were busy taking care of all the maintenance, cleaning all the facilities, and anything else they could find. We used the shower/bathroom almost every day. It's very clean and modern. The laundry facility is nice as well. There's also a rec room with giant chess and ping pong. A library with some comfy chairs for reading, boardgames, puzzles and DVDs. There's also a billiards/poker room with two pool tables, and I think five or six very nice poker tables. Even a mini putt putt course all of which is free for guests!

I traveled here with my wife and four children in February of 2022. Rivers Edge is one of the few RV parks/resorts in the Yuma area that welcomes children, even though most folks there tend to be older couples. It's a very nice place, clean, up-to-date, and spacious. Both the staff and other guests were friendly and courteous, giving us advice on things to do and see in the area, and loaning us chairs and tables when we had other visitors. There's a pool and hot tub on site, as well as a game room with billiard and poker tables, a library with books and movies, shuffleboard, pickleball, a small indoor gym, clean showers/bathrooms, and plenty of room to walk and explore the grounds and the river. Certainly I would recommend for anyone with an RV or camper in the area.

Nice enough place, but their tree trimming crew refused to stop cutting down large branches five feet from our van!! I complained to the girl in the office and she said “I’ll tell them,” which didn’t stop them. They just kept chainsawing down 6” thick limbs. I sat my chair up, next to my van so they’d get the hint. Nope. We had to leave.

My wife and I stay here occasionally when one of us has a dental appointment in neighboring Los Aldogones. On our most recent visit we had a malfunctioning control board on our rear AC unit. Because the park has such large shade trees, we were able to stay comfortable in the 95 degree weather with only one working AC. My appointment was at 10:30 AM and checkout is normally 11 AM. I explained this to the friendly office staff and they extended our time to checkout at no additional charge. We will certainly stay here again!

This place and it's staff are so awesome and Supa amazing. Stayed here for a baseball tournament in Yuma and they took all the time in the world to answer the million questions we had. Security guard was very accommodating with our late check in. He also told us all the rules about driving our side by side on the public roads. Spots are huge. They fit my f350 long bed and 35 ft toy hauler and even threw in our expedition max with a 18ft flatbed trailer with no problems. Thanks again RIVERS EDGE.
