The Quechan Casino Hotel is really great. It is located five minutes from the border town “Molar City” Los Algodones. Stayed here 11 times over the years to see my dentist in Los Algodones and they have a wonderful pool to relax and the restaurants are great. I don’t gamble but the gaming area is big and clean. Mostly all digital machines. Weather here all year round is good except August is brutal. Yuma is only a few minutes away where there is everything you need to eat, shop, and have fun. Imperial sand dunes is only minutes from Quechan and I highly recommend you go there to witness God’s majesty. They are beautiful.

Stayed here for a tournament in Yuma - decent price, but the room was not very good. The faucet continued to run even after it was turned off, the AC was super loud, the sheets were scratchy, the carpet was questionable and the place overall was just pretty in need of cleaning and updating. I heard the pool was good - but the only person in our group that went said that the hot tub was cold and pool was warm. We won't be back.

Been a elite member their for 4 yrs now and never once have I been invited to any special events, no shows, no nothing. I've never been offered to have a personal casino host and in any other casino that I've ever been to I've never not had a host. They don't really respect the person that spends their hard earned money with them. Ya they want the money but they surely don't care about the person that brings it to them. They definitely need to take some lessons from the casinos in Vegas where I came from and know how a player should be treated! Shame on you quechon casino and resort and the same goes for you other casino too, the paradise is just as bad! I'm not writing this review because I've lost money, or because I'm feeling like I deserve something from the casino, I wrote this because I am thoroughly disgusted with the treatment I have received here. If I get a room , I have to physically come back out to the casino and demand to have my 100 $ security deposit released so that my bank can credit it back to my account. And the last time I reserved a room the deposit was taken from my account but I didn't make it back into town in time to check into my room. I made phone calls after phone call to the reservation desk explaining the circumstances to them and that my deposit(which was fully refundable so they say) was stuck in their "computer limbo" and that my bank had nothing to do with releasing my funds. They insisted that they did not have my money. I was fed up with the run around and drove the 30+, miles out there to speak with someone only to be told that after a certain amount of time has passed, that myoney could not be released and that they were keeping it! I've never heard of any policy where the business gives you the run around for week after week, and then tells you that it's been to long of time to get my money back so they were just going to keep it! I was furious and in awe of their blatant strong arm robbery tactics. Do not come to these two casinos people. Serious, go to lake Havasu where the people treat you like they WANT your business, and where you feel welcomed from the time you arrive. Go to the casinos towards san-diego, go to phoenix'"wild horse pass" , or any of the other casinos in that city, but whatever you do, stay away from the quechon and the paradise casinos in Yuma Az! Take my word for it as a guide here in Yuma, and from first hand experience for the past 4 years I know, and I'm telling you, this casino should be boycotted by everyone!

Visited for two nights with my friends. Overall a great experience and would come back. The room was clean, the bed sheets were clean(underneath the bed between bed frame as well), and the bathroom was also clean. The pool was warm, the hot tub was hot with jet streams, but the lazy river was cold. They have donut pool floats you just have to ask the employee in charged of pool area. Breakfast was great on weekdays and Sunday. The Sunday brunch was delicious and had more options than regular weekday breakfast, ($5 price difference. Reg 12.95/person Sunday 17.95/). Drinks were okay, they could not make me a mule. Casino floor is a good size but did not have my favorite machines, Willy Wonka and Monopoly. They did not have the UFC fight sadly, which I was as hoping they would but their sister casino Paradise did. So we drove over there and had dinner there as well. Overall great experience. Would recommend they replace their soap bars with some other brand.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY IF YOU’RE GOING INTO MEXICO FOR DENTAL WORK. Their lounge on Monday night football has games you can play, featured drink prices and happy hour menu. No m/waves in rooms and no updated lamps with usb ports. Rates are reasonable in price as is food. Casino and restrooms very clean.

I call it Quaint casino because I don't know how to pronounce its real name and to me that's what it is. I especially like the swimming pool, hot tub, and lazy river and you can get a room that leads right to the swimming pool so you don't have to walk through the casino for about $220 a night. I love that. I don't gamble so that's not an issue for me. Also, the great thing about this place is that they have Indian fry bread which I grew up eating in New Mexico with the Navajo Indians only they didn't call it that they called it sopapias 😋

I love the experience at this place. I loved the pool, so awesome to swim at night and see the stars. Beds were so comfortable that I didn't want to get up. Must visit!

Great food selection until 2 a.m. That is the plus. Rooms around 100 to 120$ a night, are kind of overpriced for what you get... The gambling at the casino is dumb because it seems like the odds are wayyyyy in their favor so don't waste your money. I haven't heard the machines ring once for someone to win anything. The "no smoking" anywhere, outside or inside is crazy... I feel that they will lose a lot of potential customers for doing that. I liked the place overall and the pool looks nice and a lot of fun.

First time visiting.Decent selection of slots. Did see people winning as well as myself. But slots were on the tight side.Enjoyed the clean , smoke free facility.Do wish they had free self serve beverage area as many casinos offer.

Quechan Casino Resort was soooh wonderful. There are many Casinos around but Quechan was classy yet peaceful. I loved that they had the newest slot machines but they also had my lucky older slot machines allowing me to pull the handle. The...'Sidewinder Restaurant '.... was EXCELLENT!!! The food was soooh DELICIOUS. YOU HAVE TO TASTE THE FOOD FOR YOURSELF BECAUSE YOU WILL JUST SALIVATE WITH HAPPINESS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 👌

Went for the seafood and prime rib buffet last night. So cold in there your hot butter solidified in 5 minutes!! No need to have a restaurant that COLD!!! Turn down your air. Was not a good experience because we were too cold to eat. Unless this is so people won't stay to eat much. Very disappointing!!!

Ordered from food court, Amerie was very rude, not helpful in the least way. She barked at us for not being in a correct line, we had allowed other people to go in front of us so we could view the menu. Then she wanted ID, which was locked in our room, in the safe. We ordered drinks with our room number, no problem. She said she might be nicer next time we ordered. Might be, she needs to find another line of work to work

Waited I'm line for over an hour to check in because computers were downTrash staff how to use paper and pen.Spa just closed so I didn't stay.I can spend $ somewhere else. In fact u got a great room at another casinoPrice was reasonable and spa was open 24 hours.Quechan.....fun to play....not to stay.So sorry. No good review from me

The casino is smallish, clean and has nice restaurants. We had a Thanksgiving dinner there that was superb and staff is attentive.I would give the RV parking area a 2. Less experienced RVers crowd you like crazy, right up on your bumper even with 5 acres of empty spaces available and they let their dogs off leash and poo all over without picking it up! There's only 1 Rules sign near the paved parking lot and none at the opposite end where many RVs park and dog poo is everywhere down there. This is a pay area but we see lots of freeloaders, sadly it's going downhill with little to no monitoring.

Registration and security staff were friendly and professional. Room was clean and had great view. Employees encountered in casino and food court were rude and neglecting. Poor service. Would be worth a better review and rating had the employees encountered in casino area, were curious and did the jobs their position was filled for. Again, I'd like to stress that the facility was great, just a few people that put a bad image on the whole experience.

They have the nicest staff. They let me store a huge giant item that I could not drive into Mexico with me and we gambled there but didn't have a room. It's a long story with special circumstances and they were so kind to allow us to leave it there with them a couple hours. Ohh and we love the casino. We stop in at least 8 X per yr

Do not patronize this hotel and if you do, be absolutely sure to pay close attention for additional fees. Aside from hidden fees they also charge a $100.00 damage deposit that you will not get refunded. As a retired veteran this casino/hotel took full advantage of my age by declining refund of the deposit due to a spot on the mattress which absolutely did not exist. Only reason I even discovered this is because when I called inquiring about the deposit they told me about the sheets and cost to replace was $99.37. I am certainly not the only victim of this scam, other reviews have expressed outrage for the same issue.

We stayed the night in the hotel. Surprised to see no refrigerator for a $168 plus tax and fees. The casino is nice. We didn’t have good luck though.The diner Side Winders was ok and our service was excellent.

The hotel itself is old and dindgy.The room had no pictures on the furniture is they tried to distress it to make it look better but it's just. The prices and quality of food and quantity of food is very poor.The staff does not know how to say thank you, please, or you're welcome.They need to be told to smile.

Very relaxing stay. Arrived early front desk ladies were so nice got us all checked in ,we had 3 rooms. Room was clean, we over looked pool area.went down to the little café and had the Indian taco. The bread was delicious and was more than we could eat in one sitting.Took a nap and then went to the heated pool area. The pool was a good temp. The hot tub was a great temp. The lazy river after being in the warm felt cooling but diving in and just floating along was nice. We were the only ones there. Amazing it was the week between Christmas and new years . It was like having a private resort. Gambled a bit ate at the breakfast buffet. It was amazing . Everything was very nice.12.95 all you can eat. Staff very friendly. You get a drink with meal but if you want a second choice you pay for that.Ate at steakhouse it was very nice steak was very good. Prices not shocking. Alittle confusing on the menu. You must really read it. It sounds like the steak is one price but it's 5.50 for sides like potatoes. Ours came with mashed potatoes so glad we didn't order more.The front desk explains they have a 100. Dollar deposit but you get it back if you don't trash their room. It did come off right after check out, so just plan on that. And I think every place does this so not sure why the other reviews didn't like that.We had a great time and will be going back!

Just tried to access pool area with a yeti cup filled with water. Cannot do that. Why not? Too many stupid rules for me. Not an accommodating facility at all. They really don't care about your circumstances at all. There are many other hotels I will use in future.

I've passed this casino/hotel may times in the time I've lived in the area, so we stopped here last night for the 1st time before going home. Don't waste your time. Lousy sound proofing, what went on in the hall last night was loud, clear and very noisy. Woke me up several times. Not what you'd expect for a casino/hotel. Waste of money. Starting a very busy day dead tired. Stayed on the 2nd floor on Monday night.

My husband and I spent his 85th birthday at the casino. We had a terrific time Gambling and enjoyed a tasty dinner. He had the fish dinner, I had the steak & potatoe. The staff at the check in area, and restaurant staff were friendly, plus attentive to our needs.The room was clean, mattress firm, pillows seem new. The smell of the pillow case as I can only describe as " bleach " smelling.Just a little to strong of a smell.There is a huge variety of slot machines to choose from, we played, won then put most of the winnings back 😆It's a nice place to go and enjoy the day and night. Good luck fellow gamblers!!!!

The best thing about this casino is that it is SMOKE FREE! It was such a pleasure to walk through to the restaurant without having to hold my breath and come out smelling like stale smoke. There should be more smoke free casinos.

Set a mile before the Mexican border this is a very nice, newer casino/hotel. The casino is now a no smoker facility. However the hotel rooms are smoking rooms. Even the non smoking rooms stink of smoke! Rooms are also pet friendly so there is dog hair everywhere. Plenty of parking.

I go to Los Algodones, Mex, for dental work, one mile away. I love this hotel. Rooms are clean and nicely set up, the service is excellent, and the pricing is fair. I'm not a gambler nor a smoker, but no problem. Also, there are good options for meals, and Yuma AZ is just 10 miles away.
