I liked my experience very much. They gave me multiple deals at the same time. I loved being able to have my order placed online. I was texted as soon as my order was filled. It took them less than 30 min to have my order ready. I stopped in and just went to the counter and the budtender already had my order bagged and ready, all I had to do was pay.The budtenders were beautiful and very informative. They encouraged me to look at what they had to offer.The establishment had more to offer because they are not just recreational but Medical first. I have epilepsy so this is not recreational for me, "wish it was". I will shop here again. Thank You.

Love my OTC peeps!! Shelves are always stocked and staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They always make you feel so welcome. I really enjoy coming here and I’m always so satisfied with my product when I leave. Best deals in town for sure!

They have very good deals such as buy an ounce get a zips cart for a dollar and not to mention even the 15 dollar zips cart taste better than your average cart and get you the same high if even high we’ll really good variety here also and they have the most expensive shi aswell best of both worlds I enjoy off the charts

This place may have a nice selection and have those nor cal and so cal brands but the service isn't matching. Not only is the tax high but they also round up on the total. The staff is taught to not be too personal and focus on getting them in and out. For a dispo in the area that they are in, the push on more expensive herb is overwhelming considering the main population isn't making the big money. If you budget shop the owner finds it annoying. The morning staff is warm and welcoming but the night staff seems like they are a bit rude/stuck up and too good to be there at times. However they do have some good deals and promos going on from time to time. If you want good service go in the morning.

Serena made my first experience at Off the Charts, outstanding! She is helpful, knowledgeable about all types of products, especially concentrates. She led us to 710 and their Persy collection and we were so pleased! The flower 🌼, Cam, Reserve 41 was amazing. $60 1/8 but remember to use your 30% off first visit discount wisely and stock up! We loved Off the Charts and will be returning!!

Staff were kind and helpful. Well stocked. I accidentally left my billfold. They found it and kept it safe until it could be retrieved.Only 4 stars because prices are ridiculous. Sorry, I'm an Oregon girl. And what I bought woukd have cost me $40-50, not $75.

I'd been coming here since they opened and was mostly happy with their products and service (3/5 stars prior to yesterday). I placed an order online yesterday, but when I went to pick it up, it was over $45 more than online. When I asked about it, I was told "our black Friday special is 30% off everything in the store". When I questioned further, I was told "we advertised it everywhere" and there was nothing they could do to honor their normal online deals or pricing.Not honoring online prices is FALSE ADVERTISING. I'll make sure everyone I know is aware your company operates in such shoddy ways.

Try and bring cash if you don't want to pay ATM fees. Large selection in a variety of price ranges. In and out in 20 min. The only thing lacking is a more personable experience. Budtenders are not super warm and friendly like Jamestown. I would have preferred a more talkative and friendly experience with the Budtender.

Fantastic shop, with helpful, knowledgeable staff. Would like to compliment Alanna on her knowledgeable and courteous service. On my very first and only visit here so far, she helped put together a economical basket of great options while watching out for my wheelchair and service dog. Couldn't ask for more from a shop or their employees and will definitely be back.Update : I have been back two more times since this review and have found consistent great prices, great help, and great product. Don't know the owner's name but he has been incredibly courteous and helpful despite being a mysterious stranger type. Thanks again to everybody who works here!

Winterhaven, California's dispo is real friendly kind and their name just stands out because it's located on my Reservation. Great smiles. Positive attitudes. Try out their vapes and waxes....their prices are fair. ;) New favorite shop.

Was 4 stars when first opened up; now... not even close. Used to go there for and with my friends. But the atmosphere is just bad business now. Sorry guys, but we need better business practices from the door to the prices.

First I loved this dispensary when they first opened they we're super friendly and it was a good time but I moved and just came back to Yuma and decided to check y'all out again so a couple days ago I went in to grab an 8th and the bud tender was hella rude that I wanted the outdoor flower she gave me the dirtiest look when I asked about the price and she told me so I take it you only like the outdoor flower in a rude tone so I told her I have to grab change from my car and left I'm not gonna support a business that has horrible customer service so I ended up going next door to aroma where I had the best customer service

This place is great and so so close to Yuma that it’s worth checking it out if you don’t want to pay the higher prices in AZ. The selection is AMAZING and they always have some good bogo and good discounts. The budtenders are always ready to assist in helping you find the best for your bud-get 😀

Saw a billboard for 20% off during "happy hour" 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. so i drove 25 miles at 9 a.m, Arrived at 9:30 only to be told "sorry it just changed to 8 to 9 am. and they wouldn't honor their advertising so i left after spending another 20 minutes shopping. I wasnt told until checkout. So i left and went a block away to the other dispensary, Aroma. GREAT store. Highly recommended. More of what i wanted and fantastic staff. Off the Charts, you lost a loyal customer!

Just as the name suggests, this place is off the charts! Very busy though , wish I could of had more "personal service " as I am not as knowledgeable about all the new products. Other than that, this is the place to go !
