I love coming to this Vallarta. For the most part it is clean, very organized and meat is always fresh. This is why i am surprised that they would serve the cocktel the camaron this way. The onion pieces are so large that i have to remove them. It was almost half an onion! They should be finely chopped. For $10 each thats the minimum i would expect. Very disappointed with this. Please fix it.

Fist time coming to this place. Decided to try some cheese from Cremeria. The guy on the counter packed it in 3 layers of plastic (I asked him not too, but he still did it, now I see why), so I couldn’t see the quality while I was in store.Here it is: the whole piece is full of nasty mold, smells like wet socks.Called the store right away: “they can’t do anything”. I’m living an hour away and they ask me to bring it back.1/10. Don’t recommend this place!

The bakery is ok, been getting cakes here for a while. The staff is lovely. The last few cakes have buckled one even fell over. They were nice enough to fix it but on the way home, it just fell again. I like to order them plain and add my decorations. Just be careful getting it too high the support on the cakes lack a little. Pricing is very affordable.

This is quite possibly the worst Vallarta in the Valley. It’s extremely small and the cashiers don’t speak a lick of English. They can’t assume that you automatically know Spanish just because it’s a “Latin” Store. This cashier in particular had the voice of a mouse and with horrible social skills. No greeting of any kind. They need to employ bilingual employees because this is an embarrassment.

I think this might be the store where you can spend half than what you would spend if you go to another place. The vegetables and the fruits are all so fresh, and the prices again, unreal.To improve: they need to have a larger variety of vegetables. They never have kohlrabi, and they need to have some of their staff who speak English. I asked someone where they keep the lemons, and he told me that they don't have just because he wanted to get rid of me.Nevertheless I will try to do most of my grocery shopping here.

I've been here too many times for grocery shopping, but it's always the same thing when I order from the bakery and/or the kitchen. Cakes are not good anymore, the slices are dry and hard, the cakes have no flavor. Everything I buy food they give me thw wrong order as an example the picture shown below.

Their cakes used to be good, not anymore.Bought the 3 leches cake slice recently. Only the price has gone up, the quality has gone down. Where is the leche?It’s just moist pound cake!

Today I came in for Powerade and my babies formula , in front of me was an elderly lady, her personality reminded me of my deceased Grandma , she actually shopped at this store often, we live around the corner, and they have always been so great with her, but today , I was reminded of how great she was treated, there was my cashier named MARLON who was so helpful and so kind to this woman in front of me, she wanted a few things in particular, but all the time his focus was on her. To make her happy, and satisfied and he did the same for me,I loved his way. and soul He is a blessing to the community and I appreciate how he went out of his way for her. We need this around here.

Best customer service I received from pastry department. The lady she helped me to order fresh Tiramisu for my husband birthday . She was so nice and helpful. A my guest loved that cake. Amazing job . I absolutely recommend this place for any birthday's and events.

This place is humongous & clean. Aside from picking up everything you need for entertaining (bulk fresh guacamole etc), it offers other services. Customer Service has bill pay, MoneyGram send/receive & international shipping. I was so impressed! Thisstore also has self checkout which is a big plus these days.

I think that I will probably keep trying...but yesterday was a horrible experience to say the least! And just like Jagger I didn't get any satisfaction.What should have been a simple order of two breakfast burritos turned into not ever wanting to go there again! The manager, Hazel, claimed to be the manager but just walked away. Good job.

Well-stocked grocery, with fresh deli and,of course, freshly-cooked delicious Mexican foods like fresh tacos, burritos,etc. Their cakes are awesome too. This is my go-to place for tres leches birthday cakes!

I didn't like that an employee was playing with a customer dog, when I said excuse me to get by they made the dog barked at us. And I think it's because I'm blk and he is P.R. we were already getting looked at funny for being in the store. He's from NYC and only wanted those nasty breads in the glass counter. Told'em we're not welcome around those people.

I HATE going to this place. Today, I walked into a butcher shop. WOW. Got on the phone with Alan, Told him I need some steaks for some very special celebrities. Checked in the back and put me in contact with Sergio. Pulled out a beautiful side of beef and started to cut 5 TOMAHAWK steaks, about 4lbs each. This location won me over. no more bad mouthing, my new GOTO!!. This location has a young staff and and surprised me today. I will post pictures of after.

This is the place I shop every week, one thing I wish they would do is train the people that are bagging the merchandise at check out, I’ve noticed that when the associate that puts the merchandise in bags for the customers, they tend to put items that will get squashed or damaged with cans or soda bottles, if one is not putting attention, they also will just throw bags wherever they land in the shopping carts, I usually have to be putting attention to what they are doing and asked them to please not make the bags too heavy or don’t pack things that will get squashed with other products, and removing bread, tomatoes or bananas from the bottom of the shopping cart to the top, this is common sense but they don’t seem to know better, I don’t like to have to come back to the store and ask to have items replaced due to the way things have been packed, this should be one of the first things these associates should be taught if they will be bagging merchandise, to put attention to how things are being bagged and also where they are being placed after being bagged.

Great products but only 3 starts Because there is no sanitation on any of the carts. My understanding it's mandatory at the moment. The wipes that are provided are not enough for to ensure proper sanitation.

You buy a cup of fresh water horchata and soon as you grab the cup you spell all over. cups are too soft they should choose another type of cups I'm not going back to buy my horchata there anymore.

Great prices for groceries and the produce is pretty fresh. Meat is not the best quality but if you look carefully you can find some great deals. They renovated recently and the place looks much nicer now.

Store is "ok" but some items were out of place, with wrong price under, and the guy who pack our stuff, did it wrong!! Ice cream got squash, all broken, and in really bad shape, got into all the other items, have to wash everything! Meat got put under potatoes so spilled in the carpet of the Car! He make a big mess with our groceries! Not cool! So if you go there, be careful to check prices, and how they pack your stuff!!

This place does not know what being friendly is. Second I asked for marinated Carne asada. They gave me without marinade I asked him to marinade he said he did . So I took it home marinated myself. And for the rest of the employees when I asked where can I find an item they said over there but I was not sure where lol . I just feel like they don't like none ........ what ever not a friendly place. The one in Arlita is the best

If I can give them zero stars I would. Last week I made a cake order I spoke with the store manager and 2 employees on the bakery department I explain them how I wanted the cake made and decorated, I beg them to have it ready just the way I mentioned yet, on Sunday that I pick up the cake it was wrong made and it was wrong decorated. I'm furious because it's the 3rd time they fail to do the cake right, I warn them now that I want my money back because after each tries they continue failing it's only fair to get my money back so I can take my business elsewhere, the sad part is that Store management refuses to do any refund or take fault of their mistake. I will suggest to anyone to go somewhere else if it's a special cake, they have no imagination nor do they care for your business. .
