My pups have been coming here since they opened and back few years this place was still a decent option. The past few years this pace has consistently gone down in quality of work and you can tell with the large amount of employee turn around. This last time I brought my two dogs like always but everything felt off when they return one of my dog in their arms and not her leash like she came in but my other dog was on his leash, and upon hading me dog they emphasized that they only gave her a small cut on her neck. I didn’t really think much of it but I felt off and latter that night my suspicion came true when my dog went limp on all four paws. Rushed her to vet where they preformed x-rays along with blood work. They found her neck muscle was inflame luckily no damage to her spinal cord but she was extreme pain. The blood work also showed she had some type of sedative that wasn’t given by me or vet. This was one scary and expensive groom! I still don’t know what happen during the two hours they took to groom the and I don’t think I want know but be warned they don’t take pride in their work anymore its showing but one thing is for sure im not risking my pups health!

They are amazing! I took my dog for a trim, and they did a great job! All the staff are professional,caring and so nice. Highly recommand them.

No other groomer business do like they do. They are the only groomers I've heard about that do violent and ruthless dogs. They do the best of the best and pretty cheap too. No other groomer business has a connection like they do with their customers and don't get me wrong in the outside and inside the building and interior might be a bit ugly but they do awesome cuts awesome showers and best of all awesome service. Best groomer in the valley

He's great with dogs ! Been taking mine for about 3 years already recommend to some of my friends couldn't be happier , good price and affordable most place charge a ridicules amount for the same cleaning joe gives. My dog loves this place and come backs adorable he will usually ask you what kind of hair cut you want for your type of dog but even if you don't tell him he's good with different kinds of breed dogs so he will make them look adorable !

My dog loves coming here I heard about Joe dog grooming from my cousin she's been coming here for years bringing both of her dogs. My dog totally looks like a different dog when I picked her up she was super cute with her little bow in her hair I can trust Joe dog grooming with my dog and they are super sweet people.

used to be a great place to take my dog. i loved going with them because they had a good price and great service. i'm not sure what's been happening recently. maybe they're understaffed or taking too many dogs at once, but i took my dog today and they had him in there for 4 hours. they had only bathed him and that's it. i had to take him back home because 4 hours is ridiculous for a grooming. i sadly won't be coming back.

Unorganized, not professional. Told us to come in, we came within 5 mins and then said they never spoke to us and they can't take the dog. We've been here a few times and this seems to be the case each time, really frustrating. If this is how the front desk works, who knows what's going on with the animals behind closed doors. Never coming here again. Over priced, more than a mobile groomer and horrible service.

Very well priced, and my dog couldn't come out smelling better! She came in with the candle wax on her ears and I explained what happened and he had no problem taking it off, I was so grateful because I was nervous about hurting her. He called me within 3 hrs to pick her up, and I was a walk-in! Amazing gem very close to home and will continue coming in for their services ✨

Did not do a good job on my dog. My dog got fleas afterwards as well. It’s overcrowded place. It is cheap but not quality. Go somewhere else if u can.

Brought our husky in for a wash and comb out. The 2 hour job took 4 hours and our dog's fur was so knotted we had to take her to another groomer to get the knots out. Sorry, cannot recommend

First time going there. They groomed my dog just perfect. Poor thing was full of flees and was missing for an entire month. We got him back and Joe did a very nice job. I would recommend him for friends and family anytime. Their prices are more economical than the rest of the groomers in the area. Thanks again.

My poor dog still can't walk after injuries they caused to him while grooming. Can you believe one of the many skin injuries and the most sever one is to his tail so bad that his bone is showing and infected. Don't let your beloved dogs in this slaughter house.
