The store in General is great! This location however, I found a little disappointing. I did find a couple good deals but lacking in selections. Especially if your looking for a size 6 pants they have size 5 & 7 and in petits women nothing much to choose from sadly. But other locations have a much better selection. I did find a couple cute blouses though.

As always dds had everything I ever needed, including pet items and this specific store does sell anime figurines. Not a huge wait line when I bought my stuff but they have a big selection for men's and women's products.

The deals are amazing! They are like a more upscale dollar store with everything you need from bra's to watches to wallets! The store is clean and the dressing rooms are open. The cashiers are friendly.

Very clean store, employees very friendly and helpful. Security greets you as you walk in with a smile. You feel very safe while your shipping. Large selection of items to choose from. Large selection of great shoes at even better prices and quality. Check out is quite and pleasant.

Bought 16 clothing items for $149. Wore a few for a 4 day wedding trip, which included shorts, tops, dresses, and got compliments on all. For the dresses, the materials are thin and probably won't last long, especially if threads come loose, but for the price and how frequently styles change, definitely worth it. Overall, the DDs was clean, well organized, and exceeded my expectations. There are many purchases that going to another store would just be a waste of money. DDs is perfect.

Store is very clean. The staff offered me disinfectant and disinfected my shopping cart. Great selection from clothing to chocolates and xmas gifts to housewares. Staff is polite, courteous, engaging and helpful and relaxed and friendly when i needed assistance in shirt sizes. Ample parking.

Very nice and clean store. Think of it as a Fallas Paredes and Ross store mixed together. Very cheap items ranging from clothing, shoes, cooking utensils, bedroom accessories, electronics, and more. If you just moved in somewhere or want to buy clothes on the cheap, I'd go here. It would have most of what you need to fill out your new home/apartment and closet.Parking is plentiful, on a shared lot with other fast food places and businesses. Has an Amazon locker inside so that's useful as well. Associates when I went are also very friendly.

Beautiful clothes at amazing prices. I love shopping here they have a great selection for all people. They sometimes have brand clothing for a fraction of the price. They're always up to date with the latest trends at the best deals! I love shopping here for myself and also for gifts for other people. I'll be shopping at DD's for the rest of my life!

Today I was treated like a piece of trash by one attendant named Karen at Sherman way so this lady was speaking Spanish to another customer in my presence laughing and chatting but when it got to my turn She started acting different. I will never shop at DDs again as I cried while reporting the incident over the phone only for them to tell me to report it on their website.

DD's is one of my favorite quick stops for small house hold essentials or small things for my kids. The staff is always friendly and they have great little purses for my daughter! I always find something I like even if I don't need anything at all.

They always have something for me from clothes,house hold items,food (snacks) etc. Everyone pleasent in greeting u when entering. They have a customer in me. This isn't my favorite location but for the most part each location has its perks. This one Could have more stock all together. It's ok for short shopping trips. Spent quite a bit this time on an assortment of clothing items for the family. Plus a few cute totes. They have a small but good selection on bath and body essentials. Very limited kids section and guys section. Not much home essentials. The best DD's is in San Fernando in my opinion.

I feel that it is rude for the employee to call the next person in line over when I haven't even gotten my change and or receipt. It's just rude and makes me feel rushed with no privacy at the same time. Hopefully they see things in the customers perspective and make changes especially during check out.

During my last visit I was thoroughly impressed with how the manager handled a volatile situation. When a disheveled woman came into the store shouting incoherently and demanding the store give her free new sunglasses. The manager on duty stayed calm and deescalted the woman and the situation flawlessly, while still being the fastest cashier. Seriously, the woman didn't miss a beat. She treated this woman, who was obviously struggling with either mental illness, drug addiction, or both) with respect and patience despite her behavior and appearance and maintained a safe and pleasant shopping environment for everyone else. Give that woman a promotion, a raise, and hug.I didn't catch her name but my receipt says the assoc # is 762330. This happened at reg. 1 at 4:31 PM on 7/14/18. Seriously, that woman deserves a raise .

Always find something to buy,whether I need it or not. Asked the fitting room attendant to use the restroom and said there was none. So where does she go? Found Mexican candy at the checkout line.

Very good deals in kids toys and clothes. Some of other households items are also in good discount. Collection of kid's toys seems a little lesser as compared to Reseda dd's store. No public restroom available in store which was very inconvenient.

This is the place I find almost everything I need. Clothes for entire family, home decor, shoes, some electronics (personal use)., accessories, gifts, little bit of everything. Never fails I ALWAYS leave with something.. You’ll find great deals, great service. This store is always neat and clean Winnetka location, wish they were All organized.

Good stuff but horrible service. I called to see if they had an item, they put me on hold then returned and said they had many, but I would have to come and see them. After arriving and searching the entire department, I asked for anyone who may have answered the phone. They said a manager would have answered, I talked to her and though she did attempt to find out who took my call, nobody even helped me search the department for the item after asking 3 associates... I re dialed the number to make sure it was the right location, and it was. So why lie???

Fallas is gone and it was one good discount store. we are loosing our discount stores. dd's is fantastic. wow prices great for kids clothes as well as household items at very reasonable prices. Support our discount stores before we loose them all.

They opened the store 2 minutes late, the prices are meh. The inside of the store looks like a walmart version of Ross! The prices aren't that low! And the people don't even make eye contact when they ring you up. Like what kind of game is that? I mean I guess I wouldn't be too nice if I had just started work and a two fat garbage people came in to buy candy from me, but either way I did not. Ps. One of the employees has purple reems that look weird and I do not trust her. Ps do not eat at burger king near this store their food taste like garbage and they charge a quarter to take a poop! I mean cmon people we as a society need to step up and fix this. I hope I have informed a lot of you guys before you go to this stores and waste ur time and money. You are better off going to ross and eating cookies there just like kevin. Kevin is a really loveable person, and his motto is wine, dine, and 69. I like the store I general for quick very inexpensive house hole items that unlike to switch up often therefore I dont like to spend a lot bbn of money on things I will be changing and can donate or whatever..This place gives the freedom to do it..I gave only 4 stars cause they do tend to be low on items a lot and I have to go to another store to finish shopping..I really wish I could find it all in one stop, but hey it is what it is and also the whole check out service area needs a reminder that when customers are in front of you and there card hasn't even begun processing..please dont Yell Next costumer!! It rubs me extremely the wrong way and I'm sure others..1 its RUDE. 2 I dont like people up my you know what and now you just got one reaching over me while I'm trying to finish my transaction..Not Good! That would be my biggest complaint and thumbs down about this place and they Allllll do it! I've canceled my purchase before and walked out because it irritated me THAT much ..but I still am a glutton for punishment and give people chances and still come shop here and there..Hope I amuse you and my real talk rant helped you out

Not what I expected... I heard it was a great store with everything in it... yet I couldn't manage to find a red collar dress shirt for my son nor pants, just t-shirts... the store was a mess with things all over the place.

It finally opened! But so far not worth the wait In the items sold yet. Customer service is on point but sometimes s little pushy. It's clean and organized and I love this chain of stores so I'll keep checking it out
