Took the worst passport photos, DMV takes waaay better pictures! told me ears have to be visible for passport picture which is completely not true at all. $20 for two passport photos! staff was unfriendly as well. Do not come here for passport photos. Overpriced with the worst quality.

Make sure when you get in the drive thru for the pharmacy you bring a book to read, or dinner. Sat in this line for 30 minutes waiting for two cars in front of me. If people need to talk to the pharmacist - they need to go inside.

Make sure you give them 2 hours advance to print your pictures. Also when you get to the store, your pictures will not be ready.

Probably one of the worst pharmacies I have been to!! Staff is slow and rude medicines all over the pharmacy floor seems to have no leadership in the pharmacy the front staff seems okay.

I recommend going to a different pharmacy. They charged my husband's credit card for my prescriptions without our permission and decided to mail them to an address I haven't lived at for 5 years. They were told we were not getting those prescriptions when we were in there. Someone is doing something real shady over there. Had to contact my bank to do a stop payment.

I should have stayed at Walgreens because after I changed to the CVS on Sherman way, I ran into a problem with not having medicine in stock. I called around and wound up with the store at roscoe and desoto. The lady pharmacist and I use the lady word lady loosely desided to interfere with that medication and then started to advise my orthopedist to cancel my sleep meds. She's stupid and is apparently on some leftist liberal power trip. Don't do business with "THAT" store!

It's hard to get the pharmacy on the phone a lot of times! Service in store was not to crowded, Employees are polite & helpful. Pharmacy very busy! Drive thru is busy also! Pharmacist's are all a good team! Thank you for your service during these times. Stay safe, stay healthy

The staff is professional and friendly, they are helpful. The only place that i hate is there public restroom the women restroom i wish they clean it well especially the toilet is like full of red, yellow brown around it, its felty, is like never been clean for so long, a lot of trash on the floor. The manager should hire someone to maintain cleanliness of the rest room, sometimes there is no toilet set available i have to use the napkin to cover the toilet sit. I’m sorry but i notice not only in these place that there bathroom is not sanitize like well maintain several CVS public bathroom are filthy. It shouldn’t be like that especially during COVID. I hope the manager of the store should care how the public restroom should look like.

I ordered online pictures, then received email confirmation ready for pickup, when arrived CVS asked for my pictures and the guy did not find it, then he called the lady in the front cashier and she did not find it either, then he called the manager and she did not find it. Then they told me in bad manners try from our computer for printing pictures again, but later the manager said printer not is working, it was jammed, and she then left....😱Bad service and misinformation...After that I go to WALGREENS and print my pictures.... And they have everything working, and good customer service...

I enjoy having a neighborhood CVS/Walgreens. I was looking for some facial products and realized they have a very small section to shop. They could expand and build up that section, which would be great. I did find a product, so I got something I needed.

I've been to many pharmacies over the past 20 years and this is by far the worst so far. This pharmacy should be investigated on how absolutely poorly the management runs their team. It doesn't matter when you call, or when you show up. The wait is always ridiculous in person and on the phone it's even worse. If I could give this establish negative stars, I would.

I called today to ask the pharmacist if he had the medicine that my doctor prescribed - wanted to make sure they had it before I went there - and he hung up on me when I was in mid-sentence. A$$hole. and no, we didn't get disconnected. He hung up on me.

This is my neighborhood pharmacy but I hate them so much. Not only is the staff the epitome of unfriendly, but they also play loose with the truth. I've been getting my prescription filled there for years. Again, local. I've had many issues with them in the past but this recent lack of professionalism just crossed a line.They tried to tell me that they reached out to my doctor for a refill. One "technician" (I refuse to call her a pharmacist) tried to say that they reached out several times. When I asked them to prove it, guess what, oh, it was only once. Come to find out, the ONE TIME they reached out was the time while I was standing in front of them. Unfreakingbelievable.I'm moving my business to Walgreens!!!!!!!

Plan on at least an. hour to get through on the phone.Absolutely the worst thing In covid times would be standing in line for at least 45 minutes with people who are getting frustrated with this place. CVS needs to pay attention. Always out of stock on meds and just absolutely no communication until you have spent the better part of an hour standing in line.When your in line you can hear how many calls are just outright being ignored by the staff. This place is a joke. Why when I call a different pharmacy I'm shocked they pick up the.phone in minutes.Come on Cvs time to fix this.

Rating of pharmacy: crappy- they won't have your meds ready when you ask or they claim, they have not answered phones for 15, and 25 min lately, and then they hung up when they answered, and then be prepared to not be notified when they can't get your meds ready. ALL of this is against CVS policy. I used to work for them. They can be written up for it, if they'd give their names, lmao. If you have a heart med you need urgently, they may lie to your face about the insurance, so check it yourself, ask questions, make sure it is too soon. Did the doctor change your dose? They've lied to me so many times, it is not funny... There was a male pharmacist who was polite, but probably only because I was treated so terribly and crying in pain. Avoid this place for regular visits, it's gone down hill. I'm out of my matinence pain med now cause they said it'd be 7pm today and they closed-thus has happened so many times. They don't know how to do inventory or answer phones, they need to fire everyone and get better people. Inventory and phones are super basic.

They have mostly all medicine on stock. They sell beauty products too. They also have a good pharmacy. Appreciate the helpfulness of staff. Some medicine are sold at discounted rates. This is one of the largest CVS pharmacy in LA area. The store is well maintained and clean. The only issue is sometimes there will be good queue at billing counter. They have drive in pharmacy.

Seriously the SLOWEST service EVERY TIME I go. Slower than any pharmacy I’ve been to in my life!! Unfortunately it’s right next to my house, so that’s why I go, but maybe I should just take the extra few minute drive somewhere else to save some time. Their over the counter stuff is more expensive than anywhere else too though. It’s terrible. I’ve been coming here a year and a half and still hate it. Walk in is at least better than drive through, but sometimes I can’t go in because I have my three young children in the car and it’s too much to get out just for a prescription.

If I could I would give -10 starts.This place is a joke, the pharmacist is a rude and unprofessional.Last week I came here with my husband prescription to get his medication and we had no problem. And then I came with my husband with the same ID that I used before (not from here, but the first time they accepted with no problem) and then this rude lady starts to tell me that I have to bring a passport. How do they work different in different days? And by the way, I came walking from 4 blocks away with my husband on a wheelchair. I will tell the doctor to change the pharmacy to get the medication, because this one don’t deserve ANY costumer AT ALL! This place is going down the hill. SHAME!

I primarily use the pharmacy here. They are well organized and generally pretty fast even if there is a short line. I've never gotten a wrong prescription and the pharmacy staff is very helpful and friendly.

This CVS is not bad, the staff are pretty friendly and the pharmacy is good. Their stock of skin care items seems low much of the time I go in to check. The layout is easy to figure out and pricing is average with their competition.

By far the MOST INEFFICIENT pharmacy anywhere.This I was not my first visit to a CVS for a COVID Test, but my first time here & omg the difference from another location is HUGE.I have been in line for 2 hours & I’m just being seen. My appointment was for 1050a & I’m at the window now at 1258p.The intake process has been repeated twice now & I’m not really sure how they can be so held up when I’ve done this before & the process was seamless. Something that should have taken 10m took OVER TWO HOURS- nearly 3! It’s now 120p. How?This place needs to get it together. Our country is in crisis & we don’t have time to slack when essential workers need results right away.

My beef is mostly with the Pharmacy. The lady that was attending the desk was SUPER unhelpful. Such an attitude too. I just went in to ask if they stocked a certain brand, and she was so short, basically brushed me off. And it wasn't like I came in at a peak hour, the store was empty. I like this CVS because it's close to home but the pharmacy, not my cup of tea.

This pharmacy is always giving me a hard time when I’m picking up my medicine. The worst pharmacy in the valley. Staffs are irresponsible and incompetent. They always make me wait for so long. I don’t recommend this place look for a better pharmacy. For me you better close this pharmacy very poor service.

This is one of my favorite CVS stores. It is close, so I visit 0-15 times a month. The staff is always friendly and helpful, even when it is busy.
