Since I signed up for WALMART+, I've receivedExcellent support and perfect returns without any problems. And when a return didn't go perfect, they fixed it instantly no wait for the Bank to process the money. EXCELLENT!!!!++++

Very big and wide variety of things. Check cashing services are open from 8am-8pm and if you go to a “super center “ store they will cash up to $5k. They don’t cash personal checks larger than a couple hundred dollars. Don’t make the mistake of going to a store that isn’t a super center because they won’t cash your check.Also NO RETURNS after 8pm.Not a problem for us but good to know for individuals who work late hours or are trying to get things done late.

It's OK. Fishing dept is better in ukiah. Sporting goods in general OK. Just have to wait. Been going there since opener. Don't like self checkout. But that's me. I'm old.

This review is to let Walmart in Windsor know they have a gem of an employee named Noah M. I asked him if he knew where a certain item might be. He said he didn’t know, but would be happy to check for me. Right as I asked, I remembered where the item was. I told him I’d remembered, and thanked him for being willing to help. He STILL pulled up a photo on his phone and told me what shelf marker to look for. Very pleased with this customer service encounter!

If I could leave a zero star I totally would. My mom went shopping about 3 weeks ago found some cute plates and cups. Once she got to the register the items would not scan an associate by the name Maricela that was by there walked to check and my mom asked what was going on and the associate told her that the upc wouldn’t go through but because those items are for RICH PEOPLE. The nerve she had basically saying my mom was poor. Never shopping here. Management is Rohnert Park and Ukiah is much better.

Honestly the worst customer service in the area. Last week I picked up a drive up order for a gift and the box was BUSTED. Just went in to try to get a pick up order and Cocio, who is apparently a supervisor but shouldn’t be, was less than helpful. You might have to spend more at target but at least the employees are quality. The reason I don’t give one star is because there was a woman who worked in the customer service area that was so kind to my son a few weeks back so much love to her. But cocio needs a demotion.

I shop at this Walmart a few times a year. Mainly for electronics like a flatscreen TV or make-up like mascara - same brand name and quality at half the price. Staff is super nice and helpful. Parking is easy. Place is clean. Returns are 1-2-3.

Can't say much at this point about the rest of the store, but when I repeatedly couldn't get through to the pharmacy or the operator I was able to reach Chad in automotive and he went to the pharmacy for me to see if their phones were down! I really appreciated him going that extra mile! Thank you Chad!

Prepare to spend almost as much time in line as you do shopping. Getting any help to find something in most places is nearly impossible. Often, the only checkout option is self-serve. Things there are often in disarray.

I am DONE with Walmart!!!!!1 cashier- 8 self check out.I go to the cashier, and I still have to pack my own groceries. Trying to be earth friendly, I brought my own bags. I ask, "I have to pack my own groceries?" She didn't speak enough English to tell me why all she could say was "covid. " Same problem in electronics when I tried to ask someone where smartplugs were. I am not appreciated as a customer.TARGET from now on.............

Walmart lost two stars because there's only two employee checkers, I have to do their job EVERY time I check out. The lines are ridiculously long and I certainly don't get an employee discount for my own service and then treated like a thief when I leave the store.

All the cases are locked now. to buy eyeliner, you have to wait in line for an employee to open the case for you. Walmart is seriously understaffed for this procedure. Walmart is wasting our time with this nonsense.

Wide variety of selections at reasonable prices. purchase your things (10 or less) at the electronic area where they have a cashier -- you'll be in and out faster--that's my personal tip to you,And if you have more than that just go to the front lines and you have to find the best line to get in.They've got some great Christmas clothes at this time really fun stuff large variety great prices

Horrible!!!!! It’s a Saturday night at 7:00 and NO cashiers!!!!! ONE LONG line to self checkout meanwhile you have 1 girl sitting at the end of register staring at people as they cash out and another sitting on a stool by the exit and one worker was walk around with a walk-in talkie. Do we get a discount for being a cashier and bagger and Walmart?!So here it is 5:14 pm Thursday night, no cashiers! Oh wait!! We are the cashiers. Long lines!!! This place is a joke!!! We are all standing around.

It's stereotyped that Walmart has bad customer service and I'm sure people have had bad experiences here, But fortunately that hasn't been the case for me. Yes there have been times where the service wasn't the best but generally when I go here it's actually really solid.The one thing that annoyed me is that when I bought a pair of shoes the box said size 12 and when I tried on the shoes they seemed fine I somehow didn't notice that they were actually a size 10 and that sucked. I only realized that when I had to return to work and they were piercing into the back of my feet.I assumed that I got the right shoes so I threw out the receipt instead of holding on to it just in case. As the result when I returned to Walmart sadly I didn't have the receipt and yeah I felt pretty bad about that making me think of that guy on TikTok who does those jokes about working in retail stores and dealing with a guy who doesn't have the receipt. Yeah I felt kind of dumb not having it but the good news is the people work in the customer service counter asked me questions about when the transaction took place and what register was at and it took some time but that was mostly because there was an issue with their computer and then they were able to actually resolve it and find the transaction and find those shoes and get me my money back for it before I would go ahead and purchase a pair that actually really was a size 12.So the honest truth is the only problem was a box of size 12 shoes only had size 10. But the good news is I had although it took forever because of technical issues I had a good experience getting my issue resolved and replacing my shoes with the correct size shoes at size 12

Customer service just sucks, push the button for service behind a locked windows and wait over half an hour no one shows up and just have to go find somebody that can maybe help you, and the whole time they just push it off to somebody else. Previous experience was trying to return a TV, manager said that all would be taken care of the next day as they had some electronic issues and it would be refunded right away, never happened never return calls ended up having to deal with corporate just to get my money back.

I was checking out of self checkout this woman working there was yelling at me about item I was trying to purchase and was so rude to tell me a could not afford anything thing in my cart . I ask her to leave me alone and she would not . I felt so harassed that I may never return to Walmart in Windsor CA

The store is fine, but I've had two incidents with an employee that checks receipts. The first time was on July 4th and I had come off working a 16 hour overnight shift and went in to buy cat food and used the self checkout. I showed her my receipt and she took it then looked in my bags and accused me of stealing every item in my bags until I showed her where it was on the receipt and how many I bought. When she realized she was totally wrong she said a lot of people were stealing that day and said I looked beautiful and let me leave.The second run in just recently she wasn't rude, at least I don't think, it was just uncomfortable and awkward. As she was checking my receipt she told me multiple times that the tank top I was wearing was on clearance for $1 and that I should buy one. I said I didn't need one and she held on to my receipt and said it like 3 more times. I finally put out my hand to get my receipt back and she finally handed it to me and I left.

I mean, it's Walmart. I went to get something for my pet which was locked up and after half an hour it was determined that no one could open because a key broke off inside the lock. The people were cordial but I guess the contents of that cabinet are written off to the sands of time.
