I've ordered online and since this is the closest to my sons house this is the location we deal with. On a few occasions we are told a delivery date even had phone calls from the associate on which date my items will be delivered. I have had my son take work off. Then wait all day and the items never show up they get bumped til the following week. So frustrating wasted time.The people on the phones are so rude too. Bad communication and no transparency.

Fantastic Home Depot. It's clean and gigantic and has almost anything you need at a home improvement store. Lighting, paint, construction stuff, fixtures, cleaning products. I love coming here for the plants. The nursery has high quality plants. Not the cheapest, but the quality is the best. I love the indoor and outdoor plants. There's a ton of things inside for anything you need to fix your home - it can be a bit overwhelming so it's helpful to come with an intention of what you need. There's the Order Pickup lockers and Curbside Pickup. There's always parking out front and big orange carts to use while strolling around the store. One thing I was shocked to see was the fun Halloween stuff. I guess I haven't been to Home Depot during seasonal items being on displayed because I was surprised to see what an array of creative items they have for sale. How fun!

I normally have no issues with HD but one of their employees completely blew me off when I asked about some chair cushions that online said had 64 on hand. Eventually, after searching their stock on my own, I found it and was able to convince another employee to have it dropped.

What can I say, it's Home Depot. Understaffed and overworked people. They do honor veterans with a 10% discount which is helpful for those of us living on fixed income.

The Home Depot has a tradition of dealing with customers that are self reliant and have a sense of tireless optimism. They strive to be able to walk customers at various skill levels through most any home improvement or repair. With that in mind, I went to the Windsor Home Depot, with the intention of finding out if I could replace part of my fence at my home on my own. They informed me that they have everything I need, including advice, to get this job done. I have confidence now that I can do it. Walking through the store, after discussing my fence idea, I was asked by three different employees, if I needed any help with anything. The customer service at this store is why I keep coming back for my home improvement needs.

I like Home Depot for the supplies it carries...however, the customer service is not there. I ordered curbside pickup, let them know I was there and waited. I waited about 10 minutes before letting them know AGAIN that I was there for my curbside pickup and waited another 10 minutes. I decided to call the number on the sign, which transfered me to the correct department. The phone rang and rang. I decided to let it ring to see when they would pick up. In the mean time with phone ringing in my hand I went inside to the "customer service" department where the phone was ringing, but no one was picking up. I got in line and was behind 3 other customers who were all helped while the phone kept ringing. When I got to the cashier, I let her know I was there waiting for a curbside pickup that never arrived. I let her know that I was trying to call, but no answer....that's when I hung up. She apologized, but this was unacceptable. Decent customer service personnel would have answered the phone and gave me a place in line rather than just ignore that I too, was waiting for their help. Also when you apologize to someone, that means you are going to do everything in your power to make sure it never happens again....otherwise its just lip service, which is what I got. I know everywhere is short staffed, however it is the employers responsibility to make sure there is enough help available for the services they offer, or they need to shut down the curbside service that they obviously don't have enough help for.other than that, the fencing I purchased worked fine.

I have been shopping at the Windsor Home Depot for quite a while because it's the only major hardware store in the area where I live. Everytime I go there, I take a deep breath and hope my experience will be a good one. However, they never fail to make my experience a negative one. The customer service people at the main entrance do not know the definition of customer service. I walked in and asked where the battery recycling was located, the girl did not look up from her computer and raised her arm to point backwards at the location. In fact, I said, "great customer service". The clerks at the garden department are on their personal devices constantly, with the exception of when a customer arrives. Today, again, I was dropping of batteries and I picked up two items to purchase. I walked to the garden department because that location is usually the quickest. It was closed. So I walked all the way back to the middle of the store only to see numerous closed check out locations and a line of about 10 people for the self check out. I put my two items down and walked out of the store. If they are going to encourage self check out, then least have enough stations. Or if they are so busy at certain times then maybe the management staff should get their butts and open a register or two. I'm sure they're capable. After my visit, I called to store and was transferred by a computer generated voice to a line that rang about 30 times, no one answered. So I hung up and called back and spoke with an agent and she made excuses, like we can't hire anybody, if there's a self check out station it has to be" guarded". Guarded? What, is this San Quentin? After she went on and on with excuses I asked to speak with a manager. She transferred me and the call was dropped. What a surprise. This location needs help, lots of help.

My review is specifically about the garden section. I was very underwhelmed visiting this store recently. The plants were in pretty bad shape. 4 stars because I canât write off the entire store or garden section based on one visit. I will update when I return.

Understaffed and some employees poorly trained. Have been visiting this HD a lot lately. Difficult to find someone to assist or even ask a question. Came to pick up an order and they couldnât find it (after notification that it was ready). Had to make additional trip. For every online order pick up had to wait quite a bit. Always a long line to check out. Staff is polite but still a pain to come here.

Everything I buy there is nonexistent and anything doesnât work. Iâm in Noah Martin is a little here and heâs literally saying that all the things in the world all that I mean Martinez I mean because the goat is on his hat and then Noah has long eyelashes but small ears and everything at Home Depot was very not cool in my old old man. Oh my Iâm in my old grandma. He said he said he said he said he he said he said that everybody there was being mean to him and I should go be cool to them, but they said yeah.

Terrible rental experience, $25 cleaning fee to rinse out the rug doctor carpet cleaner. They expect you to bring the equipment back in pristine condition, otherwise charge you a hefty fee. The cleaning fee doubles the rental cost. Pretty poor service.

If they tried half as much as they avoid you it would be great. No customer service. They are always walking around with nothing in there hands and going know where. It has become a self checkout store and no help outside. Ex. Bark mulch on sale, go to a different parking area. Then a woman sits on her forklift and talks to a door delivery truck driver so she doesn't have to come help. If it's not on sale I'm not shopping there.

Showed up with a trailer to find all the trailer parking filled with SUVs and shiny cars wanting a better spot. Drove over to Friedman's instead to buy the $2500 plus ticket I needed. Maybe try harder Home Depot. Won't be back since it was a nightmare of a parking lot.

This HD location is okay, staff are friendly and try to be helpful at locating things. The main disappointment is that often HD's website will indicate the store has 100's of some item, but they'll be unable to locate them.Update '22: I've added 1 star to this review because of exceptional customer service and, more recently HD's website seems to better reflect what is actually in-stock.

This store has the worst customer service. I ordered a stove that was on sale 4 weeks ago. They were scheduled to deliver it 3 weeks ago. The driver called me and said they could not find the house. Turns out the associate that took my order put in the wrong city.We then corrected the address and scheduled the delivery for the following day. That delivery date goes by and nothing comes. They apologize and reschedule for Friday. Not a word on friday, so I call the store and they said it was not scheduled to send because the address was never updated.I then talked to Yovana for an hour trying to get this rescheduled with no luck. After 3 hours I get a call back from the manager Mike who tells me the order will go out next week. I just needed to call Monday and give a date and time that worked.It is now Monday and I called the store and had to do the same run around for the last 1.5hours since nobody working today was aware of the issue. They finally transfer me to Mark Miller, who is apparently the manager who I then repeat the whole issue to.He is now telling me they cannot deliver to my house and that I need to cancel the order and place it online, however they cannot honor the sale price from when I purchased the item in the store. ($400 savings)I ordered a patio set and fire pit a few weeks ago and they delivered it with no issue.1 star, i would do 0 if I could. The in store associates were not friendly or helpful (perhaps not even literate since she failed to copy the address from my drivers license to my order) . The post purchase customer service has been terrible. Extremely long wait times on the phone. I would avoid shopping here and try and support, lowes, Ace, or any other location.Update:As if this situation could not get any worse it did. Yovanna and Mark charged me for another stove and scheduled an in-store transfer to the Ukiah store. When this order arrived in Ukiah they said the order was unpaid (incorrect, I have been charge 3 times) and they immediately sent it back to the windsor location. They cannot schedukle delivery for another week back to Ukiah where they will need to schedule another delivery.We are 6 weeks from the orginal failed drop off attempt and I have spent 11 hours on the phone with HomeDepot support.This is a sad excuse for customer experience and a new level of low for human capability. Jay Martinez, the store manager is impossible to get ahold of and corporate has not replied to any emails.I am now out 6k from AirBNB bookings I have had to cancel and I have been charge $3,400 for 3 stoves and have not received anything including a refund.

I almost didn't give the stores in the Santa Rosa area that second star. I am from out of state, remodeling my brothers home in the area. Spent over 5000$ in a matter of a few days. During that time, associates seem to be nowhere in sight when you need them. Half of them don't have adequate knowledge of their departments. And to boot, we have been fallowed around by employees like we are not paying for merchandise. One clerk had the audacity to ask if we checked ourselves out, when told no, we had the clerk at the prodesk do it, insulted us by claiming to say I want to make sure you paid for everything, yet didn't ask to look at our reciet. So he wasn't even doing a proper job. We still have a lot to do, and a lot to buy. Not sure I even feel like spending another cent within their doors.

Horrible, unprofessional service, they do not have their act together. I purchased a large order on June 9, 2021 at the store. I was told the delivery date would be 6/19/21. On June 10 I received an email that the delivery date would be 6/14/21 and I would be notified when ready for p/u. I patiently waited to be notified. On June 17 I went to store and the person who assisted me said the deliver date would be between 6/21 and 6/23....on June 23 I phoned and the automated voice said it was delivered and I would receive a notification when ready for p/u. I went to store to see when it would be ready. The first person said it was not even delivered. I asked for the manager and she said that she would look into it and give me a call back that day. I did not receive a call so today 6/24/21 at 1:12 I phoned the store. An automated voice transferred me to customer service....it rand for 14 minutes with no answer so I hung up.

You've seen one Home Depot you've seen them all. This one is just what you expect and even though I can't say Home Depot customer service is impeccable I can at least say it's consistently average and that's honestly fine with me 95% of the time. They always have what I need, in stock and ready for me to go pick it up and the added luxury of online ordering. The parking lot is spacious and it's just off the highway and easy to access.

While I love to beat on Home Depot, they have recently become a fairly good shopping experience. They are well stocked, the staff actually knows the products in their departments, and even approach to see if you need help.I credit this to the corporation finally hiring the requisite number of employees and training them well.The staff even seems less grumpy.Yay!

Jessie in hardware and Sky in lumber - AWESOME. So helpful and patient with my questions, and they really know their stuff. Not a huge Home Depot, but when the people are knowledgeable, it's absolutely worth it to go here.
