Nice CVS. Friendly cashiers and staff. Been coming here often since my favorite Sebastopol CVS moved. Selection is pretty good. Parking is easy. And of course, love my CVS Bucks! :)Update: Dec 2021. This place has gone down hill fast. There's barely anyone who works here. I had a lot of patience due to Covid. But this is ridiculous. I waited for my medication for over 2 months. The pharmacist quit. HOURS waiting on a phone that doesn't pick up. Some days the pharmacy is open, somedays it's not. No one is taking responsibility. Long lines out the door. I heard 300+ CVS's will be closing every year. This place is a nightmare right now. Go somewhere else!

This store is always a mess, the pharmacy is very unorganized prescription never ready or always lost even if you get the messages that it ready is not . Talk about the long waiting times and dont bother calling they just don't answer the phones its just bad

Coupon machine doesn't work. Cashier is unable to properly count the money back of the customer in front of me, so the customer counts it out for the cashier. After the customer leaves, the cashier says the coupon machine is the only one in the store and calls up a clerk to come look at the machine. I ask if coupons can be printed at the register and I'm told they cannot, but "there's a long receipt that comes out with coupons when you buys something." So how will that help me *before* the purchase?The clerk arrives and is unable to make the machine work but says there's another one in the back of the store. We start to walk over. I suggest that the clerk shares the knowledge of the other machine with the cashier to which the clerk replies, "Oh, well, she only works in the front of the store." Closer and closer to the movie Idiocracy every day.Did the machine in the back work? Of course not. But the clerk walked away before checking that it did. I gave up on the coupons, shopped and approached the register.The cashier was arranging something on a shelf so I approached the self-check out to which the cashier ran over asking if I found everything all right. I said yes and proceeded to scan my items. The clerk said, "okay, well just let me know if you need anything." and proceeded to stand behind me and watch me scan instead of returning to the shelf that needed straightening.This is not the first time I was weirdly treated at self-checkout. On a previous visit, I was intercepted and escorted to the self-checkout and my items scanned for me. It felt less service and more "we don't want you stealing anything." Both times there was nothing outwardly aggressive or shady about me -- it wasn't like I was walking around with a big backpack or trench coat to hide items.Today's hovering, though, hit a new low, and made me feel like I was being racially profiled. Again.I understand if theft is an issue, but there are better ways to deal with this as a company than awkwardly hovering behind your once long-time customers. Take out the machines and employ people at your registers who know the basics of a store, and get your machines working.Sad to say I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Review highlight: Waited 50 minutes on hold and then was told to go die by the cashier.five minutes to even get the option to talk to someone live by phone and then they put me on hold for forty minutes. I want rip off my ears hearing it tell me the same line about forward slash vaccines. The music loop is incomplete too, so every thirty seconds the call goes completely silent and gets your hopes up. ITS FIVE THIRTY ON A WEDNESDAY.edit, we are at 50 minutes.Edit pt 2: Cashier told me to go die after telling me she would not refill my prescription. This directly conflicts with the last time I called. They did a partial refill because of a shortage and said I could get the last 4 at a later time. The main store manager would not listen to my complaint either so this is just something they support. Disgusting behavior. I hope they burn down

Customer service does not exist in this store. Nothing has prices on them. Boxes all over the floor, no matter what time of day. Half of the shelves are empty. This sight won't let you put 0 stars and go thru. So I had to give it a 1

The pharmacy has been understaffed for about a month. The poor pharmacist is doing everything. The phone isn’t answered, people are waiting in lines for up to an hour just to ask a question. People with online covid appointments are being turned away. It’s really becoming critical as some medicines shouldn’t be stopped suddenly and they are 8 days behind in filling. It’s appalling. Where is their manager? Could a manager answer the phone or ring a customer up???

What horrible working conditions for the CVS Windsor Pharmacist! Even after waiting 1.5 hours to be told he was unsure why the shipment with my medication had not arrived, I still had a great deal of empathy for him since he was the only person working from open to close.There’s soooo much room for errors when the one medical professional is at the cash register, giving shots and filling prescriptions. (Hence the reason the phone calls go unanswered)CVS management, you’re a large corporation. Shame on you for not taking care of your employees and customers. You can keep your reward bucks.

NEVER, EVER GO HERE. For starters, you will never get your medication. Even if you're contacted to pick it up, I guarantee when you go and wait an hour in line (yes, really), you'll be told by the assistant that it's not filled. Then I asked to have it sent to a different CVS for pickup, she said yes, and then did nothing. I went to the other CVS TWO DAYS LATER and they STILL hadn't sent the prescription order! So out of desperation, I go to the website and try to pay to have my meds delivered. I enter my address. "Cannot ship to this location as it is too far away from a CVS pharmacy". I LIVE LESS THAN A HALF MILE FROM THE PLACE, HOW TINY IS YOUR DELIVERY RADIUS?!These people are incompetent. The store itself is always barren, with hardly anything on the shelves. I have never in my life seen such a ln abhorrently run establishment.

This place is horrible. I've spent 3 hrs trying to call and verify whether or not my prescription has been called in. Since no one answered I took the 15 minutes drive to check personally. When I got there they said my doctor hadn't yet called it in. The next morning I had asked my doctor if he could call it in for me me and he informed me that it was done the previous day.It seems that customer care is not CVS's primary focus, which is very discerning. NEVER GOT TO CVS in Windsor...its the worst pharmacy ever

Bottom line, this place had abysmal customer service. The Pharmacists are most likely overworked, and the pharmacy is most likely understaffed (Nothing new post-Covid). Possibly because of the stress the pharmacists appear to be under, there is a severe lack of empathy for customers.

The pharmacy in this store works so hard and is so kind and patient. It's not the fault of the hard working staff in this unprecedented environment that it's slow. The higher ups need to help this store, a central location for so many people in this area. They are the only ones nearby for us and they need help, and deserve help, for all the assistance they've been giving us for all these years.Blame corporate, not the staff!!

The pharmacy is the worst! The clerk up front is horrible .. Was there today stood in line for about 5 minutes while the clerk was talking to someone about dieting ect.. never acknowledged me. Watched me as I put down my would be purchase and walk out, still continuing to socialize with someone! Never going back !! If the store manager sees this review look at your cameras it was around 9:15 am 1/30/2020, clerk was thin, long hair in ponytail.

This has to be the slowest, understaffed, unprofessional pharmacy I've ever dealt with. For the past 4 times I've come here to have my prescriptio filled there has been an issue. Either they can't find the prescription or they say don't have anyone to fill the prescription or they can't find me and I've been going there for over 1.5 years. I called and had to wait 1 hour on the phone for somone to answer and I even drove there and waited another 25 minutes for them to say "we have your prescription but haven't filled it." what?? Its now 5pm and I had it filled at 9 am sent over directly from my Dr. Very irritating especially when you're 8.5 months pregnant. Will be changing pharmacies after I get my prescription. Very unprofessional.

Worst experience ever. Waited in life 30 minutes w RX for strep throat, pain meds for it. Very very ill. Told they could not fill it, too busy. Suggested I come back in 8 hours. I suggested they post a sign so those of us in pain did not have to wait that long to be turned away. It was Memorial day weekend but from seeing similar posts they need to staff properly. Hire people that care.

Went to the pharmacy. They told me it'd take "15 minutes but probably less" to wait for my prescription. I waited a half hour and another 15 minutes in line. Once I got back up to the counter, they told me it'd be ANOTHER 30 minutes. I just left.

Awful, I really don’t know how this store survived the pandemic. I can only guess it’s because of the pharmacy. Couldn’t possibly be their outstanding high paced service and customer care. Put a Whole Foods there or at least let the automatic machine registers do all the work for you. Just give it up.

My prescription was ready early, went in at 7:30p and there were no other customers in line. Got everything I needed in minutes. Greeted by a couple of employees, it felt like a nice atmosphere

Incredibly long waits, did not get the prescription that was phoned in for myself and for another person in line. Gal who was waiting for a COVID shot had been there an hour when I arrived and was still waiting when I left 45 minutes later. Don't go here. Go anywhere else.

Horrible experience, our NP called in a prescription for my boyfriend and I and they wouldn't fill it until they spoke to the head doctor. The short pharmacist then said he couldn't even transfer to our actual/usual pharmacy. Mind you this is a prescription that we receive monthly, not something new. If you don't want to be hassled don't come here.
