We moved over to Winchester Dog Grooming about 6 months ago and have been quite happy. They're friendly and easy to work with. No issues with getting a decent appointment time and they really care about each "client". Our Irish Wheaton Terrier was a ball of nerves going into our last place, but seems quite chill these past 3-4 from sessions at WDG. Thanks to the crew there. Highly recommended.

Wow! I am so impressed with Winchester Dog Grooming. This was our first visit and scheduled "Dudley's" next grooming in 6 weeks. He got the full treatment and looked so good when I picked him up. He is an older dog and he looked so young.The staff are all very friendly and great at what they do. If you are looking for a great place to have your dog groomed this is the spot. We got a discount for being new clients and will get another discount for new client referrals. I will have to add a picture of him...he is asleep right now, If you decide to try them....tell them Cindy sent you. haha You will not be disappointed.

I had the best experience grooming my puppy. I was calling everywhere in town and no one was available most of them you had to leave a voicemail. I called this location right away they got me in and groomed my puppy. I was fascinated with their work. Will definitely be using them every 6 weeks.

Katy and her staff have by far done the best grooming on our baby girl Princess! We live in Harveston and drive there because we have found they do the absolute best for our Maltipoo. Visiting in the area for a week and decided to call this place because of their good ratings. However I quickly found their appointment scheduling process is much too difficult. At other places one, 2 minute phone call and I have an appointment. Not so much the case here. No voice contact here. I text a message as instructed and then wait six hours for a reply. I decided to forget it. I figure they already have an established clientele and do not need new business. Just way too difficult.

Katy Alger is the owner of Winchester Dog Grooming. She is a Master Groomer and she knows her stuff.I have a standard poodle and haven't had a decent cut on her since moving to Winchester last year.Since Katy took over this shop, used to be Ashton's, my Katie now has a great cut. Poodles are difficult to groom, if you want them to look like a poodle.Give Katy a try, you won't be disapointed.

Terrible. No answer at all at this place. They're apparently only texting, but doesn't say so in the voice-mail. It only says they return calls with 24 hrs, but they didn't text me back until 3 days later, and when they finally said I could bring them on Thursday morning, I asked what time and their time frame for pickup etc, no response again. I show up right at opening hours 9am, waited there for a while, no one at the shop and never opened. Beyond upset. I don't know how this place received good ratings!

This place is a the best groomer we've found. And we've been all over the San Jacinto and Temecula Valley.Prices are great. And the groomers are better then great. They send you pet home with a report and some goodies.Highly recommended.

New Ownership since April 2019. Staff are friendly. My Golden looks amazing. No frills, no fluff... just a great home like atmosphere. I won't take my furbaby anywhere else!
