I came to this store before to get a charger for my cell phone but they didn't have any in stock. When I walked into the store, I had a bag full of food from when I had went shopping at El Super. Some dude that worked there had approached me and asked if i had my receipt. It clearly says El Super on the grocery bag but whatever. I showed him the receipt and then I left. It's crazy to assume that someone is stealing when in reality they weren't doing anything at all. Especially if the chargers are locked behind glass.

The cashier was very nice and seemed like a hard worker he was going back and forth with 2 cash registers helping the customers in line. He was the only one at the front. Wish I could remember his name, but I do remember him saying that Essential water is the best lol. He provided Good Customer Service.

Came 30 minutes before closing couldn't even serve us ice cream. I wish the manager would know that the girl who was a worker was litterly next to the icecream for her to tell us “the ICE-CREAM IS CLOSED “ we are closing already. When it was only 30 minutes into closing very rude. Doesnt take more then 3 minutes to serve icecream. Get this they were NOT BUSY AT ALL.

Around 815 Tuesday 2-16-2021I walked into the store, made a left and went straight to the drink section looking for fruit punch snapple, they don't sell it there so I turned around to exit the store. I was approached by a Rite Aid worker to said "are you going to put that back?", I emptied my pockets in good faith but the way he approached me was as if I was a criminal without any evidence. He just looked at me and judged me. Won't be going there ever again.

The ATM here showed me an error message when I tried to take cash out. No cash was dispensed but was taken from my account. Now I have to jump through hoops and wait 2 weeks to get my money back, and that's IF support is cooperative.

The Worst Customer Service, The Worst Checkout lines w/usually ONLY 1 checker. And Their ice cream counter is not a priority, not even during summer or HEATWAVES.. Prepare urself for long waits at checkout, Pharmacy and Ice cream counter..
