When I came to this storage place to learn about and see storage units I was immediately helped by Jeff and the general manager . They asked what I wanted and what I specifically would need the space for, so I could get the best fit . Jeff was great showing me the options and giving me all the details necessary for renting a storage unit with them . Recommend this storage place for the storage and the people that create the environment 😊

This is a good place to storage your things, (stuff), place located in pch ave in Wilmington city....you can get a discount online when you set up your account (it's still available).. also you can manage all this using the storage app, very convenient and easy 😀...I took a good deal yeah! 👍 👌

We came here because it has the best prices for storage we could find in the area. We rented a unit on line and got a phone call from the property manager to confirm. We came by the next day to look at the size of the unit. We worked with Carmen that day and she was great. She was professional but personable and very nice. She had a great attitude she explained everything to us and walked us to our storage unit to show us. When I asked how long she had worked there, I was surprised when she said only 7 months. She seemed like she was there forever and had all the answers in a helpful way. We rented the unit and now I need to work at filling it up.

Stopped by to inquire about sizes and prices towards end of the evening today. Janine was very patient/professional in answering all my questions. Did not shoo me away even with itbeing closing time. Managed to explain the process- even helped me with needing another move in date but securing a unit now since I will not be needing a unit right at this moment. Greatly appreciate the excellent service. Definitely recommend this location. Thanks again Janine

Needed to rent a storage unit for work and this location was the closest for our job needs. They also had the most competitive prices for unit we needed. The facility is very good, but what makes this location 5-star is their staff. Janine is absolutely fantastic!!! She is professional, knowledgeable, and patient while answering a multitude of questions. She goes above and beyond to help her customers. I needed to handle the verification process at a location that was closer to me. The person on staff at this other location was new and did not know how to handle the process. I called Janine and she walked him through the process explaining what he needed to do. Not only did she help me, but she helped out her co-worker at another location. Truly awesome!

HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE! They rented me a unit that had bugs, holes in walls from rats and mold! You could see the 2 foot water line. They tried to say it was oil I was seeing cuz it's built on top of an old oil field so apparently oil seeps into the unit! Excuse me but I'm pretty sure breathing in oil can possibly cause cancer plus other issues! I told them it definitely has mold too, you can clearly see it! WOW what a great combination! Definitely don't won't that unit. However, I couldn't be transferred to another unit unless I paid an extra $70 for the same exact size! If I wanted to cancel the unit they said I could NOT get back the $29 admin fee either and a check will be mailed for my refund! OMG SERIOUSLY!!! IM SITTING HERE AT THE LOCATION WITH MY STUFF AND NOW HAVE NO UNIT AND THEY HAVE MY MONEY!!! So then I was told to call corporate office. The corporate rep said they'll file a report to fix unit but it takes 72 hours for report to go through! I said I'm at the location and can't wait for them to fix it! What the hell! I asked to speak to a supervisor and now have been on hold for an hour and 50 minutes and now the place is closed!!!! The person in the office also gave me the District Manager phone number to call but said he won't answer and leave a message but he won't get my message until next week!!! WHAT!!! HOW IS THAT SUPPOSE TO HELP THIS IMMEDIATE ISSUE! IF ANY FROM PUBLIC STORAGE ACTUALLY READS THIS, I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY PLUS BE COMPENSATED FOR THE TIME AND IMMENSE TROUBLE YOU HAVE CAUSED ME! I have been renting with Public Storage throughout 30 years and have never had a problem! You DEFINITELY LOST MY BUSINESS! THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

DO NOT book a rental with this company. They are theives! I booked a rental move in with them and cancelled it without ever moving in, and they refused to refund my money that I paid for the rent. They kept giving me the runaround, saying that it takes x amount of days for a refund. It’s been two weeks and still no refund. I filed a chargeback with my bank. I will never book a rental with this scam company, that’s for sure.

I needed a quick and affordable storage solution and originally reserved a space at a Long Beach location. With very little moving help, this location offers all drive up garages. The customer service that Jamine and Jeanine provide is impeccable, the grounds are prestine AND even the people in neighboring units are kind 👌🏾

We have been storing our offices here since the pandemic started in March of 2020. Everything was as on par with every other public storage facility we have used. The person who made this facility stand out was Janine, the manager of the facility. She assisted us as we worked to clean out the unit and made an unusually stressful situation much easier.
