Do not use this stores photo printing service! 3 days ago I ordered photo printing and received a confirmation email w an order number to pick up my pictures. I went to the store and was told my pictures could not be found w my order number or name. I contacted customer care who contacted the store and like magic my pictures are now available. This only makes me wonder more, where were my pics when I went to the store? Who had them? Were my pictures used for something inappropriate? I'm so uncomfortable and disgusted

I came to the store... .. The kindness and courtesy I received from the store manager was one I never experienced at a CVS store before. I also witness how great he was with other customers... The employees were all on their feet making sure the store was clean, organized and will stop what they are doing to help any customer with any question or concern they may have... If I can rate a 10 I would. Very happy and satisfied with my experience. I will definitely make this my CVS Store....

I’m more than 85% sure that it was the manager whom I asked where a certain product was and she simply said they are here if they are not then I’m not sure. What kind of customer service was that? She didn’t even offer to help and look anywhere else.

CVS is the best place for my vitamins and meds. I also shop here for my supplies for my house. The workers there are knowledgeable and helpful. Also CVS is very clean and organized. Keep up the good job.

I just had the worst experience at this store. I had them press the customer service button for every department I entered throughout the store. The young buff man that works there literally follows you around the store like if you’re about to shop lift. It makes me really uncomfortable to shop at this store. It’s Not the first incident.

👀👂🚨Espero q atienda a lo q realmente si es urgente y necesario, seguido compro y voy al cvs, pero hace más de 2 años nunca nunca nunquisima hay baños disponibles siempre dice Fuera de servicio (por el cobi 19 desde el 2020 no habré ni tiene baños para el público osea los clientes de la cvs, y eso q es un local grande ,porq si es grande debe por ley tener para sus clientes hagan sus necesidades,es algo muy desagradable porq es algo indispensable pues,creo es una grande excusa pa no limpiarlos baños,)se sabe q lo hacen pa no limpiar los baños y no invertir tiempo en limpieza delos baños y le dicen a uno si necesita usar baños valla alado allí ay una market norhgate q esta alapar use allí me dijo, y no ven la necesidad de los clientes de usar el baños sin importar si uno es viejo joven o si carga niños ,y q por ley de California en lugares grandes por ley tienen q tener baños públicos para los clientes y considero q la market no tiene porq andar gastando en luz agua limpieza, no soy dueña ni empleada dela market, los de la market son super amables y ellos no tiene necesidad de sobre carga de clientes suyos usando el baños q porq no se les da la gana ponerlos disponibles (no quieren limpiar baños )para sus clientes y quedan re mal con la necesidad de los clientes del cvs pharmacia , considero q el manager gerente o encargado de la farmacia tiene q ver esos grandes detalles de la limpieza y el orden del establecimiento cvs ,Si alguien ha vivido sentido esto bueno creo no solo soy yo ay miles de clientes diariamente q va y siempre un negocio tiene por ley tener baños creo🤷‍♀️2024 y aún sigue igual la cosa no hacen nada para mejorar deberían de ver los dislikes para ver el porq la gente se queja para mejorar su atención al cliente teniendo baños para los clientes🙏déjeme lo saber si les ha pasado👍

Mal trato por parte del manager fui a comprar medicamentos para el resfriado y me pidió mi tarjeta de CVS y como no la llevaba le di mi numero de teléfono y ala hora de pagar le di un cupón que tenia y me dijo que ese cupón no era mío y me fije en el numero que puso y el anoto mal el numero de teléfono por eso no coincidia el cupón y que me avienta al piso todos los medicamentos y que me dice que me largara que no me hiba a vender nada y que hiba a llamar ala policía. Y lo que vi que estaba tratando mal a todos los clientes. Espero pongan atención a este hombre frustrado y que no le gusta su trabajo. Porque nuestro dinero vale y tenemos derechos.
