What an amazing Store, I had technical problems regarding bridge pay/time zone & negative credit .They were able to fix the problem with such ease that I couldn't possibly do over the phone with a customer service manager.Helpful, cleanliness and outstanding attention to detail and very knowledgeable about their products, services and people skills.

The woman I spoke to was very friendly. It is just a shame that the phone I want is not in stock at the moment. But other than that, the people who I’ve spoken to have been very helpful. And I am glad that they took the time out of their day to get things done.

I meet the most amazingly staff apart of your company who went above and Beyond to make my visit the most pleasant! they fixed my account information in minutes vs what your online team could not do calling 3 time and waisted over 2 in a half hours of my life and still wasn’t competent 3 people in with phone customer service! hours of my time and waisted after the first attendant said he took care of it. So disappointed! With phone customer service! They need to get it together! Thank god your your.126 W. Anaheim st in Wilmington ca 90744 team! They lied to my face, I arrangedA switching my phone to their phone service 3weeks from thenWhen my contract comes up for renewal pre-paidment, so I gave my information to them,an agreement was made no charges until I switched over to cricket service, that night my credit cardFraud Dept calls me at 2:30a,m,Asking if I have 2 phone servicesOn my phone, I said" I'm switching Next month" "oh so they have charge you for the service this month leading up to the switch?"I said No. They tried to , since you rarely use your cardit stood out like a flag. We're takeCare of it, good morning.
