Super clean Walmart super center with a giant parking lot. Attentive staff and convenient location to I5 make this a great choice to shop. First time I saw where staff has to handle your hard liquor bottle.

Don’t stop at this Walmart. Keep driving. Awful experience. The lady at the self checkout was staring at my mom and me the whole time. She asked us 5 times if we scanned the water bottles we had. I said not yet we are using a different card for some items. She continued to stare at only us when there was other customers. I then called out that I was now scanning the water bottles. She still came over a few minutes later to ask again. I felt harassed. I felt very uncomfortable. Never had an experience at Walmart like this before.

They are just cheap I try not to go there to lazy to mop water off the floor what if your kid or mother got hurt . I finally had to go find someone in charge ro have someone take care of the water on the floor.to hard to understand if its raining out side water can come in from the carts no precautions taken thats dum

It always has too much merchandise in the isles. Employees are either super friendly or completely grumpy. I don’t think it is clean. It’s pretty chaotic on a regular basis.

Normally I do not write negative reviews. However I experienced something at the Willows Walmart that teetered on age bias and cultural insensitivity. When I brought my customer experience concerns to a day manager I was met with disinterest, disengagement, zero solutions and I left feeling that my concerns had been tossed into the wastebasket. The female manager exhibited a, I could care less attitude towards me, and brushed me off like a flyAs a senior and a person who is disabled, this was by far the most negative experience I have ever had as a consumer at any Walmart. The lack of supportive customer care was absolutely astonishing!I escalated this and filed a formal complaint with Walmart corporate office in the hopes that Willow Walmart employees will get further training to better serve their customer base, and be more sensitive to the needs of seniors.

Walmart Supercenters are always full of inventory and have a diverse selection. Walmart in Willows is no exception. It is brightly lit and fully stocked. We stopped over on a trip south. Nice place to stop and stretch our legs and also go to Walmart. Check it out.

The Walmart is a typical Walmart store but they need to do something about the fact there is no phone service in the store. Many times my family have tried to contact something to get something and can't, furthermore you can't go to the website to locate products. It has to be the only store I have been in that there is no cellphone service. And it doesn't matter what phone provider you have it doesn't work. Several times I have left and went to competitor store because I can locate products on my phone.

All check out is self check out now as far as I can tell. On this particular trip I went to get a birthday cake for my daughter. So really this is a review for the bakery. The cake was a 2tier Mandalorian cake. It came out exactly how it looked in the picture and was ready on time. Not going to lie it was a little expensive $76 I believe but the smile on my daughter's face was priceless. I would recommend this bakery.

Willows Walmart is gouging prices and charging more than every other Walmart out there!! Terrible store!! You don’t even deserve one star you’re greedy, money hungry, price gouging and shameful. During a time when families already struggle your going to pull this? Don’t shop here go to Chico or literally ANYWHERE but willows.

I like to restock my truck with their filtered water. 39 cents for gallon refills. Buy fresh fruit, handy hormel dinners $1.97, nuts and seeds, trail mix. Canned fish, crackers. Healthy snacks.

They did not have an air filter for my mazda and I looked very hard. The store was clean and staff friendly over all great experience. While their today O just needed a marker for a sign which will be for my window in the vehicle.Though I did search online for the website to apply to the distribution center and for some reason unable to get to the actual site which could probably been a problem with the actual server I was using it was a library computer. Though I was able in 2017 to get to the website.

I was here a week ago, and from what I remember from my experience, it went great, I was going to get an oculus, they didn't have any up so I went to an employee and he got one for me and was very kind and friendly to me, he also gave me advice on what I should do, I was planning to get some food from that food area in the store but it didn't look good so I didn't get some, but in general it went great, I would recommend

I enjoy shopping here. Friendly personal and good quality produce and bakery too. Quick customer service area. Shelves seemed to be better stocked now. They have lots of clearance items as of Halloween time. Cat food section has been very low quantity for months now!!! Cat supplies are still low after 6 months! Have several large shelves of clearance items as of 4/10/23. Clearance shelves are still up and new products are added. Lot more clothing in July & August. They have added more clearance shelving. Yarn and craft section is getting smaller!😪

Nov 8 ,Came in to get stuff for us someone call a guy he came in bug us. He didn't buy a thing. What going on. You have worker make illegal call having people on your store stalk.Danny foster pick up refill. Get other pills that my Dr did not order plus giving me pills with out paperwork.Try call got no answer. Plus store manager will not pick up. Someone need to call me . Look my name up pharmacy please call me asap

I love that you can order online for in store pickup or curbside. Today it only took a minute and a half from the time I entered my spot number in the app and they brought my order out. It was a little after 5 and there were lots of cars already there and I got my order first

I won’t ever order a cake again from there for two reasons !! I ordered a cake two weeks from 8/2 for my sisters birthday and sandy in the bakery was rude ,unprofessional and just straight up disrespectful. I asked for certain things on the cake that was just like on the paper but I wanted to change the color ! She told me “ oh we don’t have that and we won’t be ordering it just for you ,and then told me I couldn’t change the boarder color “ 2) I paid 31.23 for a small cake that wasn’t even an idea of what I ordered . Be warned if you order while the sandy girl is there be prepared for disappointment.

This is still one of the most well-run stores of any type I've ever been in. Always clean with a friendly staff. Typical Walmart pricing as well. I've yet to have any issues and I have been shopping here for 8+ years.
