Typical Starbucks on the smaller side. But, clean, well-staffed, and well stocked.Coffee, drinks, and food were all consistent with Starbucks standards.Not too busy, so no long wait. Will stop there again!Parking: No problem, lot and street were both available.

Very fast service. Restrooms are too modern. Not standart Starbucks restrooms. But they are not useful. Internet is sucks. There is no Google Starbucks service. It is regular slow wifi. They need to improve the speed ASAP

I don't have a ton to say about any Starbucks because I tend to avoid coffee shops due to caffeine sensitivity but I grabbed a decaf caramel crisp frappuccino and I wish I'd ordered a large. No questions asked, no odd looks, and the girl empathized with my caffeine issues. It was absolutely delicious but please, for the love of God, don't get these every day! It was so dropped with sugar, my pancreas was crying. I told it to shut up and let the endorphins talk, but it's definitely an occasional treat.Overall very pleasant experience.By the way, for people who say the coffee tastes burned, you're driving coffee wrong. They use a very dark roast. It's how coffee is supposed to taste. Yes, it's expensive. That's why it's a treat, not an everyday expense.

We used to love Starbucks. Day while on car trip we stopped at the Willows store. My husband went in to get our coffees. He asked the server to leave room for cream to be added. The server wouldn't let him pour the cream into the coffee, she took the coffees and added the half and half. She said customers were not allowed to use the cream dispenser. What? He brought the coffees out to the car, ugh! Back in he went. Again she refused to let him add the cream and did it herself. The coffee was too strong and now it was tepid. We threw both of the coffees in the trash. Wasted time and money on undrinkable coffee. So disappointing!

The store is very clean and the staff are always pleasant. I take my daughter there so she can get the cake pops. The staff are awesome, as my daughter is so independent that she must order and pay for her own stuff. The staff are polite and patient as they help her through her order.

Music was so loud you couldn't hear the girl working register, which might be why I waited so long for someone to take my order. I guess I would just say they are lucky that they are the only place in this small town, so they don't have to worry about doing a good job or taking care of their customers.

I always like coming here, the employees are so kind and always get my drink out at a reasonable time. Some people are soft spoken and could be a bit hard to hear at times, but they always help me quickly and the overall mood of the place is just so relaxing! It's great for doing my homework or when I work on a project.

Music was so loud they got our order wrong... even after repeating it. One employee was very short with me when I corrected my order with him, again, like it was my fault!The "genderless" bathrooms looked like they haven't been cleaned in days. Paper was all over the floor and the trash was overflowing.

I went to the Starbucks and got a pumpkin latte and a cream cheese pumpkin muffin and they were both delicious. On top of that the server was really nice and kind and just knew what he was doing so I had a good experience.

I occasionally go here to work. The staff are kind, thoughtful, and always greet with a smile. They deal with a variety of people, and are always willing to be the best they can. Today there was a totally random incident involving some entrepreneurial teens - and when the kids came in and asked for help - they were there to support them. Such a great place. Plus, they make an awesome, quick dirty chai. Thank you.

I work next door to this Starbucks and ordered a cappuccino on mobile like I usually do. Since I'm the only person on duty at my job I have to get back quickly. Usually I can just walk into the store, tell them my name and get out with my drink. But this time when I walked there, the door was locked and there were about 5 employees inside. I decided to call the store instead of knocking because it seems pointless as they would think I'm a customer who's trying to order something at that time and ignore me. When I called, I asked them if they can just open the door and hand me my drink since I'm already at the door or would I have to get a car and go through the drive thur? They said they'll be right there with my drink but when they handed me my drink it was half empty. You can feel that it was half empty when you hold the cup, the weight was very light...so I'm not sure why they would serve it like that. They're lucky I was working or else I would have turned around and open the door before they can lock it again. Did not have the time to complain right then and there. A waste of 5 bucks and I honestly didn't mind anything until they served me a half empty cappuccino. There were no cars in the drive thur either and I ordered my drink 30 mins before I got there too. They had plenty of time to make sure my drink was right before serving it.

First staff member was very rude when I told them they needed to turn the music down so she could hear me and she walked away from me. The next person was helpful and remade the drink. This is not the first time the music has been a problem.

Super clean lobby and restroom. Music was a little bit loud. The person taking orders must have misunderstood our order. We did like the other drink that we were given, so I'm adding an Xtra start for good coffee & good manners.

This is it! Five Star rating on every level. If you’re ordering your usual or trying something new and don’t speak “Starbuckian” no worries this staff has your back. I go out of my way to come to this location because I demand friendly consistency and they produce! This locations manager is doing it right. Her staff is always projecting positive vibes and my order is always...always correct. Thank you! for making my coffee and my day. 😊😊
