The system had an error during checkout. The cashier was friendly and tried to fix it with the assistance of another employee. I ended up being charged double for a few items. When I noticed, I brought it back to the cashier, and she asked for the same employees' assistance again.This is where I have an issue.That employee kept repeating my transaction wasn't in the system and that happens with ebt even if it is a partial payment.I told her I paid with a credit card and she again repeated that ebt transactions dissappear.When they did find the transaction and I asked if I could just grab the same items I was already charged for, she said no it would need to be refunded on a gift card and right now wasn't a good time.The cashier had me grab the same items so she could do the refund ( my kids had taken the bag out already) and I asked her again if I could just take the items I had already paid for instead of the gift card. A different employee approved.The reason I don't want the gift card is I don't plan on going back in there. During our visit there, they announced a security check in all aisles while I was looking at books with my kids. There were not that many other people in the store, and after the interaction with the one employee at the end, I have no doubt it was because I was in the back of the store.Regardless of how I paid, it's obvious that employee was being discriminatory. It is not hard to be kind. Or even keep your mouth closed if you can't be.

Lots of stuff for parties, graduation items, and just every day groceries and necessities. Worth a walk around, never know what you'll find. The workers here are friendly and very helpful. Oh! Always check out the spices, they have many to choose from. Thanks for making it a nice trip!

Today the system was having an issue and charged me eventho it didn't print out a receipt, the associate helping me was so kind eventho I was difficult to deal with almost a full Karen on my part like 80% Karen in my view maybe more to other lol my apologies . Very well handled by the associate and the DM even called me very quickly to handle the situation. Impressed by how it was handled. Left without the groceries cuz I wasn't guna be charged multiple times.

They have everything you need for a neighborhood store. Very well stocked, employees are helpful & friendly. Like everything, if you like something, purchase enough because it may not be there again. All in all its a good store for a quick purchase. Children love this place to shop for gifts. You can even purchase gift cards. All items are $1.25+tax. There is ample parking and handicapped accessible.

I Love the willows dollar tree. The store is always clean and the staff is very helpful and respectful. Mo the store manager is very sweet and everytime I go in she is very helpful. The kindness that Abelita gives you and the ideas she gives is great. No matter how many times a day I go in I always am greeted by one of the staff members thanks guys I'll continue to shop at this dollar tree.

Excellent store. Nice layout. Clean, well organized. The employees are always polite and very helpful. An excellent inventory. Its absolutely the best dollar tree store I've been to. I shop there often.

Well as for me ,I believe that all stores Dept,or food store should follow there lead at dollar tree because everything that you need for basic needs and sustainability like food and hygiene should be a dollar everyone who would like to hold on to there pennies that is ,I've been a customer since the Beginning with DT and at first they were pretty most reliable with having.g basic needs available always but here in the last year they have gotten a little off but no matter what customer service is still a 5 but products,I had to lower it and if you have kids what a place to go get everything you need for less 50.00 that's a deal anyway good job . Dollar tree still a fan

The clerks are very friendly,helpful and make everyone that enter there door welcome very organized and things are very easy to find ,the men manegers are great they are always working and seeing that there customers leave with what they came for if they have it, and one clerk name LISA make u feel like a store suppose to (here to serve you and make sure u find what you are looking for and always,i mean always speak and welcome u with a smile.THANK YOU DOLLAR TREE KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

Wow, so much in here. Firstly, if you're considering shopping here, you can't argue about experience, value, etc. Secondly, holy heck, there are great deals here! Everything from food to pads of paper and Christmas coffee mugs - if you want it, it's here. Value upon value. Shop here and save $...
