The staff is friendly, helpful, and somewhat knowledgeable. The prices are reflective of the area. That is, if you drive to Eureka or Redding, you'll definitely save a few bucks. Its a small to medium sized store, but they have a decent selection is items and it's relatively easy to find what you are looking for. If it's not in stock, they'll special order it for you with no more than a weeks wait.

I freaking love this place. The employees are nice and always helpful, and they have a good variety of products. This single location has swayed me away from home depot or lowes, even when I move to a larger city. Forever an Ace customer now!

Small, locally owned Ace Hardware store. Has a decent outside nursery for your flower and fruit tree needs. Small hardware yard that can still fulfill many folks needs without having to go to a bigger lumberyard. Helpful and friendly staff on hand. Good popcorn as always with Ace stores.

Well it was very embarrassing I'm about to enter store and the employees stop me n say I'm not allowed. I said what's up they said I was shoplifting. I said absolutely not , wrong person. They said well I can come bk and talk to the manager this week.Wow!!!!!! Not only embarrassing but now I can't get what I need today and I have to come bk n deal w this again

Ace hardware in willow creek has almost everything I need for home repairs, there is some stuff that I have to travel to the coast to get but for the most part they usually have what I'm looking for. The workers are helpful and it's easy to find the place and there is a good size parking lot so you dont have to worry about parking.

Employees do not wear, facemasks, so they are endangering, enabling and transmitting Covid 19, Delta, and the new onimicro pandemics. Do not shop there to protect the elderly, children, and your family. My cousin just died from Covid 10, but the employees they are not taking the Covid shots.
