Expensive and the employees can be a little cold sometimes but it's the main store in the area so you gotta do what you gotta do.Has a good range of items including movies, food, gifts (including balloons), and more. Also carries fruits and vegetables that seem to be constantly fresh.

On Feb 20th I decided to go out on my birthday. Something I dont do because of covid. I stopped at thus store bought 20.00 in food and since my town soesnt have ATM I took 160.00 cash back for the month. We went to next stop and my cash was confiscated. They gave me counterfeit 20. Dollar billsI called and cashier was really cold said she remembered me getting cash. She didnt care I was out money. I lost my job due to covid and could not afford this. The store took no responsibility for the money the manager didnt even bother to call me. So to say the least I am done here. They passed the money to me and should be responsible. Get pens protect your customers.

Ray's is the only supermarket in Willow Creek, and it's busy in the summer. Because of size, there's not a broad array of choice, but you'll find pretty much what you want. Staff is helpful and friendly. Riversong a few blocks away focuses on organic foods, and between the two, you'll find something tasty for dinner.

This is the worsted grocery store i think i have been too. It costs more here to buy 5 of any items you can pick then it would be to eat out. Its that much! Take a normal stores prices add 1-2$ for it being from rays then add another 2-5$ for it being at this store. Occasionally they will have a sale going on that reduces the price down to a normal stores price. Other then that the staff look dead inside but overall are nice enough and the store doesn't carry stuff even other smaller rays do. The store is usually stocked but their stuff is misplaced all the time. Probably by customers. The halls are narrow making it a pain to walk around in. If you have to buy groceries. Just go to WinCo in eureka. I can almost guarantee you'll save money going out to WinCo every week then shopping in willow creek and that's including the gas cost. My girlfriend and myself save almost double every week now.Easy summary: Getting a bag of popcorn at rays is $4.23 for a large bag. Winco is 2.25 for a family size. Thats the price difference we are talking about. Double the cost, half the amount.

It is always way to expensive. But if you do not want to go to the coast. Or not drive to Hoopa to their new store there you pay the steep price. A bottle of Titos Vodka a handle is $45.00 at Ray's, and 28 for the same handle at Winco in Eureka California

small, crowded; layout is bizarre. wait lines for check-out extend down the aisles, making it congested for shoppers still browsing for their items. I like the variety of brand selections available. The staff is usually friendly.

Rays in Willow Creek is a good stop for groceries, etc. Of course it's a little pricier since you're out on the Trinity River, but good atmosphere, nice folks working there.

Very limited selection, HIGH prices, and bad customer service. Very slow checkout.The building needs some serious renovating (narrow aisles, freezers barely work), no public restroom.

It's really nice that they remodeled but the isles are really really high and the prices have skyrocketed. Service is ok but they are understaffed and it gets packed often.
