I can't speak highly enough of this business. I was driving home with my child on Saturday evening at 5:30 on I5 and had a blow out on one of my tires and we were over 300 miles from home. My tires were purchased and had a warranty from a larger brand name business. I called them first and was pretty much told "oh well" from them since they were closing soon. I was waiting for road side assistance and started calling all the tire shops I could find online and I was pretty much shut down by them since they were close to closing for the day (and weekend).I happened to call a tire repair in Colusa and the gentleman told me his uncle's business was closer in Williams. He said he would drive there and wait with his uncle until we could limp in on the spare tire. They stayed open over an hour past their closing time. I was able to purchase a new tire for a reasonable price. They put it on, then made sure that all my tires had the proper pressure. They literally saved me from having to find a hotel for 2 nights to wait for Monday morning. They are awesome! Great work, great empathy and caring.

After going to an event this past weekend in the hills towards East Park Reservoir, hit many pothole which damaged one of my front tires. Desperate to find a tire shop open on a Sunday, I found Williams Tire & Wheels who had a used tire in my hard to find size. Owner was awesome and installed at a really fair price. Much better than my other option of having my car towed home for $400+. What a lifesaver that this newly established place was here right when I needed them. And to top that off, they even offered me and my wife ice cold bottled water or soda. Many thanks 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

This shop is it, old school customer service and gets you in and out quickly. I had a screw in my tire, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The owner is very nice! This is the type of business’s that we need to support! Local and not a corporate. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service! I had one of my trailer tires pop off the bead on the way up highway 5. I rolled up to this shop, no appointment just out of the blue. The guy helped me in the spot, I was back in the road in 20 minutes! Courteous and professional. Highly recommend them.

Went to have him look at a tire that had a screw in it . We were traveling . He was on phone over 10mins not acknowledging us. When my husband asked if he was going to be able to help us he shook his head no and waved us away! Most rude interaction I ever had with a business owner! Would definitely not recommend him if that’s how he treats customers

The owner was very helpful and nice! I took my 2015 Mercedes Benz to him my tire was flat and he had me serviced and back on the road within 30 mins! Will be returning

In the pouring rain on the hwy I hit "something " put 3 tiny holes in my tire. I found Williams tire and owner was so nice. He came out in the rain found and fixed the problem. Than you so much!!!
