My puppy got attached buy a pitbull and they took very good care of him. And its wasn't an outstanding bill. Its was very reasonable and they let me arrange the payments. They didn't overcharge me because i didn't know what was wrong him. They was fair and very loving and concerned for my puppys wellbeing. I will only take my puppy there from now on. Thanks guys ur the best.

They had space but refused to take my bleeding dog who’s hand was sliced really badly because he was a German Shephard, a bigger dog. Luckily a vet in Chico took him in and saved his life because he lost a bucket of blood.

I have brought my cats here for years and the previous owner was very nice along with the lady that still works there. She comes off odd like the reviews mentioned but I just think she gets straight to the point and people take it wrong… lol she’s very nice. If you aren’t aware, every place has an exam fee so you should know you will be charged for them to see your pet. (No duh) animals are expensive. As for the cats running around, I think it’s very sweet that they don’t euthanize them or keep them in cages. Cheapest place around. Thanks for always taking care of my babies.

The only place I will take my dog and cat for their veterinary needs. It looks like the owner last now has some help, but she has always been efficient, knowledgeable and very affordable. The only reason for not giving a fifth star is because the building and grounds could use some updates and improvements. It's been there quite along time and it shows. But, again, I won't trust my fury family members to anyone else, especially when it comes to the value in the highest quality at such a reasonable price tag.

She handle my dog very aggressively and my dog is a sweetheart like she is not one bit aggressive or difficult she mention to me she’s not really a dog person while slapping my dog. Didn’t help my dog what’s so ever she jst gave her a test for something I know she doesn’t have because my dog got all her shots and charged me a bill never going back…

I'm really on the fence about this place, the head veterinarian is quite interesting, not sure what to think about her. Also, make sure you pet is flea and tick protected before taking them in, I learned the hard way and my dog was infested after getting her fixed.

Our little dog had a foxtail in his eye. We couldnt get it out so we took him to our local vet. She had it out in no time and gave us meds for him too. Very friendly and obviously enjoys what she does.

Had to bring my small dog to a vet they took him inside and had me wait outside while they were to examine him and the nurse came out and got all my info address and info about the dog - she asked and said NOTHING about the any price's to me at all !!!When the Dr came back out he told me he did blood work and also gave him a shot and a rectal exam he said anyway the cost was well over 300 bucks that's a third of my incomeWHY didn't someone tell me or even ask me if I could afford there pricesSounds likeINTRAPMENT if you ask meI am VERY happy with the care of my dog but not letting me go inside with my animal is totally UNPROFESSIONAL

Thank You!!! Traveling with my dogs and stopped in for nail trims and my chihuahua'sears. Otto was shaking his head daily and my vet in Chicago could not the diagnose cause. Dr. Cliff and staff are amazing! The eardrops are working and Otto is a happy camper!

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Seriously, animal lovers, dont bring your animals here. They are rude, unsanitary, and quite frankly dont think they care about animals at all, and it's just money to them.I took my 2 year old tuxedo cat to them to get fixed. She smelled of urine when I picked her up, the vet assistant picked her up by the neck and looked like was about to shove her in her cage. (But I said something and she told me to do it then). After she was just cut open!!! The vet called me durning the surgery saying they're going to charge me 60$ extra to fix a hernia problem, that they didnt even fix properly!! And on top of all that, he was rude and yelled at me about it like it was an inconvinence to do a little extra for my animal. Never again. For real.

This place is very affordable and knowledgeable. But they seem to collect a lot of cats that have made the inside and outside of the office very very stinky.
