Always a good experience! Leah has been a great help every time we've stayed! Clean rooms and affordable plus dog friendly. Make sure to book ahead to get a downstairs room if you have alot of luggage.Walkability: You can walk to the restaurant right across the parking lot, also little grocery store same distance.Food & drinks: Food is always good!

This hotel has cleanest rooms in Williams, and great service. The breakfast is not the best but there is a diner across the parking lot with great food. We stay here every year when in town for work, it's definitely the best hotel in town. The spa is fantastic.Nearby activities: Granzellas restaurant is nearby with great food and drinks.

Took our big dogs. Great service. Super nice and clean. No pet smell in our pet designated room. They cater to waterfowlers and I appreciate that even though I wasn't there to hunt!Nearby activities: Waterfowling. Short walk to shopping.

OK. This place was fantastic as an overnight stay as we passed through on a road trip. My wife did research and found this family owned place. The hotel allows pets and they are very friendly. Free breakfast in the morning was pretty decent. Our favorite part was the Granzellas Restaurant next door. I had the best Lasagna of my life there. And the Greek salad was the best salad I have ever had. You MUST eat at the restaurant. They truly know what they're doing. Also, the Granzella store is amazing as well, and it is just across the parking lot from the hotel.Safety: My wife and I ran through the neighborhood nearby and felt safe.Walkability: Not much nearby other than Granzellas own restaurant and gift store. There is a convenience store right next door too.

Good overnight. Stop in between Oregon and Sacramento. Clean rooms. Nothing fancy, great food at the associated restaurant next door. But the restaurant fills up quick even on weeknights. Tesla superchargers are across the street, and the hotel has two free 30 amp chargers. Perfect! If you're worried about range anxiety, if the two free chargers are full, you can always go to the Tesla chargers across the street.

Guests are directed to a side entrance to check-in or access the building in general. Construction in the reception area was happening. A makeshift reception is set up. The temperature of the building was awful: muggy, hot. The side door was propped open for the entirety of my stay. The temperature outside was 90F+, likely the reason the temp of the hallways was terrible. Reception told guests that construction should have finished last week. Not helpful. The room was OK. First impression is it was clean: beds and pillows were comfortable; towels were a bit stiff/scratchy but clean. I was walking around my room with no shoes on and I kept stepping on what seemed at first to be little rocks. Turns out there was kibble throughout the room. The pool area was clean, but it had gravel on the bottom. I never ended up going in the pool. The second afternoon, my key did not work. Reception tried to "charge" the keypad and that didn’t do anything. I was informed that they had no way to make keys, so anytime I wanted to access my room, I had to go to reception and have them unlock my door. This is terrible. I generally leave my room frequently: to vape, eat, shop etc. This made me feel awful to have to ask to have my door unlocked and many times reception was busy with other guests. I finally received a new key around 830PM. Again, not helpful because I was about to turn in for the night. Paying for a room and not having access for 6 hours of my stay is just ridiculous. The only reason the review got higher than a zero was because of the friendly and apologetic staff member.

Super nice and efficient service. Clean rooms. Fair price, we stayed in February. Supportive mattress & clean hotel and room. Restaurant with very tasty food. Fair prices. We enjoyed a dark stout, the best dinner salad I ever had, and a delicious pesto vegetable pizza. Similar to the inn, the service was outstanding. Here is my reason for the low review , there were hundreds of stuffed and mounted animals from around the world. Personally, I had a hard time with this. And for this reason, I did not give the Granzella’s Inn 5 stars.

Located right off the I5. Huge rooms that are very nice. Most rooms seemed to have king beds and a food out couch. Breakfast was decent with fresh coffee, toast, cereal, juice, fruit and some other items. The outdoor hot tub was nice and they also have an unheated pool. Due to the cold California spring the pool was just above freezing. Great place to stay while travelling the I5.

We came in VERY late, and had asked for a roll away bed. They called to ask us if it was already in our room as we walked I. The door, and had it up in less than 5 minutes. They passed my toilet paper test, where I take toilet paper and wipe the corners of the bathroom looking for hair or any other hard to clean stuff-which I was impressed with because we had a pet friendly room, usually I find some dog hair in those corners. They were super friendly and nice, and I found their continental breakfast to have a great selection of offerings compared to most continental breakfast offerings. They had coffee makers in the room as well as a great selection of flavored brews in the continental breakfast room. They also had facilities to wash laundry if there was a need, which when traveling with kids and dogs is AMAZING! WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN! The decor was also nice, as I love nature and they had lots of taxidermy and nature themed photos on the walls.

Great amenities, room was comfy, clean and inviting. We reserved a meeting room when staff heard how we would be using it they compted the meeting room.Hard to be more accommodating than that!!rclNoteworthy details: Accessible

The room was clean and just ok. Did not deserve a 9/10 star rating. Haven't seen the pool, hot tub, or gym. The room view was a steel building right next to the hotel. Just a wall. There were no stairs and I had a lot of stuff. Tons of dead animals on display including a bear. That's ok, I guess, if you are a hunter. Hated it. When I saw a 9/10 rating and a very expensive rate, I expected a lot more. I was disappointed. Continental breakfast was mostly cold pastries in packages. They want you to go pay and eat at their restaurant.

I cannot stress enough how satisfied I am with my recent stay. Its the perfect no frills hotel for an overnight stay when traveling I5. Clean rooms, excellent service. I recently left a briefcase with important documents behind and they went above and beyond to get them back to me. I will definitely stay again next time the need arises.

Nice hotel. Pet friendly. Clean, quiet, and a lot of friendly staff in attendance. Room is decent enough and they have water and coffee. Internet is awful. I guess it's hard to get out here. Also a bit pricey. All in all, I'd stay again.

Clean hotel, reasonable rates, good breakfast. The gelato next door was really good. Dinner was ok. All this at the small town of Williams CA. Great stopping place. I booked a downstairs room as there’s no elevator. The clerk on duty accommodated us even though she didn’t have our downstairs room. They did their best. Could have been a five star.

A culture of unfriendliness infects this entire Granzellas organization. During check in the guy ahead of us asked for some plastic cups. The front desk man first interrogated the guest, "there weren't cups in your room?!" We were next. No greeting. I had to first say hello. No help getting a wine opener. No notice there was a complimentary breakfast. Just take your keys and go away. Next day at check out, again, no greeting from front desk girl. No thank you for staying with us. I just put my keys on the desk and observed total silence and a rude look. I would appreciate a call or response from management. I stayed on 6-15. When the entire culture is discourteous, I blame the management.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and nice breakfast. Walking distance from restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, Starbucks, McDonald's, and Burger King.AC was really noisy. Pool is small.
