wish we could give this place 0 stars. Do NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS.My roommate took her pup here to get groomed and not only was the haircut itself VERY bad but raynata completely ruined her dogs nails. There was blood ALL OVER, poor baby has been limping due to the pain. Not only was her response to my roommate unprofessional, but they refused to give a refund. THEY DIDNT EVEN CARE! DO NOT GO HERE. SO DISAPPOINTED THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR DOING THIS!**EDIT TO YOUR STILL VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE**My roommate DID ask for a refund because you originally brought out the WRONG DOG. And your response was NOT that you would refund her. she asked multiple times in the text messages and your response was “it’s 70 it’s always 70” . Why on earth would we bring our baby back to you after what you did? You didn’t even say sorry or ask how the dog was doing. YOU didn’t care at all. Hell yeah we bashed you on social media, because people deserved to be warned about places like you take advantage and show such unprofessionalism. And if you saw the posts on What’s up lake elsinore, what’s up wildomar, talk temecula, MULTIPLE PEOPLE have the SAME STORY about how AWFUL you guys did on their dogs/ you ALSO made the same mistake. So, seems to me like you guys don’t know what the hell you’re doing. this could’ve been handled way differently by you but you choose this. Good luck with your business in the future you’re gonna desperately need it

My little pooch came home so happy, clean and handsome. Friendly staff, convenient location, fair pricing, clean facility. This is our permanent groomer from here on out!Update: Been bringing my pup here for a year+ now. We recently grew our fur family and now both boys get pampered at Wildomar Pet Groomer. My dogs are seriously HAPPY when they go there. Best staff ever. You will feel like family.

Such a cute shop. Made an appointment and all went well with my appointment. When I was finishing up told her I would call again for another appointment to have my dogs nails clipped and she said no need just stop by anytime. She gave my little dog a spooky little Halloween bow and off we went. Amazing little pet spa, love it!!!

Great groomer, they take extra care of the pets. We have been taking our doggy there for a long time. The only complaint is that they are so popular it can be difficult to get an appointment so book early :)

Highly HIGHLY recommend! They go above and beyond! We drove from Escondido to have our two standard poodles and yorkie groomed here today thinking our appointment was today, when we really made it for next week. Instead of turning us away, they took them today (while already being short staffed), stayed over an hour after closing time to finish them up, and did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job on all three of our girls. We greatly appreciate the extra effort they went through when they could have easily and justifiably turned us away. Our girls look absolutely fantastic and I can’t thank them enough. Absolutely take your dogs here! You won’t be disappointed! And on top of that, the two ladies helping me today were so kind. Thank you, thank you, thank you Wildomar Pet Grooming!!

I took my 12 year old dog to get his nails clipped, they were long so I knew they could bleed a bit, but when we left he was literally dripping blood from his nails. Blood smeared on the concrete and in my car. Not to mention she walked away and I had to yell at her that my dog had fallen and was being choked by the leash. Awful, we will NEVER go back.

i used to go to petsmart for the sole fact it was more convenient with making appointments and what not.. however i noticed my doggie coming home kinda “weird” for lack of a better word.. then i went out of my comfort zone and took him somewhere local and not a big corp. and let me tell you i will NEVER take my pets anywhere else! they are so friendly and accommodating and were able to squeeze me in ASAP , after years of taking my dog to petsmart he aways came out with a different hair cut then what i wanted , but today i finally got his hair EXACTLY how i wanted! he was in a great mood when i picked him up and everyone there was sooo nice! thank you guys! see you at our next appointment!

Great service, very informative. I have a Maltese and they have great advice on which food would work best. When I took my puppy in they estimated 2-3 hours I thought that was a long time but they had him finished in an hour and a half. 🙂

I have been to several groomers and by far Renata has been the best! We have a Pomsky, which have an undercoat. She was very thorough in bathing and brushing her out and we now have no more shedding ! I asked that she trim her nails short and she told me that was very important for a dogs health. She has been working with dogs for over 35 years grooming and showing dogs. Definitely knows what she is doing and takes pride in doing it right! I will definitely not be going anywhere else!

I paid $60 and they didn't call me to get my small dog. I had to call them. 1st time there and I left them 3 numbers to reach me. Her tear stains, paw stains were still visible and her tail was untouched. I won't return.

I had been searching for a while for a groomer to replace the one we had left. Such a relief to have found Drumhill's. Everyone is so welcoming and authentically loves the dogs they take care of. Night and day from the groomer we left. Thank you for taking care of our sweet boys!

Tried this groomer one time not going back. They trimmed my dogs furr all the way to his skin. I've never seen him look so bad. I had to keep him out of the sun for a month so he wouldn't get sunburned. They are also too expensive. Cheaper in Murrieta.
