I've taken my dog in for grooming twice now and am always happy with the results. The ladies in there are always nice and helpful. Susan the dog groomer is great with my pup even though she can be a little "spicy". Recently my dog was attacked by a hawk so she is a little extra scared of vet or groomers and has scarring and even some stitches still left in her body. Susan worked with all of this and I took home a calm, well groomed little pup. I will definitely be back

I took my two dogs for grooming to this location for the first time. One of my dogs is always terrified of the whole grooming process and several groomers have sent her home without a haircut because they say my dog will not let them. If they were able to groom her, she comes home and starts scratching herself until she bleeds. Yesterday here at horizon, it was a pleasant experience. Susan the groomer was amazing with my dogs. Susan is so talented and knew how to work with my ever anxious dog. She did a wonderful job in grooming both of my dogs. But most importantly, my dog who does not like grooming received a great haircut and haven’t scratched herself once after her grooming. I am so grateful I found Susan and I highly recommend her services. Thank you Susan for taking good care of my dogs!

First visit for both my dog, and us as owners. Previously we've gone to the larger chain places. They treated my dog like family, made him feel comfortable and loved. He came out looking and smelling much better. Well definitely be back.

I recently rescued my dog Wally that was abused. My dog trainer recommended this place to bring Wally in for grooming as he said the staff would work well with him. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient with him as he was very scared. He looked great when I came to pick him up. I would highly recommend this place for not just grooming but pet food too. Wonderful staff for grooming and knowledgeable with product.Highly recommend

I’ve been going here for quite a while now. These people made me leave they don’t care about my dog. One day I went to buy his food, they didn’t have his food. So they suggest to try another one, when I bought it, he didn’t like it. So I called the store and explained my situation, the front lady told me she’ll ask the owner to see if we can do an exchange, because I wasn’t looking for a refund. She told me “donate the food and buy a his regular”. So I searched for another store for his food, and I found this one with better customer service called “Kahoots pet supply” in Menifee. They even have buy 10 bags of feed and get one free. I like to give my business to people who care about my family.

What a great pet supply store! ! I get supplies for three dogs and rabbit here! Hard to find good hay for rabbits and these guys always have what I need! From dog food to litter and hay for the rabbit. THEY HAVE WHAT YOU NEED! Staff will greet you upon entry and insure they are there to help. Business is also abiding by COVID-19 regulation keeping us safe and still able to support business. THANK YOU HORIZON!

My dog got an ear infection from here I now have her at the vet to get treatment right now. This happened right after I picked her up she was uncomfortable from the start with her ears before the grooming she was perfectly fine. I'm Not ever taking her here again. Her ears got infected right after getting groomed here. They pluck the hair straight out of her ears instead of trimming it. And now left with an expensive vet bill to treat her infection from that.

I adopted a labradoodle, much in need of grooming. He was matted all over. The groomer at Horizon did an amazing job! He is so much happier without all those mats and he still had some hair on his head and beard so he looks adorable. I will be going back to this place!😀

I took in my two small dogs in on a Saturday morning. They were really shaggy and needed help! Additionally, they are both older dogs and they can be a handful. Amber did a great job! They smell great and look wonderful - she did everything I had asked for.

They dont know how to cut puppies hair. They leave it long on so i can keep going back sooner. Even after you tell them to cut it shorter they say they can't because it's part of there policy.

Best quality and value. HANDS DOWN THE #1 PET SUPPLY AND GROOMER IN THE INLAND EMPIRE. I rescued an English Bull dog named King Arthur (1 year old) that had some sad issues with ticks and fleas and smell. It hurt my heart to see such a magnificent loving dog in such condition (especially with a name like king Arthur); I called Lake Elsonore Animal Hospital and scheduled for an emergency visit and was told they could see me right away for an extra fee (emergency fee). I am not rich and the fee of $200 in these times was a stretch for me but I decided I had to help this dog right away. The $200 at the hospital would of only covered an exam and medication to rid the fleas and ticks; after showing up at Lake Elsonore animal hospital and waiting out in my car with my dog for over an hour and a half I decided to leave and the plan was to go to Pet Smart and buy the items needed to clean and protect (Frontline) this dog myself (maybe save some cash?). Well on my way to Pet Smart my heart told me to look for a small mom and pop shop pet supply place and support small business in these trying times. Best decision I have ever made. King Arthur got seen right away and he was met with the love and respect of a king. For the same price of the hospital, King Arthur got washed, fleas and ticks removed, chew toys, highest quality flea and tick protection, highest quality breed specific dog food and excellent expert breed specific advice. He was treated like a king. The cost $199.80. I got so much more for the same price; Choosing Horizon pet supply and grooming over bigger businesses was a great decision and this business is what makes America's great and what makes all small businesses essential. It stands as an example of the quality that all American small businesses should have on our road to recovering from this covid 19 pandemic; I would give them ten stars if I could.

Common sense people, when you make an appointment for someone don’t leave to the new guy, take responsibility and call us owners so we know. Had a appointment for 1:00, the guy on the phone was obviously new! said 1:00 come all this way with my dog for them to say, “we had him down for 11:30”, Didn’t get a call saying anything regarding my dog and his appointment. NEXT time shoot me a call so I don’t waste my time coming to your grooming! A pure waste of time.

I like the products here but I have to mention that it’s bad business to not update your information BEFORE you move ... not after.. and as of today’s date 4/25/19, it’s not updated. I would have been highly upset if the new location had not been close enough to make it before closing time:/...Also to help out any other here .. since their door at the old place doesn’t tell you.. It’s in the oak creek plaza . Yes, you mention it’s next to Albertsons but the center name is also needed if you really want to be sure customers know where to find you!Change your phone number too! That , too, is missing from the door:/... and online..I mentioned to the teenage girl working the counter and she couldn’t have cared less.. not that I expect her too but I DO expect the owner to..
