Don't spend your ebt money here. Don't waste your time here at all. ! ! !Usually I come here because it's convenient because I'm homeless. I bought snacks, ham and some candy. When I got rung up by this lady she had a nasty attitude, She rang me up and said I owed $5; which didn't make sense because I was only buying FOOD. She couldn't even tell me what I being charged for ? I paid about $17 and the cashier said I owed $5? Which didn't make sense because I had money on my ebt card? She just kept saying she didn't know what I was being charged for so she called over another female coworker and they just kept saying you owe $5.I kept asking so "what did I pay for and what did I not pay for so i can leave" and tBoth workers just kept saying I don't know and decided to ring up another customer and I told her "why can't she check the receipt?" I told them both "so this is how you treat people that are homeless ?" I demanded a refund and left the store very upset and hungry.I don't understand why BOTH of these "ladies' felt the need to give me attitude instead of checking their computer/register right in front of their face! Fix this Rite Aid. Hire new cashiers for the night crew because these "adults are childish" and clearly lack customer service skils.

First time using Rite-Aid for prescriptions in a very long time, and the staff went above & beyond by having them transferred. I have never received this level of service from Walgreen's. I was impressed.

The rite staff and cashiers are very rude and disrespectful because when i needed help they did not acknowledge me and completely ignored me and also ignored a customer who needed help was being ignored and neglected, i would not recommend this rite aid location for anyone to shop, very rude and unprofessional employees rite aid hires in mistreating and cursing at customers.

Jennifer is truly such a nice and hardworking associate at rite aid. Even though there were many customers lined up for her at the register, with no other associate on sight, she was so calm and collective, reassuring everyone she will get to them as soon as she could. My husband and I were waiting for assistance at the ice cream station, watching her try so hard to get everyone, including us, taken care of as soon as possible. She deserves a promotion, or at least a raise for the really great customer service she provides. We will definitely be looking forward to being attended by her in the future.

There's this cashier with black curly hair that works there always talking bad about me when I'm just minding my business and she had the audacity to say that poor kid out loud about My son just because he has eczema she is seriously rude and unprofessional and she's lucky l don't go off on her already because she is seriously obsessed and wants my attention.. I don't know her so this is weird

No parking for customers because of the huge church next door that opens its doors 3 to 4 nights a week where hundreds of visitors come in cars. There is not a stitch of parking anywhere and these visitors use the restroom by the hundreds on a Sunday. Homeless lay at front door asking for donations. Rite Aid will not do a thing to resolve these problems. Not going back after two decades as a customer.

Went out with my family to the movies needed to go to rite aid for a personal reason the staff were friendly and even the clients seemed happy as well it wasn’t till they refused to let my step children use the restroom that I seemed a bit weirded out because not even 30 seconds prior did they let a man use the restroom when I asked them about it they claimed that they lost there keys...??? Now I care about policy and if it’s a policy that people can’t use the restroom after a certain time I will not argue but If your not consistent with all of your clientele then it’s as if your choosing from your personal preference who can use the restroom and who can’t which seems.....prejudice.

This Pharmacy is just awful. Of the seven or eight people working there only one treats you as a customer that pays the bill. The others seem to think that customers need to be fleeced and treated like children and that their paycheck has no connection to the money customers pay for health insurance or co-pays.They constantly mess up and at the end it is never their responsibility. When they make mistakes they could easily fix right away, they send you home and make you come back the next day.They tell you they will call the doctor for clarification and nothing happens, unless you remind them. Your doctor faxes a refill and they have never received it. You call your doctor, they fax it again, you don't hear from them. Ah! You are supposed to go there and ask them to check if they received it. Your doctor's fault, no need for them to apologize.Sometimes only half your medications are filled and, again, they want you to come back the next day instead of fixing the problem by filling the missing ones as quickly as possible -- that would be too difficult. Clearly, serving their customers is not what they are about.After they actually fix two or three of those problems, your three medications are due for refill on three different dates. Now you request refills three times and go there three times a month to pick them up. When you ask them to change the date on the refills they tell you their hands are tied. It is the fault of the insurance. Of course that is a lie, because they can get approval for a partial fill. But that requires them to work harder, take responsibility, or serve their customers right.They systematically collect the $15 copay, even when they know that the cash price without insurance is less than $15. One time I demanded to get the cash price for a medication and the pharmacist refused to give it to me. He felt he had no obligation to look it up or give me the lower price.Sometimes they switch you to a different generic -- whenever it is convenient or better for their profit. But when you want to switch to a different generic to reduce your payment, only your doctor can approve that!Medical equipment prescribed by a doctor? You pay the insurance rate or co-pay. Even if they know that the same product under an over-the-counter label sits on the shelf for half the price.The idea that your neighborhood pharmacist can be trusted? Not here....

So far, so good. I'm transferring my pharmacy from NW Montana, to here. The gal, Melinda, was so kind and helpful on the phone. We'll see how the rest of this transfer process goes. Customer service is EXTREMELY important to me, and has been very difficult to find in this southwest area. When I see it, I always apreciate it.Thanks

The Asian pharmacist there is sooooo rude. She took forever to acknowledge me and when she did she acted like I was bothering her. Her job is to help ppl! That's what pharmacies are for, not to treat ppl like they owe you something. Also, her staff was on their phones and they had the same attitude. The only nice one is the older Asian man who explains the medication to you. I don't understand how you can treat ppl that way when it's your job to give them the proper medication they need. The worst! I don't appreciate ppl talking to me like I'm stupid, cause in the long run, you have a job because ppl like us need medication!

The pharmacist and the pharmacy counter help always remember me by name. In fact, almost always when they see me walking down the aisle toward the pharmacy counter, they have my prescription ready to ring up even before I get to the counter.

If getting the covid vaccine make sure to take your Medicare B card. They won't give you the vaccine without it. Your regular insurance card isn't enough. The website wasn't clear enough and everyone in line to get their vaccine had the same issues.
