If i could give 0 stars i would. I Had made an early morning appointment with my pet here and no one showed up. They had me and another gentleman standing outside for 40 minutes before someone told us no one was coming. The lady who opened said they'd contact me asap, which i was ok with yet no one did. So i called midday since no one did and politely told the manager i could only make an appointment on the weekend since they could not fit me in, due to their stylist not showing up. Rob the manager kept trying to make me come in on a week day after i specified i could not as i work. We eventually found a weekend for my pet to come in which wasn't until 2 weeks later. The week of, a few days before my appointment, Petco randomly cancels my appointment stating i had rescheduled it for a Monday and that i had missed my appointment. I never did, so i called and they told me a random man told them they could reschedule me. i knew something was wrong because My number is mine only and has been for over 10 years and i am a female. No man has access to my phone. i was upset as my pet has been waiting for weeks from their previous appointment, but kindly asked Rob the manager for my appointment back as i did not reschedule. they refused to give me my appointment back since some made up person gave it away and kept forcing me to take a weekday appointments that were weeks away. I have come for years and never had an issue until this. Ultimately They kept promising me a solution and to call, which i did, and failed to give me an appointment for my poor sweet boy. In the end i have not been able to resolve this issue with them. I understand how difficult customer service is when things are out of your control. That is why i have done my best to be kind as i know most people are just following directions, yet no one here even cared to help. I felt bad for my poor dog that was promised services only for Petco to care less about it. They even took away my ability to make an appointment for my dog with no reason just because I had tried to get this handled so no one else had to suffer with this uncertainty with their grooming for their pets. Just Very disappointed in Petco for their lack of customer service. I definitely would not recommend Petco or their grooming services as they clearly lacked any care for the pets coming in.

We took my 2 dogs to get their rabies shots... one is very shy and the other one is blind. They were sweet with my animals. And the shots were cheaper than my regular vet too!

I love how Jeanette is with my dog, Ginger... especially now that she's 12 years old. She's very patient and caring with my senior dog... she always leaves her looking beautiful... and when my dog gets home she passes out from her bath.

Yes I called oh, but I didn't up going in there but they treated me good on the phone
