My dog had an ear irritation. It was itchy for him, the young lady there helped me. She said how to clean the ear out and showed me 3 products to help my dog. He has been doing great ever since. Even better than the day we rescued him. We thought he could not hear. Boy were we wrong. He is so happy and playful now. We use one for bathing, one for a rinse and the other for itching and soothing.

This place is great. Staff is friendly Nd helpful and cam bring dog in with you. Only reason it's not 5 star is price bc can definitely find same stuff at a better rate.

I’m so happy and grateful that I found someone who I can trust bathing my dog. I totally recommend Ashley from the grooming department, she does a phenomenal job with my dog Luna. She leaves her spotless and makes Luna feel comfortable during her stay. If you want someone trustworthy to groom your dog I would not hesitate booking with Ashley! 100/10 🙌🏼

Walked in for a quick nail clipping in the grooming department, we are new puppy owners and LaShan took care of us, she explained the diffrent services they offer because I was curious. My pup is usually a bit fussy but LaShan was just amazing with her. Thank You again.

I hate to do this to latinas. BUT the customer service is silly. This lady was prancing around NOT at at the cash register is anything she was several feet away. I in the other hand, was ready to pay. I was told to wait on the slow customer. Why? She’s still looking around. Then the other worker said, “I’ll help you here since you’re in a hurry.” I said thanks. Then she ask me for my phone number. I said, “ Dude let’s just skip it.” Then she gave me attitude, “ WELL, cancel it in your ex then.” Attitude. Someone tell them that if a customer is looking she is not next to use the register

My pup goes here for shopping, grooming and vet services. Store and Grooming staff is nice and helpful however on my last vet visit, Dr. George was very rude. She did not even acknowledge my puppy or said a word to me. She just did her thing and next it was. As a pup parent I had a couple questions on the microchip and she just had an assistant answer my questions. Glad that was his last vet visit for now and won’t have to go back in a year.

Took my sister's dog in to get her nails trimmed. The groomer was excellent! My sister's dog is usually pretty fussy about having her paws touched but for some reason was totally relaxed with Alejandra. Would recommend her anytime 🙂

Made a big order online of 2 40gallon Breeders and 7 10gallon tanks in the morning and picked up at the store right when it opened. Quick service and a great help! Sean and the team were very kind in helping me bring my items to the car with me. When I arrived early, they were nearly done bringing my items to the front. The fish section was pretty nice. Had clean tanks and all looked healthy.I estentially bought out their entire supply of 10g and 40g tanks for the week. They were surprised to say the least. Hoping to get more soon before the Dollar Per Gallon sale ends!

My boy has been through a lot & I've spent a good chunk of money trying to figure out what's wrong with him. I never got definitive answers but one of the vets suggested to get a lion cut so he could no longer pull out his hair. I could have taken him to the vet but I was told about Jeannette and it was more cost effective. She did such a great job & im so happy with her work. He hasn't been pulling out his hair! I hope this stays effective :)

I’ve been coming here for a while and also noticed the groomer using their phones while doing other dogs. However I still trusted when I shouldn’t have. Please be aware, my poor baby got 9 stitches after THE groomer CUT my dog! This is unacceptable. She still charged me like nothing happened and when I was looking for money to tip her, she said “oh btw your dog had a scab that fell off while I was giving him a shower!” She did not take responsibility for cutting my baby and I can tell this happened when she was barely starting because she didn’t finish the cut I’m sure she was busy tying so hard to stop the bleeding. If they take down my review, I will be posting again and again because this cannot be happening to other dogs, please be careful who your trust your babies to. Btw, her name is Blanca.

About as good as you can get if you have a fur family. Staff are compassionate, store has nearly everything (or something close).The fact that animals are welcome to come in is so cool.I can't get out without at least spending 50 bucks, so that limits my visiting a bit.

I shopped online for same day store pick up. Although some of my items ended up not being in stock, my order was ready very quickly ( within 30 min) which was awesome because I placed the order close to 8 pm and they close at 9pm. So I was expecting to be able to pick up my items the following day. So that was great since my dog was hungry and I had no food left. He is greatful!
