I was looking for a nesting place for my zebra finches and the owner was kind enough to recommend two products. He even gave me some hay to put on it.The price of the products for birds and fish (pets I have) are affordable and reasonable. This is also a good place to look for a bigger bird cage if you want to save on money.This store is not as fancy as known pet stores, so if you are not a picky shopper, this store may just be fine.

They need to change the name from Pet City to Pet Street, lol. Not that big of a place, but they have a good variety of pet supplies. Their prices seem reasonable. They have nice-looking love birds.

Very smelly place as if the caged animals are really not cleaned. Some hamsters had nothing like hay or wood chips in their cages. Doesn't look like taken care of at all. Inflated insane prices and not much options. On top of it the person on the register was rude. He should be sent for a training so he can learn how to talk to customers with courtesy. When I said it looks like little overpriced - He said, you can go and buy somewhere else. Really. We are not going back ever and suggest buyer to avoid.

Great selection but some of the cockatiels and love birds arent really kept in well conditions. I wish I wouldve taken a photo but they are basically in storage bins. They have nubs for tails because there are no tall perches.

I came here once and will never go again . I’m a person with a lot of reptiles so to see animals miss treated I don’t care if there feeders or not this place has like 100 mice in a 20 gallon tank not one of there animals are in the right size enclosure... I will never return back there and the moment I seen how this place was ran I didn’t buy a thing and informed on of the workers and she didn’t seem to have a care in the world

This petshop is in great condition compared to others I've come across. The owner of this establishment is very friendly & Prices are very reasonable! I will definitely return to Pet City!I was shocked to see scorpions for sale here!

It's a chill Place animals are out in display you can pet the rabbits. , the store has pretty much everything you're looking for at a better price than Pet City. I have gotten 2 parakeets from the store and they are so cool and chill pets the pet owner takes care of his pets really well then other places like swap meets.

The owner is very nice to all the customers.We were looking at the dwarf hamsters, and we spotted babies being born. So the owner separated the mommy and babies right away. It was so cool to watch.

They have all the good stuff as far as reptile food goes albeit a bit more pricey on the superworms, at least these worms are big unlike the ones we were getting from the bigger store down at whittwood.

This person lied to me about a cat for sale. I was willing to buy it 3 weeks ago but he kept it saying that he was holding it for an elderly lady. More like personal rather than rational and business savy. Very disappointed and sad. Why would he keep saying lies and excuses. When something is on display, it's for sale not for personal customer preference! Very selective and unprofessional! I will never go there again!

Okay honestly they have really good animals here and half of the people who rate this rate it bad because they are selling animals . Selling them makes it easier for us so that we don't have to go to a breeder but eventually they will have to stop selling them. The store has very good items for reasonable prices. I've bought three rabbits from this store and they all lasted very long so I really don't understand all this crazy talk on "they don't take care of their animals," or " They don't know how to treat them correctly." I BEG TO DIFFER!!!! obviously the people saying can't take care of their own animals because again I bought three rabbits and they lasted about 5-4 years. Yes , the dogs are put into really small cages but at the end of the day they are released to play with the other puppies and sleep peaceful. The only bad thing that is quite dangerous is that they sell expired dog food but come on people use common sense! If you see that the food is expired don't just walk out of the store disapointed let the owner know so that they can fix this problem. Yes, the store might smell but it is a pet store for god sake it's not going to have that perfect ocean breeze smell like my goodness. But to end off this store is very good , it might not be in the best condition but it is what it is. I am very glad to have this store about 5 mins away because I absolutley love it. They have way better prices than Petco or Petsmart just saying so if you have terrible things to say about this store go back and think a little harder what you could have done to solve these problems instead of getting angry and writing a bad report thank you !

The products that were here were extremely Dusty and looked old I didn't end up buying anything because I was afraid my dog was going to get sick from one of the treats. Hes also grouchy and rude

This pet store does not treat their animals right. The birds are not housed in appropriate homes for them. They are crowded in little glass fish tanks with no cover and their wings clipped so they cant fly out of the fish tanks with no lid. This is overcrowding. The mice were in overcrowded glass tanks too. So i left as fast as i came in and didnt buy any pet there.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING. do not support this store.The feed for reptiles like mice, crickets, and meal worms are infested with different types of mites and parasites.Had my snake covered in black mites, and our bearded dragons got sick.The store is dirty, the dogs are kept in small cages, rolling in their own poop.Also, everything is OVERPRICED for bad quality items, pets, and food.

If only i could give it 0 stars! This place is the worst i have ever seen in my life! Its so dirty everything is dusty and it smells so bad! The animals are poorly kept! The dogs are put in pairs of 2 in really tiny display cages and have no water in there they also had stuff in their ears and two of the dogs kept fighting each other in the small time i was there and i noticed scabs on them from im guessing prior altercations and i mentioned it to the owner and he didn't take it as a surprise which is so sad! And i also noticed one of the dogs coughing really bad something that needs to get checked! This place is the worst! Never going there again!! Animal cruelty!

It just looks sad in there. Had some really nice looking mixed bread pups but was asking a crazy amount for them. I would rather rescue or adopt specially for a mut. Pets all look like they need a little more love.

Really diverse pet store. Birds, fishes, dogs, etc. the employee was very friendly. Even tho it's almost an hour from my house I'm thinking of going back for an iguana

The couple that own this establishment have been here for a long time. Very clean,animals cages cleaned daily and a great variety of different foods to chose from.
