The female Pharmacist who answers the phone is very rude and she hang up the phone on me. We are customers who are buying products from them, they should be at least respectful.

It took CVS 3 weeks to refill my prescription because it was out of stock. This is an outrage and is completely unacceptable. During this 3 weeks, CVS cancelled my refill request once without notifying me. When I resubmitted my refill request, their records indicated that the prescription had been refilled on the date of the second refill request. When the prescription was finally refilled, their records continue to show an incorrect refill date. Undoubtedly, CVS pharmacists do this to this to hide the fact that there were significant delays in refilling the prescription. I thought pharmacists were held to high ethical standards and were required to keep accurate records. Apparently not. I have found that falsifying prescription data is a standard practice for CVS pharmacists since this is not the first time I have had this happen to me. My advice to anyone would be to avoid the CVS pharmacies. I am now in the process of having my pile of prescriptions elsewhere.

Text notifications are great. No waiting necessary unless there is a line but it moves quick.

Count your medications. I've been shorted several time on medications and running out early before refill time especially if you get a prescription for 3 months you might end up with only 2 month worth and get charged for the 3.

one of the reasons I like this CVS pharmacy is because the refs that actually work on the pharmacy a really helpful a lot of the times if you don't understand or you need help when trying to get some type of medicine they go out of their way to try to help you and make you feel right at home and if you don't understand they take the time to explain it to you.

If you want a pharmacy to follow up on your prescription, if there is any problems don't bring it to this one. You will never here from them.
