The store had a lot of supplies, but the story itself was so dirty. The birdcage is were filthy and old.. I wouldn’t leave my at that place. If they can’t take care of their store, what makes you think they can take care of the birds?

I wouldn’t board my bird here, or bring for any services. The way the worker held a cockatiel as she clipped their nails bothered me. She also chatted with the customers as she was doing her job, passionately hand gesturing with scissors in her hand, and cockatiel in the other. Then I watch a conure jump on the floor (a kid was holding it in his hand. Why? Not sure). The lady got up, with the cockatiel still in her hand, quickly scooped up the conure using with her hand (same way you would hold a bottle or a cup, definitely not a bird) and then stuffed the bird in HER POCKET. Sat down, and continued to clip other birds nails. The conure eventually jumped out of her pocket, still stressed, and she repeated the same thing.Now I don’t know your personal relationship with birds, other people watching at the store didn’t seem to have a problem (which would explain the high rating) but for me that was just wild. Although I was asked not to record I did get a small part on the video, where you can see the bird being held in less than ideal way, which happens, but was just unnecessary

Best birds place in town!! I'm glad that Michelle offers boarding for my feathered "kids" while I'm away. Reasonable pricing... I got these two beauties from here. I highly recommend if you're looking for a feathered friend. ❤

Went in to go check out the birds and the owner did not even greet me. I asked her a question about the type of breed of one of the birds that I seen in one of the cages, and she acted like I was bothering her. The birds inside the store, were in filthy conditions and the store had an odor. The temp inside the store was too hot, for the poor little birds. I will never return at the store! If this is the way this rude woman treat’s customers, I could only imagine how she treats these poor innocent birds.

This was a fun spot. The gal who owns the store is super sweet and seems to know her clients really well. There are some really fun birds and you can even do pre-sales off some of the more exclusive and quick to sell birds. They all seem happy and well fed, and you can tell there is a huge area of the store reserved for raising birds and hosting some that are not ready to sell yet. Fun vibe, bright colors and obvious from the street. Hoping to come back to get some birds of our own again!

Great service from an owner who truly loves her birds. We board our bird often. The boarding fees beat everyone else by a significant amount. Awesome people.Birds Loves Us is also our go-to for bird seed and millet. They have a very high quality product that is mixed with the needed fruit bits necessary for a balanced diet. Our parakeet is 5 years old and going strong.

Michele is friendly and knowledgeable about the birds. She asks you to come to check ups which I find extremely helpful as a new bird owner. She ensures the birds stay happy and healthy. And of course has all the necessities in her store. Thank you so much Michele!!

Everything my bird needs and the owner is a wealth of knowledge. Also, a great place to get all your birds grooming done. I recommend calling before going over. Even though there's published hours it seems like they get changed randomly and the store is closed several times when they are listed to be open. Call to make sure before heading over.

Have been coming here for about 20 years judging by the age of my oldest Bird an African Grey Parrot and I added many more birds over the years from here. Owner Michelle is a power house of knowledge on everything Birds, Supplies, Care. I only wished I lived closer now that I’m not driving anymore.

Very beautifully painted building! There were a lot of particles in the air, but that is common for how many birds are in the building... could probably use better ventilation. Prices are high for birds and supplies. It was busy so it was difficult to ask a question I had about a bird my in-laws have so I just Googled it when I got back in the car. I would definitely come here again just hope it's not as busy next time.

I drove an hour to this store because she sold Love Birds. As soon as I walked in, I was horrified to see the condition of this store. I felt like I walked into a pet hoarders store. It was in such disarray. Boxes, papers and junk everywhere. You couldn’t even see the cash register.It sickens me to see the condition of the birds. They were jam packed into dark, dirty cages. They looked neglected. Their feathers were dirty and sparse. Some looked sick. The worst was to see a dead bird just laying there between the bars of the cage, stuck, like it been there for days. It was disgusting. I looked at my daughter and said, ‘Hell no are we buying a bird from this place.’ We turned around and walked out. I’m going to look into calling the authorities and reporting her.She has a big sign on the door when you enter- ‘No Refunds. No Exchanges. 3 day guarantee.’Now I know why. I would NOT buy a bird from this place.‘Birds Love Us’ - ya, ask the dead bird lying in the cage that question.

Michelle is amazing! Super nice, very experienced, & knowledgeable! She's super gentle & treats everybirdie with love! She has given my birds baths & clipped their nails, very good job 👍 I recommend this place to everybody, she takes very good care of her shop, birds, plus the birds she boards while owners are on vacay!

I remember this place used to have a really big aviary with cockatiels and budgies together, huge even, tho it's gone now. They have many types of finches, some lovebirds, conures, parrotlets, few cockatiels, doves, budgies, and English budgies with 1 cockatiel in the same cage? Tho the cockatiel wasn't being bothered by the Englishes so I hope they're doing well together. Enough perches and mostly clean habitats, the birds didn't obviously look unhealthy. They board birds for a decent price but you must bring your own food. They also do beak and nail trims. Their items are a bit dusty every time I come here but they do have mineral blocks, cuttlebone, nesting boxes, toy parts, toys, swings and chews, homemade perches, food and dried fruit batches, 1lb ziploc bags of pellets I assume to sample if your bird likes it or not. Cages are normally priced but too small for small birds.Small parking lot, small card fee for under $10, good looking birds. I think if you buy a bird from them it's free lifetime trimming but not 100% sure. Just wish the items weren't so dusty.

I went to Birds Love Us with my Service Dog. The Owner told me no Dogs allowed. I told her politely he is a service dog. She states she didn't care and yelled get out of my store. I asked her if she would do that to someone that's handicapped? She yells at me get out of my store when I was outside the store. I'm a Army Veteran and its is illegal for her to do that to me a wounded Veteran. Plus she is price gouging because of the virus. She charging double to cut birds wings. I would give her any stars

Very bad customer service... I definitely do NOT recommend this bird store.. They won't exchange my bird, I need a female and she sold me a male. I had my receipt and I only had the bird for 3 days. And she never said to me that the sale was final and the receipt doesn't say it either.

Came here on Mothers day to purchase my mother a Love bird, Owner had A set of love birds in a corner and another right infront while u walk in. So I decided to get one from the corner, I paid around 75 dollars for a blue love bird. Her policy I believe is she gives u 3 days if anything happens to bird. The bird ended up passing away in 2 days. I called to let her know. She said put the bird in the freezer. And bring it to her 2 days later. When I took the bird she said she told me to put it in the fridge?, she was going to get an autopsy on the bird. She said they couldn't do it anymore. My wife asked her to call to see if they were able to because she was speaking for the bird clinic and sure enough she called and they said that they were still able to no matter the bird being in the freezer. And the bird was wrapped in 2 napking and put in a ziplock bag to keep fresh. She suggested I buy another one half off. But I just wanted my money back or either a new bird for my mother. She has ignored our calls and hasn't given us any updates. Wouldn't recommend going here ever again. sold me a sick bird.

Omg this lady that runs this bird store is top notch. The best. Don't go any where else. She does nail and wing trimming and was super nice.
