Great store. Have a bit of everything and some items you won’t find at the big box stores. We also ordered Cornish cross chickens from Stinemans. They’re now a week old and are doing great. Would absolutely recommend Stinemans

I needed a few bolts for my truck. I needed to size them up. Belligerent teenage girl at register said I couldn't take it outside without paying for it first. Finally after 15 minutes of B.S an older lady said it's no problem for me to take stuff out and check. All the old guys and Lady's here are great. But I hate these Belligerent teenage witch girls at register. I'll be going to Home Depot now.

OMGosh! I've been in many hardware stores that had a lot of stuff. But this place has it all. If they don't have it, you probably don't need it.

Great Service!!!We were traveling and needed calming dog treats like GNC or ThunderWunder chews.We found this quaint store and then some. They didn't have the product I was looking for but found a similar product for my dog.It worked better!Thanks for the friendly, kind service. 😊

Best country hardware store I’ve been to in a long time! Just like the ones when I was a kid! They have hard to find items and everything you can imagine! I went looking for a washer for my auto chicken watering system I built, guess what they had it! Friendly and helpful employees!

This is just like an old time General Store. I drive a bit out of my way to shop here because the folks are so helpful and friendly. New cashier, (to me), today and she was awesome. Courteous, amicable and professional. I also dig how all the customers talk to each other. Highly recommend Stinemans over any other place to go for your hardware, garden, cleaning and Anything needs. 👍👍

Update:this is my 2nd time there today and both times i was in and out. Friendly faces and the same person helped me both times. Plus i left with additions both times. (First time 2 chics) (2nd time this cute little cow that said farm life)Love this little hometown ace. You literally get to know everyone, and everyone is so helpful. Went in today and got some advice and realized that they give discounts on show feed for animals if you are in FFA/4H

I' love these stores . Mom & pop stores that are also Ace hardware's. They cater to the people in their area. With my job , sometimes I won't have a part I need to mate our equipment with the plumbing my customer has. Stores like this are the best and I love them. The people in them know most of their customers by name. On this day , someone had misplaced their glasses. When they were found , the girl at the counter call the customer. I've not seen that at the big box shops. I'll use stores like this Everytime I can. Thank you

Needed some UV rated zip ties to attach a mesh barrier around my solar panels to keep the pigeons from nesting under them. They had exactly what I needed as they always have had regardless of what it is. The employees are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Saved me a trip to Lowe's or Home Depot and the prices are competitive. If not for Stinemans One would have to drive to Yuba City or Rocklin for routine hardware needs.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I had a wonderful shopping experience. Employees went out of their way to assist me in loading wood chips, finding a dishwasher part and getting the sale price on my purchases. Can’t wait to go back.

This is - or was - my go to store. Staff is always friendly and helpful. It is well stocked, and a pretty big store for the area. I was in there a week or so ago. I was surprised and a bit dismayed to see not a single person wearing a mask or seemingly aware of how far they were from each other. I probably saw 6 employees, all close to each other and talking - no masks. I know it has become a political thing for some people, and I wasn't really surprised to see no customers wearing them. I put my items back and left. I guess I have to wait for the virus to go away or a vaccine.

When I used to deliver there 20 years ago, they're receiving crew was fast and safe. I just made a delivery there today and it took 10 minutes just to find somebody to offload me. Other than that it's a nice little hardware store.

I love this place. Workers are friendly and ready to help. When I can't find something I usually come here and its available. They even have free popcorn up front. One of the few places left in California that believe in outstanding customer service.

You cant get the kind of service and expertise at a big box store that you get at Stinemans. Sure, they are probably a little more expensive than a big box store, but I would gladly support keeping the store open. We love this store!

Forget the big box stores like Lowes and Home Depot; this is the only hardware store I'll visit. They have a little bit of everything you'll need, and if they don't have it they'll order it for you. It's the only hardware store that you won't have to chase down staff for help, the staff at Stinemans come to you!

Came in today as a first time customer looking to purchase some chainsaw files. I asked the lady at the counter where their chainsaw isle was and was immediately followed by the older male employee with a white beard who sat behind me staring/not saying a word as I was looking at the chainsaw files which made me feel uncomfortable. I believe he was more concerned about theft of items then he was about helping me locate the right files. When it comes to purchasing my Stihl products I'll be definitely giving Stineman's a pass.

This is a good country hardware store.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because they are limited to storage/supply space.the people are friendly and helpful.Some are more knowledgeable than others(which is common)with a lot of places.

Awesome place. I just moved into Wheatland to a ADAUnit until I get my knee surgery done. My partner and myself love to grow food and flowers and so we frequent this place for plants and things. Always greeted by the employees with a smile and asked for help? Love the small town friendliness !
