We got our first Corgi from Laura back in 2016, and we just added another pup to our pack this year. Laura’s dogs are so healthy and have the best dispositions! Our first dog we got from her will be 8 in early 2024, and she continues to receive a perfect bill of health from the vet. Laura has wonderful communication and her prices are very reasonable. We will continue to go through Emerald Corgis for as long as we want corgis (which will be forever, honestly— they’re the best breed!)

We had a wonderful experience with Laura at Emerald Corgis. She was fantastic at sharing photos and information about the puppies and really goes above and beyond for her clients. She provided all our puppy’s paperwork, vaccination and microchip info neatly organized in a folder and even provided plush toys, chew toys, and a document with puppy tips. She stayed in communication with us to make sure his first few days went well. I think that speaks volumes about her as a person and as a breeder. We really appreciated that!She really cares about the puppies and it shows. The puppy we got was loving, sweet, affectionate and most importantly healthy by the time he came to our home. My parents got a puppy from the same litter and the same is true for her.We would 100% get another puppy from Emerald. Laura is a reputable breeder that I fully trusted from beginning to end of this process. She has taken the time to educate her new owners on this amazing breed and provided detailed information how to ensure we raise healthy, beautiful corgis as the corgi parents. Since this was my first time purchasing through a breeder, there were a couple things that I focused on:1. Health History of the parents2. Pictures and updates3. Success stories of past clientsHer website shares information on the health status and exams that were passed by her corgis. She shares pictures and videos on how the parents are doing as well as the puppies (once born). Current owners tag and share pictures of their corgis from Laura and how happy they are with them. I got a corgi puppy from Laura. She is always helpful and available to answer my many questions about caring for a new puppy, and provided many tips on how to train and care for the puppy; even after we brought the puppy home.I have quite specific requests for the puppy's markings and Laura was very patient in answering my questions - which some other breeders might not be as open about.I picked up Yellow at 10-weeks, and she came with potty training started, and held her potty through the night (12am-7am), so I did not have to go through the much dreaded sleep deprivation (potty every 2-3 hours at night) that other puppy parents might have to go through. Yellow's parents are Teddy (dad) and Riley (mum). Overall Yellow's temperament was mellow at first, but has gotten more playful and outgoing. She is definitely a very smart and trainable puppy! She could finish a level 2 dog puzzle within 5 mins now after a few tries.

Laura and Emerald Corgis are amazing! We got our little guy (Max) when he was about 8 weeks old. We fell in love instantly. He is extremely healthy and well adjusted. When we picked Max up, he had been to vet’s for his first shots and microchipped. Laura is super conscientious and made the whole experience super special by posting pictures and videos of the litter everyday so we could see our guy and his brothers and sisters grow. Emerald Corgis provides IG reels and pics so you can see the diligence and care applied to produce healthy and beautiful litters.We are very happy with our male pup. He is healthy and adorable. We picked up our Corgi boy in July 2022 and could not be happier with our smart, healthy and gentle pup.Laura kept in good communication from the time the pup was born through take home day. She took great care of the pups and provided excellent communication by providing weekly updates via Instagram (pictures & video) and was available to answer DM questions via text.She delivered a well mannered pup and checked in with us to ensure that he was adjusting well to his new home. I got my corgi after waiting for months and it was worth the wait! Laura is an amazing breeder, you can tell by the posts she has on her instagram that she really cares about the puppies. She’ll answer any questions you might have in a timely manner. She makes sure the puppy is healthy before she hands them to you, my vet even told me that I had got my corgi from a good breeder by just looking at my corgis health records that Laura gave me. I’d recommend this breeder to anyone looking for a puppy, the waitlist may be long but it’ll be well worth it!

I can't even say enough to describe the professionalism and the extra mile Laura went to have our precious little corgi prepared and ready for us to pick up on our special day. First, I highly recommend Laura and Emerald Corgis as a breeder to get a quality corgi.Laura was a very communicative. Text and email threads were started and she answered our many questions along the way.More importantly, the corgi we got has been a very good dog. He's still a puppy so the many puppyisms are there, but he is learning quickly and is a very loving dog.Laura has been following up with us daily since we got our little guy to check on him which we appreciate but I feel is a great quality of her as a dog breeder. Emerald Corgis is a wonderful breeder. We got our Corgi Maeve from her in March 2022. Laura is very responsive to emails and texts. She sent us a puppy questionnaire and even answered questions we had about the breed and her health clearances. We were on her waitlist for about a year. And during that time she communicated with us about the potential breeding and when it would take place. (EmeraldCorgis is a small breeding program and the wait was well worth it!) Once the puppies were born she did weekly Instagram posts so that we could see the puppies as they grew. She emailed us great information about corgi puppies and their care. At puppy pick up Laura gave us a puppy bag with all Maeve’s info. Maeve has been such a wonderful addition to our lives. We are so thankful Laura allowed us to purchase a corgi from her breeding program. We highly recommend Emerald Corgis!

I got our Corgi here a month ago, but Laura said our puppy had a clean bill of health. However, our puppy had a Hernia and was infected with Giardia and Coccidiosis. I was expecting Laura to be more forward about this. Our Corgi is also timid around other dogs, which has been a concern for me.

Laura obviously takes much pride in her work, loves her puppies and cares deeply for their wellbeing. Our 3 hour car ride home went extremely well..we could tell our pup had some training with pee pads and surprised at how he doesn't bite us. The companion pet she sent home with our pup calmed him immediately and he loves to sleep with it at night. It's only been one day and he's already gone potty outside a number of times. I would highly recommend Emerald Corgis to anyone looking for a great companion.

As a former animal cruelty investigator I am very skeptical of breeders as I have arrested more than one backyard breeder/puppymiller during my career. I had no worries of this dealing with Emerald Corgis. I've been a firm advocate of supporting breeders who breed for quality of bloodline and for the love of the breed and you can tell that Laura is this kind of breeder. She has implemented certain health gaurantees for the puppies, which is important and works hard to socialize them early on. In addition, she limits the number of litters she produces per year. The puppies appeared to come from a clean and well cared for enviornment and our puppy was very healthy, social, and cute as can be. He had more than one visit to the vet prior to coming to us in addition to vaccines and deworming. His microchip was included and a 1 year health gaurantee. Emerald Corgis will also take the puppy/dog back if we cannot keep him. That is a sign of a responsible breeder! The process was smooth and informative, which was appreciative since all our previous dogs were always rescue dogs. We love our Corgi!, Kevin- Thank you!

We got our first tri-colored Corgi from Emerald Corgis and our dog learned how to potty train fast! Our Bonnie is so cute and adorable. She came with AKC registration and microchipped as well as shots/health record. I would recommend Emerald Corgis to anyone looking to purchase a Corgi. The Breeder has fast response time and always posts weekly photo/videos via Instagram. She doesn’t just breed tri-colored, she also breeds sable and red.
