I'm regular a customer at this location and all of the workers give amazing customer service . All the workers go above and beyond; the prices are great too and the parking is free.The Supervisor, Mr. Chams, is always exceptional helpful and he has a phenomenal attitude. The staff was great but the bathroom is disgusting. When I walked into the ladies room there was a man in there. It took me by surprise. He apologized and said the men's restroom was locked. Both stalls were and the sink were filthy as well.

Not very helpful staff always hiding or low staffed. Good option for those who want nicer than Walmart leashes or pet food but don’t mind hunting the items down yourself.

I spoke to the groomer in length as to if she knew how to groom a standard poodle and she assured me she did. She literally destroyed my dogs coat he came back still dirty, cage dried instead of blow dry, and he was not groomed nor were his ears even cleaned and plucked. I will never recommend Petco grooming nor will I take me own dog there again. You should train your groomer to do there job better and if they don’t know how to do a certain breed than don’t do it

Different petcos charged different prices for grooming. This one was about twenty percent more expensive. I'm just gonna have to make sure I go to a different store in the future.

I trust this Petco with my senior pups :) I’ve gone for their grooming and my dog was nervous at first, but the girl made her comfortable for his nail trim. I’ve also gone most recently to buy new food for my senior pups since they’re having a harder time with their old food now. I always trust the quality and selection here. I appreciate this store very much :)

Don't use the bathroom, the staff is wonderful, but the bathroom clearly is never maintained. And both toilets are broken and do not flush...sick. But the funny part is they keep them locked....

The employee working in the fish department is slow to assist having to wait 15 to 20 minutes then to be told she can't sell me a goldfish after being drilled about the size of the fish tank and how many fish I have. I had to answer 100 questions before they are willing to sell any fish. This is the second time trying to buy fish and being told my 20 galloon tank is not big enough for a 29 cent goldfish or guppies.

Last week, I dropped off my dog at Petco grooming HB and they called back an hour into the appointment saying they could not continue their service for my dog because he was being too difficult and moving around too much. So my dog came home with only parts of his body trimmed and parts unfinished. And then PetCo rescheduled another appointment a week later at Westminster store, but thirty minutes before the appointment they called and canceled saying ‘my dog is not ready for grooming, yet.’ This was very disappointed and last-minute as we’ve been waiting and anticipating for this appointment only for it to be canceled as we were getting ready to leave.

The Westminster CA Petco offers excellent service from a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Their store is always clean and well stocked. Since they are pet owners themselves, they are able to share their experiences with their customers. I highly recommend them to any pet owner.

Awful service. Only one worker was helping customers at the checkout while 3 other workers-including the manager and some red-hair lady- were gossipping about other workers right in the middle of the store. Super unprofessional and caused a trip that should've been 5 minutes to be 25 minutes due to long lines and lonely cashier worker.

My favorite petco! Staff is friendly at least the few I have encountered. While shopping for dog and cat items the store was being restocked. I always go here especially during deals such as buy 2 get one free or 30% off items! Our animals are eating us out of house and home lol, but I love to spoil them with yummy options. I usually do repeat delivery, but sometimes I like to switch it up and check out different brands especially wet food for my cats.

I always come to this Petco for all my pet needs. Recently came for flea supplies but they were out as other people are buying them too. Luckily I found what I needed. It looks like they're always restocking so it's good to see.

Employees here are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I don't feel like they want you to get out of the store and they will answer all your questions.I forgot your name but you knew so much about the aquatic fish a few months ago and really went into pleco care and If I should get one or not.

Do not bother checking their website before going. I did that, and found two cat beds on sale that were in my target price range. So I used my lunch break to go there only to find they had neither of them. (Would be one star except there was a nice young man who helped me.)

I Love the Customer Service. When we went inside cashier at the time SUPER nice and greet us, "Hi Welcome."Made me feel at home. Lovely little pets they had for the day. We definitely found what we were looking for, very clean, shelves well stocked with products. Definitely Recommend This Petco Location. Go and Adopt a pet Now.
