I have been taking my dog here for the last few years and it is the only place I trust to board my dog. The app makes it very convenient to set up stays, check up on packages, or update your pets profile if needed. My dog is always happy when he comes which shows me he is being well taken care of. The staff are very professional and pay attention to detail. The all day play is an added plus and is an excellent place for your dog to socialize. With their packages they even include early drop off and late pick up which is extremely helpful for those of us in healthcare who work 12 hours. It is also nice that they have cameras that allow you to check up on your pet throughout the day and the staff sends you a picture each day of your stay. Had a great experience at Wag Hotels - West Sac! We were allowed to tour the place before deciding to place our dog in boarding there which made us feel very comfortable because we saw the cleanliness of the place and how the workers worked behind the scenes. My dog is a very sweet dog who loves everyone, but gets really sad when she’s away from the family and they made her feel welcomed. It was nice to get photos of my dog as well while she was there. 10/10 experience. Would for sure board my dog here again in the future.

This was my first time using Wag for my cat Stinky. Using the app was convenient and easy to book Stinkys stay. The facility is super clean and dropping Stinky off the staff made detailed notes and labeled the milk and treats for Stinky!! I really liked being able to pull up to the front door with covered parking for drop off and pickup. I enjoyed receiving photos of Stinky throughout her stay but wish there where more "you always want more photos of your fur baby" I wish the app had a chat feature to check in but I did speak to Barrett Manning the GM about getting that on the roadmap of innovation. I think that would be a good feature and I suspect other customers would agree!! All and all I'm 100% satisfied with Wag and will use them again! Bravo Wag

I've been a loyal customer of Wag for over a decade, entrusting them with the care of my beloved French bulldogs. The team at Wag has consistently gone above and beyond, especially for my wheelchair-bound Frenchie, Duke, ensuring his comfort and enjoyment during his stays, even through his old age. They even sent a card after his passing, showing how much he's missed. My other Frenchie, Hank, also adores Wag, we affectionately call it "school". He gets so excited when he knows we're taking him for drop off. He loves the company of the attentive staff and has a blast in the small dog playgroups.What sets Wag apart is their attention to detail, professionalism, and incredible services. Their amazing suites come equipped with cameras, allowing me to peek in on my guy whenever I miss him. I also appreciate how the Wag team caters to each dog's unique needs, providing a level of comfort and confidence that is unmatched.I wholeheartedly recommend Wag for all your dog daycare and boarding needs. Their exceptional care and love have truly made a difference in my life and the lives of my Frenchies, and for that, I am incredibly grateful. Thank you, Wag, for being a second home to my boys!

I am so grateful for Wag Hotels services! I was planning on boarding my dog during the weekend of my trip and they offered a trial service. I was able to watch my dog through their webcam all day, which made me feel at ease and it was such a joy to see my dog have fun with the other dogs. I am considering putting my dog in for day care at least once a week just to have him interact with other dogs and get more social time. The staff was very friendly and loved onto my dog everyday. They even sent updated photos everyday through the app! I would highly recommend!

We bring our dogs here for play and grooming. Last year they cut one of our dog’s dew claws and had to send her home with a bloody bandage wrapped around her leg. We decided to give them a break and write it off as a one time thing. Today, we came home from grooming and saw that our dog had one eye almost shut and was oozing puss and tears. Upon closer inspection, we see that they cut her and she is very uncomfortable and hurt. We even asked when we picked up whether there’s anything we needed to know, and they said “No, all good!”We are so disappointed about this behavior, especially the groomer not even telling us they had cut our poor dog. We have pictures here also. Beware if you are taking your dogs here for grooming.

We bring our golden retriever two days a week for all day play while we have to be in the office. Our dog loves playing with all the other pups and we feel he is well taken care of. All the staff is so friendly and they always greet our dog and are excited to see him. We enjoy the photos that are sent to us during the day. The nest camera they use through the app is excellent to watch the dogs play! We love Wag!

Great place to leave your pets. You are guaranteed your pet is safe. The employees take great pride in taking care of pet, they communicate and even send pictures of your pet regularly. I am using wag hotel for past 4 years.

I was very nervous about leaving my 6 month old golden retriever boarded for the first time. From the second I walked in my mind was put at ease. The facility was very clean, friendly staff and well maintained.Through Winnie’s time there I was sent photos of her having a great time. I also was able to peek in on her through their camera. The place in which she slept was much larger than anticipated.Definitely will be taking her back!!

Wag Hotels has been a great asset for both me and my dog Bella! The all-day play opportunities provides the socialization that she needs. Also, when I travel I feel very comfortable boarding her. This place is amazing, I only wish there was one closer to us in Roseville! The staff are super people and dog friendly and always happy to see our dogs. Our dogs are always extremely excited when we get there so I'm very confident they're treating them well. Thanks Wag!

The facility was impressive and clean and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. My pup had a wonderful time at Wag hotel and it was great to get daily pictures updates as well. I also really loved the WagCams as well so I can see her play with other dogs. We will definitely be back again!

We had our two Goldens in the All day Plus daycare. We watched on the camera in the large dog room to see first hand their behavior. All pups were well behaved as workers walked along with the moving group. Some pups were on the play structure and others were moving about.We were pleased to have a verbal acknowledgement that all was well with our girls during that stay.

They were great! Very nice and patient. They took care of our dog while he was anxious and sick and gave him his prescribed medications. Loved how they took pictures of him. The cherry on top was giving him a bath and cut before I picked him up. Would go back!

Miss Paisley visits the Wag Hotel on a regular basis for daycare and boards a few times a year. She and I both adore everyone there - they could not be nicer and we love that they recognize us the minute we walk through the door. Her first priority is trying to run around the desk and give kisses to the staff! She does the One on One package and it is so fun to hear how much she enjoys the individual attention from everyone. I can tell she loves it there and feels comfortable from her attitude when I drop her off and when I pick her up. She has made a lot of friends there on staff and I can't express my appreciation enough for all of them! Extra bonus for when they are doing pictures - so much fun to see one of her while I am away. Five stars and A++++ for the West Sac crew!

She’s currently the manager for Sacramento on the west side. She is amazing. Our older, anxious dog is always well taken care of during her stay at Wag. The staff recognizes her timidness and works around it to be sure she socializes & gets exercise. During her lastest stay the staff sent photos of her daily. Our kids loved seeing pictures of her during our vacation. Highly recommend Wag!

Love Wag Hotels! This is my first time ever with wags hotels or any hotel and everyone is super friendly and made my dog feel comfortable. He is a very nervous dog and is scared of people but I have never seen him so relaxed and happy to meet so many new people and new dogs. They even remember his name the second time we came and he was extremely happy.

I’ve been using Wag consistently for over 6 months and I could not have been blessed with a better group of people to care for my pup, Mia. This facility is staffed with excellent caretakers that love my dog like she’s their own. Mia is always happy to come to daycare and never wants to leave. 10/10 recommend using this facility.

I had my two pups in all daycare!! I watched them from the webcam to see their interactions with other dogs. It was a good way for them to get socializing. The staff was very professional and caring to them. When we got home Minnie and Cali were pooped. Definitely will be taking there again.

Top notch! They took very good care of my fur babies and were on top of it when my boy had a health issue. I recommend getting a mini suite with a web camera and the foam pad. My boy loved all day play my girl got plenty of loves. They got ice cream sundaes. I knew they were safe.

We met General Manager , Charlotte Worrell, and staff. Well-staffed, extremely clean, all had high-tech communications (headphone sets with speakers). They are a very organized and efficient team. Doggie day care. Drive up for ease. The staff is incredibly happy and patient, including the groomers. I observed employees with client dogs. The interactions were very impressive.Missy was happy. Most importantly the dogs arriving at drop off were excited, even pulling their owners with tails wagging when entering Wag Hotel. Overnight boarding, doggie day care, grooming available and more.My Yorkie Missy was happy and relaxed herself, after much excitement and stimulation. A fun overnight and playtime. I’m glad I trusted Wag hotel! 24 hour live service with a staff member at Wag Hoel A huge bonus.MY 1ST TIME LEAVING MY DOG ANYWHERE AND WE WILL RETURN! TY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! SO ASHAMED OF WAG HOTELS AFTER 8 YEARS! Zero effort in communication! We Paid $422 for a BLOOD BATH. We have been loyal wag customers for the past 8 years. We picked up our dogs today after a weekend trip. After driving away we realized there was blood all over my clothes, my husbands clothes and our other dog. During the 30 minute ride home we couldn’t get the bleeding to stop. We took our dog to pet smart who spent 25 minutes after hours to get the bleeding to stop. The groomer informed us they had quicked not one but ALL FIVE of her back left paw nails. Wag failed to communicate ANY of this to us. We called to speak to a manager who was extremely insincere and offered us an “upgrade” on a future visit. Why did we pay $422 and $70 EXTRA for our dogs to be bathed to then have to take them to pet smart for them to stop the bleeding, re wash both dogs, spend hours to (hopefully) get the blood stains out of all of our clothes, and watch our poor dog limping!? Their lack of communication and care is unacceptable. I don’t want an upgrade WE WANT A REFUND! SMALL BUSINESS CLAIMS HERE WE COME!
