Worst HomeDepot I’ve ever entered, they are disorganized, most shelves don’t have a price, good luck trying to scan a bar code on your homedepot app because it always says can’t find a match. Workers use prime morning hrs when contractors/customers are shopping to close off isle’s to restock shelves. Several workers at this location speak like they are stoned or on something. This place isn’t worth the time, frustration, or high hazards.

A woman helped notify me as a customer that we need to match barcodes and shelf prices because they will not honor misplaced stock? The lady called to clarify, took me on a walk just to show me how it was misplaced. Maybe just tell customers you won’t be honoring the price and waste less time. I have worked retail and never told a customer to match #s. Also clearly an employee stocked them and it was not misplaced by customers. When she went to show me how to match #s they had already cleared the misplaced items. Im glad I had taken the picture to share with friends about the good deal. Shame I won’t be sharing a positive experience.

I bought a commercial fridge from this Home Depot recently and I paid for home delivery. The delivery drivers just left it on the front porch and upon opening it, I noticed it was dented and uneven on one side of the fridge. It was bad enough to where it only allowed the door to open half way. Anyway I called Home Depot to get it replaced with a "new one" and they said I need to call the manufacturer and re-order the fridge. Also it would no longer be at the sale price I bought it for. I paid over $4000 already !After this purchase and inconvenience Home Depot wiped their hands clean with me. Please just be aware and I recommend going to Lowes or another business that has better service for your home goods.

Needed a quart of mixed paint. Nobody was working at paint area. 10 feet behind me were 4 associates at the customer service counter. I'm in plain sight standing there and not one of them bothered to ask if I needed help. I finally walked over to their counter and asked if someone was working at paint. They called on intercom but no one showed up. Needless to say I left. What a horrible store.

Absolutely LOVED the very nice woman named Nancy in the outdoor care, she not only helped me by pushing my 2nd basket and helping me load, she she was so knowledgeable about everything I asked about! 10/10 would recommend this store! Nancy was absolutely amazing!

Bought an umbrella a few days ago. Got to use it today for the first time and within the first 30 seconds of use the umbrella completely broke and all of the wires were poking out. I should have checked the quality of the umbrella before purchase, but no wonder it gave out so quick, the metal was about as thick as tin foil. Very disappointed in the product quality. Wish it would have atleast lasted me one use

I needed some wire shelving cut, a service that most Home Depot provides. I went to the return counter and they said they do provide the service. Yet the people in the flooring department said they couldn’t do it, citing one reason or another. They had 5 staff sitting around doing nothing and none would help me. The Home Depot in Lincoln, where I used to live, would always cut them for me.

My visit here was quick and easy, I unfortunately didn't get any assistance from anyone because it's a skeleton crew towards most evenings..Nice store well stocked, a lot of great deals down the "Around the Race Track" and most items are easy to find.This is a 8 out of 10 store and it definitely has room for improvement and can hopefully get some more qualified employees.

Unfortunately, it closes at three thirty making it hard to have dinner there. Awesome ambience is great. I have been there before but apparently lately Is they are only open from eleven thirty till three thirty currently.

I bought a refrigerator from Home Depot as you can see the pictures this is what they delivered after waiting for an eternity this is what they gave me and then told me it would take six weeks to get me another one it wasn't even completed yet the insides when I finished as a door has no magnetic strip on it to be able to close it now they tell me it's going to take just as long to refund my money do not buy anything from Home Depot if I could give him less than a woman it would be at -10 check my warranty Christmas is coming up you can't afford a $1,500 refrigerator that you cannot use or any other product I wouldn't buy a one penny nail it probably would come without a strike head I guess the picture this time is worth a thousand

I like the size and ease of parking compared to the smaller stores. Home Depot is hot or miss sometimes.

Always fun to walk around this store! Good clearance items especially refrigerators this weekend. A few dents on some but prices were dropped by a couple hundred. If you don't mind dings on your appliances, there are some good buys!

Poor customer service! Asked someone at the front to help get an item that was out from the top shelf. They called someone the radio and then asked me to go wait by the aisle. No one showed up. Wasted my time sitting there. Just find what you need and buy it online. None of the workers here deserve a Job.

A SIMPLE request for a morning appointment for carpet measurements a week in advance while calling multiple times during the week to confirm this and the customer service representative reading back the request to me utterly failed.The person that called stated he can't make morning appointments without notes which Home Depot verified above and refused to get me a morning appointment even another week in advance. I said "you are the scheduler right?" He said yes. Then can I make an MORNING APPOINTMENT in a week to two. He stated without management he can't and it doesn't work that way".What way does it work!! I called the national hotline and they verified. I called the local HD and she verified. I talked to a MANAGER and he verified. I get a call and the appointment is between 2-5pm.They want me to spend $25k and can't even get a simple appointment right through three verifications?No thank you.

Had some of the best customer service I've had in a long time at ANY retail store. I asked a guy named Jeff for help and he walked me over to the product and got me a cart to grab it. Then he walked the product over to the register for me to purchase, and never once made it feel like he was doing me a favor. Textbook customer service. If I had been a secret shopper the entire store would've gotten an A. The bathrooms were impeccable and the floors were spotless, and everyone working there was engaged with a customer. I'll never go to another home depot besides this one if I can help it.

Sketchy business practices here. I'm tired of them taking bad lumber and re-stacking so that it looks like a new pallet of lumber. They're purposely trying to deceive customers into buying damaged products, and wasting everyone's time.

I had a super duper issue to solve with putting a brand new bed together that did not come with all of its parts! A young man started helping me but couldn't find exactly what I needed so he turned me over to a gentleman named Fred! Oh my goodness !!!!! He was retired from the military and had been working with Home Depot for about 22 years. Fred was the sweetest most helpful associate that I had ever encountered at a Home Depot. He took the time to make a piece that would fit my bed so that I could secure my footboard. Fred exemplified what it means to come to work to do your job and to do it well! Home Depot don't let this guy go anytime soon! He makes you guys shine like the new day son!!! Thank you Fred for your help and yes that little thingy that you made for me worked on my bed!!!!!!

I've been using The Home Depot since my first home purchase back in 2008. I'm a loyal customer and always find what I need or get recommendations on where I can go to find what I need. The Home Depot phone app makes it even easier to find things in store!I'm in the middle of moving in with my fiancé and we had an issue with an online order pick-up over the weekend. Frank went above and beyond to investigate AND resolve our issue. Thank you so much to Frank and Alliyah for your help! We'll definitely be making this our go to store.

Very bad unflexibel customer service! Their system went down, fair enough, which causes a lot of problems. But being absolutely unflexibel for tool renting is just bad customer service - even after telling them I’ll leave my credit card with them they did not want to rent me the tool and process it upon return! You guys should think of Back up plans not just stand around and do nothing.

I always rent tools machinery hereBut am having second thoughts the skinny tall guy working in tool rentals is a complete joke, Lazy unprofessional,Isn't helpful at all I went in to rent a machine ad he told me I couldn't rent it as they needed my vehicle insurance for a machine, I went in the next day and rented with no problem at all, he is usually just standing there talking to a co workerDoesnt try to help you at all.He should be in the garden center not I'm tool rentals
