Been coming here for 9 years now, loved all the staff here esp the owner, Cassandra and her daughter, Averie! They always give good lovin’ to my Akila all these time she’s been coming here. Moved to a diff city now, but still come here for her grooming. We’ll just be Le Pooches forever! ❤️🐶

My dogs an I love Le Pooches Pet Grooming! The staff is so friendly, professional, and talented. I take my Maltese / Shih Tzu here on a regular basis, and my German Shepherd a couple times a year. Cassandra is amazing with both of them and I'm always so pleased with the results. Because they are so good, they are always pretty busy on Saturday, so make sure to call about a week in advance to schedule an appointment. Highly recommended!

My dog had an appt for 10amwe arrived on time.Previous appts there were fine and she was usually done 1 1/2 hrs later.This time i I hadn’t heard from them and it was 12 o’clock, so I assume she was finished and I went to the store and she wasn’t ready said it would be another hour OK so keeping in mind that she got there on time at 10 o’clock. I came back in an hour. She still wasn’t ready. OK I was very disappointed. And was told that it typically takes three hours to do a grooming in that facility.Well previously and only took an hour and a half and I have a good dog is old and though she’s very well behaved, I see no reason why they should’ve taken so long and previous appointments were only an hour and a half so needless to say I’m giving this a one star review.Very disappointed.

They offer great services at even better pricing. Friendly groomers, who actually care about the animals they are working with, in addition, they listen to and comply with any customers requests or concerns regarding their pets visit. . . Definitely recommend.

Took my moms dog to get groomed for our first time with Le Pooches, and they did a horrible job. They practically shaved him, said he had fleas, and did not cut his nails. I keep calling and I never get an answer. Horrible experience and we will not be coming back.

I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE THIS PLACE!! Their prices have gone up significantly over the past year however the attention and the love andthe care tgey give to EACH AND EVERY PET is worth every single cent!! They not only genuinely care about each pet and which is brought into this rumors they treat them as if they were their own pets. If you've never been I suggest you try it out ASAP I promise you you will not find a better grooming staff anywhere in Sacramento!

I am new to the area and was looking for a reliable groomer to trim my little pups nails. Called yesterday and they said they took nail trim walk-ins, just give them a call ahead of time to check if a groomer is currently available. I called this morning to check availability, they said come on in. I got there within 10 minutes of phone call and was seen immediately. One of the extremely kind, confident and skilled workers took my pup behind the desk and had her nails trimmed in under five minutes! I've honestly never seen my almost 10 y.o Dachshund act so calmly for a nail trim. The whole interaction took under 10 minutes, and with the trim costing only 10$, I couldn't ask for a better experience. Will be returning and highly recommend!

I love Le Pooches Pet Grooming. Danielle has given my terrier mix Morty a hair cut a few times and I’ve gotten his nails trimmed here a lot. We moved and I tried another place, they didn’t do nearly as nice of a job, so now I drive 30 minutes extra just to come here. Highly recommend these friendly, talented, and reasonably priced groomers :) thank you!

I called to see if they could trim my dog's nails. She is terrified of it and becomes reactive so we have been unable to do it at home. They said they would be happy to help and to come by. They were very kind with my pup and had her nails trimmed in just a couple minutes. I would definitely recommend them!

These ladies are great. They are very busy but will try there hardest to get your business. I have a very temperamental Daushound that has issues with having his nails done. So I give them a 10 plus for doing his nails even though he hates it. Thank again lady's for taking care of my dog.

I used to go to LE POOCHES grooming all the way from Del Paso Heights.Recently my pug caught “KENNEL COUGH” from being in there place not even 20mins :(We came and got our same routine done. A nail trim, and ear cleaning.We were there only a short amount of time, but that was enough for my pug to get sick.(Mind you, we don’t even leave the house or take her out the house for her to get sick anywhere else or by another dog.)Not one time did LE POOCHES ask for proof of bordetella vaccination, or ANY vaccinations before letting her get groomed by them.So I didn’t know…Because I didn’t know this. My pug caught kennel cough. :(LE POOCHES, PLEASE WARN YOUR CUSTOMERS TO HAVE THE RIGHT VACCINATIONS/PROOF OF VACCINATIONS FOR THEY’RE DOGS BEFORE GROOMING/PERFORMING ON THEM!!!!!I get times are hard during covid, but you making money isn’t more important than you letting my Service dog get sick.If you go to ANY professional groomer, they will ask for proof of vaccinations before performing.Period.With that being said, I’m extremely disappointed in thinking we were being taken care of correctly.$600 dollar vet bill later… I need to warn everyone about this place.If your gonna get your dog groomed, take it somewhere where they make sure your dog is vaccinated correctly.Learn from this mistake.IT’S NOT WORTH IT!!!!(the top of the picture is the date I went into LE POOCHES for our regular routine 8/26/21Below is the vet statement when we took her in 8/30/21 ..not even 4 days later after being exposed to Kennel cough)

All the girls are wonderful!! They treated my "Little Old Lady" with loving hands and did a great job!!! I know she feels so much better :) Plus I feel the price was pretty anthe good as well....I highly recommend Le Pooches grooming

My only issue(and it's a big one)is their hours of operation is unreliable.They don't have set hours.Even though it says on the sign open till 5.Even if I call that day,they can not guarantee how long they will be open.They say to call right before I come down.Its just a nail clipping for my dog.Takes them 10 minutes max.I always give a big tip.Usually double the cost.It's all about customer service.They need to have set hours.and stick by them.

We have been taking our two cocker spaniel mixes to Brandy at Le Pooches for years and have always been happy with the quality of grooming and care they receive in her hands. When one of our dogs was aging and having accidents during grooming she continued to accept him as a client even though it sometimes meant an extra wash during grooming. We have now moved away from West Sacramento but I still go out of my way to bring our dog to Brandy and he’s always happy to see her!

This place has burned my step dog severely twice now. First time I could pass off as accident but second time is unacceptable. They don't even disclose to you that they hurt him they just hope you don't discover it. Then when brought to their attention they sent it and refuse refunds. They should be Negative 5 stars!!!

Love this shop, and love Danielle, I have a 16 year old pekanese that I don't just take anywhere and Danielle is so awesome with her, even when Molly's not having a good day with her dementia, thank you Let Pooches, it means the world to me have a groomer I can trust with my baby. I recommend anyone with a pet who needs groomed Le Pooches, and Danielle although I'm sure the other grommers are just an awesome,
