I am a truck driver and got to the store to unload at 2pm. Was told I had to wait to unload until the next day. That completely delayed the rest of my deliveries one day which meant I had to miss my older sons basketball game and my younger sons soccer game on Saturday. Pathetic store and useless employees who would rather play on their phones than to do their job.

Lots of great deals, especially with the coupons offered on their app. Unfortunately, more than half of the time, the computers are having problems and you end up missing out on those great deals. Plus, they hardly ever seem to have more than one register open. Then, this location has had some of the most unfriendly and unhelpful employees I have had the bad luck to come across. They seem far more interested in getting customers out of there and leaving than providing any real customer service. Guess that's what you get when you want to (hopefully) get a good deal.

I love the Dollar General here in West Point, California. And the people that work there are wonderful as well. But, I don't know who made the policy to put regular clothes out on a 50% rack, and then not give it to you because you don't see in the little writing that they have handwritten on the 50% clearance label, that only the white dotted items get the 50% off. To me why even put a regular price item on a sales rack, if you're not putting it up for sale? It's deceitful.

They are always friendly and helpful. I am wheelchair bound and that makes me vertically challenged. The employees are always looking out for me. They are cheerful at all times. So I never feel like I'm bothering anyone.

Bought 20$ worth of gift cards that a receipt immediately told the cashier to return she decided she didn't want to return it told me to come back tomorrow if it didn't work,Surprise they didn't work because they weren't activated another cashier attempts to activate them but can't because they're "void" proceeds to tell me to come back tomorrow and speak with the manager as only she can return this card,I come back the next day and speak with what I assume is the manager because when I asked her if I could speak with them she ignored me and continued to say she wouldn't return the card,So I'm out 20$ because of the idocracy of a couple of idiots sincerely the worst employee's a company could have hired

It's like a little place where you can get a little of almost anything. Some canned foods, some frozen foods, soda, toilet paper, wash cloths, some clothes and bath items. Just no fresh vegetables or fresh meats. They have bacon, hotdogs and frozen pizza. They even have some make up. A good addition to our area.

Oasis in the Mountains. Snacks, drinks, munchies, and more. Dollar Genaral is like a mini-superstore! This place has almost all your basic necessities and more. My wife and I usually walk out of any DG with more than what we went in for. Got to love this place. No fountain drinks or warm food at DG, have to go to Gas station or Trading Post. No produce at DG have to go to the OG down town store.

It's ok, but it's going through what seems to be an entire shift change, as in each shift has entirely new workers so it's slow and not as helpful as normal.
