Cool pet store. They have decent selection of accessories and toys but really shine when it comes to pet food. The variety and quality are top notch. The staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back again!

I have been coming for over a year, and I come all the time for cat and dog food. The service is attentive, and I've had great conversations here. Yet every time I come it's as if my dog and I are new to the store. For better customer service, why not remember your loyal customers' names? At least remember our dogs? I come here because it is in my neighborhood, but it feels as if people don't really care about that.

Fantastic local pet store. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Always give my dog a little treat and recommend highly quality foods. They have great monthly deals on treats that I try to take advantage of. Big selection of toys, foods, and accessories. I also love that they have free local delivery, which I haven't used yet since I prefer to walk over. Highly recommend! :)

Best pet store in town!! Great selection of food and toys!! Customer Service is AWESOME!! If they don’t have a product in stock that you you need, they do their best to have it transferred from another store in exceptional time! Can’t say enough good things about the salesperson named Daisy!!She is the reason I keep coming back to get all my supplies , because her customer service is top notch!

They were great! They carried the 25 pound of dog food to my car.And were very helpful in finding terrific treats all natural treats fir my digs and reccomended all natural plaqye off to help with my dogs teeth. And, they even put the bag of dog food on hold asI was driving over an hour to get to thestore.Their customer service was terrific over the phone and in the store.They have a great selection of food, and dog toys, bones, beds,and many other items.Their employees are very knowledgeableand friendly.They really know their products and had someGreat reccomendations.It was a very pleasant and enjoyable visit.

I have been a customer here for years and I always have a good experience. They are always kind to my dog and give him treats (after asking me, of course) and kind to me as well! I've had my dog's favorite food special ordered every month for years and they never fail to have it there and ready for me. And during the pandemic, they've been so helpful with curbside pickup and phone payments. I get good recommendations for products and have brought my dog in for teeth cleaning as well (and to the Hollywood store for nail trims!). I don't want to shop at any other pet store! Highly recommend.

I moved to the area almost a year ago and found this place while on a walk through the neighborhood. The staff here is incredibly kind and friendly, my order is always ready when they say it will be. The store is organized and has tons of fun treats for your dogs n cat friends. I love shopping small and I'm glad I'm able to support tailwaggers. Thank you WeHo store, you girls, gays and theys are the best!

It’s Disneyland for animals. I love this store so much and their second location in Hollywood. The staff and management are wonderful. Brian is amazing. He runs both locations with the assistance of Geraldine and Wendy at Tailwashers. They always have the best advice and carry the best brands. They love having your pets visit both stores and they get treats. A five star experience!!!!

Awesome pet shop for all your furbaby's organic and holistic supplies! There are two locations, which is great if they don't have something in stock, it may be at the other store. Plus, there was a line of dog collars, leashes, bandanas, and other accessories from a sustainably sourced company. There is an adorable selection of pup clothes, which most were located underneath a table. Also, it was a huge plus to have associates who seemed genuine about wanting to assist!

Absolutely love this store! They have great selection of high-end dog foods and treats. And the staff is very knowledgeable and those guys gave me tons of advices over the past few years I was coming there. Also, there's parking in that building.

I wanted to take the time to write a well deserved 5 star review to the team at Tailwaggers on Fairfax! I called today to order cat food for my pets and needed a particular type. Bran (spelling?) was so helpful and thoughtful! He not only searched out what I needed but also called me back within a timely manner and had solutions for what I needed. Thank you!! Brian was also very helpful! They are kind enough to deliver our pet food right now in this challenging time. Dale was prompt and very kind! I had the pleasure of visiting the store today. It is a health-conscious store for our furry friends. The selection of products is just too cute. This wonderful store has been around for 10 years. It's more fun for the owner then for the dogs. And just when you thought it couldn't get any better comma they're having a costume doggy party. This great event will occur on October 29th from 2 to 4 p.m. Bring your dog dressing up for Halloween and win a prize for best costume. The staff couldn't be nicer

Great local pet supply store. The one on Bronson is nice, too. Prices and brands are very competitive if not a bit lower on many items you'd find in similar mid-to-higher competitors. Nice staff.

It's easy to overlook the importance of diet in your pet's overall wellbeing. It can make all the difference in their behavior and mood. The staff at Tailwaggers is extremely knowledge, kind, and they all genuinely care about what they do. They ask a lot of questions about your dog/cat so that they can best advise on products. They only carry premium items and yet their pricing is fair. At the end of the day when you take care of your pet, they are healthy, happy, and energetic. It's so worth it!
