This was my first time in this store and it won’t be my last. I was so intimidated by all the options in here but Excellent made me feel so comfortable. My least favorite dispensary in West Hollywood. I’ve been to other three and this one offered the worst experience. They have a very good range of options, but the attendant who we were assigned to was unfriendly and made us feel like we were not welcome there. Maybe other attendants are friendlier and we were just unlucky. But given that there are other options nearby, we won’t be coming back to this store anymore. Prices are also a bit higher than other places, but they offer a new customer discount. Worth going there and see if your experience will be different. Good luck!

I originally gave this dispensary a 5 star but the more and more you go here you realize this may be one of the worst dispensaries in Los Angeles. The employees are so unprofessional it’s a joke. They act like they know all the products and sell you on the worst products ever! They literally sold me disposable pens that don’t work at all. I call and they say yeah come back in we’ll take care of you. So I drive the 15min back to store and security guards like “we got another bust sale” as if this always happens. The disposable pen was packaged on 2/1/2023 literally almost a year ago. It’s like this store is selling you all old and washed up items. They say to you “oh it’s good. It’ll get you so high” but the reality most their products in store suck. Most their weed literally doesn’t get you high. AT ALL! Anyway they didn’t take care of me at all. Not even a single apology for selling me an item that didn’t work and having to drive back to store 2nd time. They told me I could have store credit for the disposal pens that didn’t work so the sales rep pushed me on a 8th of weed instead. I’m smoking it right now. Legitimately not getting high at all. These employees have no idea what quality high end weed is. They’re are pushing Josh Wax as their #1 top brand cannabis which is almost laughable to me. Go literally anywhere else in Los Angeles. There are 1,000s of dispensaries literally next door. The Artist Tree, Wonderbrett, Backpackboyz, Cookies, Exotics Hollywood, these are all legit dispensaries selling products that will ACTUALLY get you HIGH. Which when I started smoking weed 15 years ago was the whole point.

Its shameful the way some of these places use 4/20 to rip people off. They jack up the prices, recommend their slow moving products to you, and shove you out the door without so much as much as a free pack of rolling papers or a free lighter. On 4/20 you might expect a little more consideration because they know people are going to be out buying, but instead they go the shady route. I will NEVER shop this place again. This place is absolutely SHAMELESS.

Been to this shop only once before cause I live in the valley so I called to see what deals they had today for a specific product, the man told me I would get 50% for my second time but after my 30 minute drive over the hill I get there to get helped out by STEVIE who said he would not validate the 50% off because I came to the shop in July for the first time….No where on their flyer does it say that. Horrible customer service and even after explaining that I called and I was told I would get 50% off he did nothing for me to make it right. He said he was the manager and I’m honestly extremely disappointed if that is the case because that’s full on false advertising.

usually have a great experience at this location but had a recent visit today that felt like a slap in the face. staff that helped me didn’t seem like they were happy to be at work, made me feel like we weren’t welcome. will make sure to stop by when the night shift is working. the folks during that time have been kinder.

I first visited this place when initially opened. Had a great 1st time customer discount and even discounts on the next couple of visits. Got a mailer from them pre-opening because I live in West Hollywood. The medicine is quality and lower priced than other stores in the area. You can get pre-roll for $4. Because they're lower in price, they may have a lot of customers at certain times of the day, and you may have to wait a few minutes to be helped.
