Understaffed, but there were so many staff members stocking shelves at the same time.If you order online, you cannot do in store pick up. The curbside pick up line is insanely over packed.They forgot an item for my online order and it was they could not get me the item if I came back nor refund me without going through a holiness.The item was only 97cents do it wasn't worth the fight for me.

Photo department employees need training and supervision. Between 2 employees, they'd rather stand and have personal conversations with the electronics employee rather than help customers at the counter. Photos came out darker than what showed on the kiosk. Completely disappointed.

Disappointing Experience at WalmartI recently had a regrettable shopping experience at Walmart that left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. The store's poor service, dirty environment, rude employees, and frustrating return policies all contributed to my negative impression.Upon entering the store, it was immediately evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The floors were very dirty and bathrooms were gross. The overall appearance of this Walmart gave me a sense of unease and discomfort as I navigated through the store.Moreover, the level of customer service was abysmal. Employees seemed disinterested and unapproachable, offering little to no assistance when I had questions or needed help finding items. Their demeanor was discourteous, and I was met with impatience when requesting help.Furthermore, Walmart's return policies were confusing and restrictive. I encountered difficulties when attempting to return an item, as the stringent rules around return deadlines and conditions made the process arduous and complicated. The inflexible timeframe for returns added an additional layer of frustration, leaving me feeling trapped by the store's policies.Overall, my visit to Walmart was a disappointing and disheartening experience. The combination of poor service, dirty conditions, rude employees, and frustrating return policies made for a shopping trip that I would rather forget. I hope that Walmart will take steps to improve these aspects of their operations to provide a more pleasant and customer-friendly shopping environment in the future.

Tried calling the store multiple times. No one picks up their phones. We came at 8:30 pm to return an item and shop, but they won't take returns after 7pm. They will sell you items and take your money until the close at 11pm, but if you need to return an item you need to go before 7pm, 4 hours before closing. I don't know of any other business that does this. Maybe they should value their customers more.

I just left Walmart that’s located in the Fallbrook center in West Hills , California and I will try my best not to go there again because it’s this cashier who’s name I didn’t get but she’s always in a nasty mood and she never says hello. The only thing she said was do you want a bag ? I understand that it’s difficult working with the public but if you’re going to work with an attitude say at home the best way or find another job.

Expecting a straightforward assistance or a polite directive, I was met instead with a response that not only lacked in utility but was delivered in a tone replete with condescension. Gustavo’s suggestion that I could “go get a cart at the front of the store,” a fact blatantly obvious to any patron, was imbued with an unnecessary rudeness. This alone could have been overlooked as a lapse in judgment or a bad day. However, the interaction was further marred by Gustavo’s facial expression, which was unmistakably disdainful, and his subsequent behavior. I bought a COLORWAY bike from Walmart 4 month ago and the front break broke and then the back break broke while I was cycling which put me in extreme danger as I had no possibility to stop the bike ! I got extremelly scared ! I have contacted Walmart few times over the past 3 weeks and no action was taken to find a solution for me. I called back and told me that there is nothing they can assist me with !! I am shocked as I bought this bike only 4 months ago, cycle very little time every day, never let it fall down, keep it in the garage to prevent from the rain etc ! the most awful service from Walmart !

They appear to be doing renovations that look good. It would be nice if there were less self checkouts and a few tellers but that isn't the Walmart way.

If you want to buy things that aren't food, this Walmart will do. However there are two things I don't like, first is the lack of fresh produce and second that if you want to buy something from the restricted sections, you will be escorted to the cashier to pay for it. Possibly there's a lot of small robbery going on, but they make it hard on all of us.

This store never has what you need except long lines with no lead to assist with getting help and harassment at exit for our receipts. It's better to drive across town and get what you need.

The store experience itself was very good, and I have no complaints about it. However, there are a lot of people outside of Walmart (waiting to be picked up, people promoting, homeless, and some smokers nearby near the Ross) that make this Walmart to not be 5 stars.And great cheap pies!

This location used to be better. Now the fridges smell like sea food left out on a hot day. The problem is the milk is there. Also the bread all seems to be molding and others should have been removed by now. I took pictures of this extreme case while others have minimal mold. How is no one keeping an eye on these shelfs to make sure they are freshly stocked.

Absolutely terrible. I made an online curbside pickup order. Arrived 25 minutes early from my pickup time and the staffed looked at me dumbfounded when I asked if I could get my item early. They just pointed to their tablets saying it wasn't ready. So I waited. Then 35 minutes later I get a text saying my item is out of stock and my order is canceled.

I was specifically looking for hobby supplies. Surprisingly, they did not have anything I needed. I grabbed a few needed household items and when I got in line I remembered why I always end up leaving before paying. Their lines are soooo long and their cashiers are so much slower than your average cashier.I stayed in line and when it got to be my turn, the first thing the cashier did was ask me if I had a receipt for the other items in my cart which were items I had just picked up at CVS, Joanns, & Homegoods. It's Christmas shopping season, so it would seem natural to have other bags with me. So Cashiers are working security now? It would seem they should take my money first and let the employees working the exit door do their job by checking the receipts.

Very poor service. I waited more than half an hour until I found someone who would open my closet with the goods. I have pressed the button many times. I approached the workers several times with a request to call someone. In the end, I went to the manager, who didn't even apologize for the situation. Other stores in the chain are much better, management needs to take action.

Actually, we like to go shopping at walmart, but especially this one will be avoided by us in the future! If you need something from the areas that are separately secured, then you are on the hunt for an employee who has the authority to open these areas! And instead of saying that there is none, it is pushed from one to the other 😡 has cost us a lot of unnecessary time and has never happened in other markets before!

Do it the right way, order online and drive to the rear of the store to the pickup spots. Call the number tell him you're there and the kids bring it out to the car. Very easy very simple.

I didn't do awhole of shopping at Walmart anymore....customer service is not what should be.. the Associates & mangers pop and Attitude at times. I noticed when the stess level is on the staff they take it out customer's...then customer's start popping Attitude then drama happens and everyone takes out phone's to record for Social media.. this why I'm not a big fun of Walmart
