Who doesn't like all the quirky items you'll find here, but not only that, their prices are so reasonable. We started going there for the peanut butter dog biscuits and ended up being regulars for a lot of items. But the products are not the best thing here; it's the staff. Always helpful, always friendly, always the best customer service. I went there recently thinking I had bought an item here (sport peppers) and asked several people and they tried to help me and I know they realized I was wrong but they kept smiling and helped me look for them and never said I was wrong but that they had never seen them there. Most stores would have been dismissive but they were helpful until I realized they were right. Every store should train their staff and managers ( yes even one of the managers jumped in to help) to provide this level of customer service. But if you've been here, you probably already know that.

You will find high quality groceries and healthy foods. Although all shelves fill up quickly by staffs, some items such as pastured eggs will not be available in the afternoon.

This is one of my favorite place to shop grocery. Very fresh veggies. Sprouted Organic tofu here is best compared to all other brands. Various varieties of bakery. You must try Mango and cream bars from frozen section. Neatly maintained and friendly staff. Always busy.

I been shopping at trader Joes for sometime. I think they have amazing products, and it's products makes our lives easier. Some products are more expensive than other, but i highly recommended if you care about your health.

Nice environment and the staffs were super friendly. They checked with you from time to time to see if you need any help. And one of them help me check for the stuff I wanted and even told me when they'll have the stock come in as it was out of stock the time I asked. Pretty nice place and good people, would go back for groceries.

I drive to this Trader Joe's instead of going to my local TJs because, despite the funky parking (just park farther away from entrance, good exercise!) they always have my regulars in stocks and the staff is so friendly and make the shopping experience enjoyable!! Bring back the samples (when safe :) p.s. these Almond Butter Almonds are ahmazing!!! Wasn't brave enough to get the mayo, next time!!

Saroya went above and beyond to help me find the items I was looking for and need. She is so kind and very professional and so knowledgeable about each product in the store. Michael the cashier helped me at the checkout and he was also very kind and helpful. They both need to be acknowledged for going above and beyond.

always a pleasant experience at this trader joe's. Amazing employees and yummy food. I was getting checked out by an employee named Suzy i believe, blonde with a cast of some sort on her hand, she's so sweet and I loved ALL of her food recommendations.

Regardless of what state it is in, Trader Joe's always stands nicely out from all other grocery stores. They genuinely want to help you locate things, and they know their products well. In Mainz Germany, an American couple spotted me carrying their beautiful grocery bag. They rushed up and asked me where the nearest store was. Poor guys, they were so disappointed when I told them there aren't any T. J's. in Deutschland!

Manager & all staff are very friendly, helpful & efficient. You ask about a product, they find out for you right away. Checkout is so efficient, there's barely a line. Store is very clean & well organized. Even the cart staff, takes your cart after your done, sanitizes them & has it ready for customers. Btw Keylime cookies return June-Aug <3

Hi, my name is Don and I shop very often at the Trader Joe's in west Hills, Ca. I shop there because, first of all, they have a extraordinary wonderful selection of products. And, every one of their employees is so very helpful, kind, caring and considerate. I wish all stores followed their way of doing things. Kudos to the management for the way they train their employees. I'll be seeing you quite soon again.

This Trader Joe’s made my special day EXTRA special!! At checkout, we had mentioned I got engaged that morning… shortly after we left a staff member came running out with a bouquet of flowers! I absolutely love this TJs! I go in here every week and feel like I am part of their family. Not only is everyone happy to be working here, but they are as friendly as they get! Just ask one question and they will go out of their way to accommodate you. Lots of parking available as part of the mall parking lot. Can get crowded at times, so be patient or you might have to park 15-20 spaces away. It can get quite busy during lunch and right after work as many people come here to grab a quick lunch or something for dinner. They changed the store around recently and took out one aisle (I think) which makes maneuvering through the store quite a bit better. There's lot of signs around the store marking specials and also all the very special items in their Fearless Flyer. They've got fresh cut flowers in the front and always an assortment of something seasonal outside. Lots of fresh, organic, seasoned, and fully prepared meats and dinner dishes. Because TJs is so large now, they've got massive buying power and private label many of their own items with what is probably already a popular and quality brand. You'll find this throughout all the TJ stores of course. Then there's the wine section! This is one of my favorites as I love to find a good quality bottle of wine in the $8-12 price range. Sure, I'll pay more if I have to, but why? You can always find something new here and TJ has several private labels that are just super. They now carry a Reserve Cabernet and Pinot that run right in that price range and are excellent. You'll find me stocking up on a mixed case of wine every other week and 50% of those wines are something I have tried. Great way to experiment with burning your wallet. The staff is also very knowledgeable on the wines, so just stop someone and ask! Lastly, checking out can be such a pain sometimes, but the checkers and staff here go out of their way to make you laugh and feel good. It's so refreshing to be at a business where the staff are always happy! I enjoy bagging my groceries, so they don't mind it but will help if you don't want to. Bring your own bags and you'll be entered into a raffle where they give away a cake or a car or something like that. :) The only thing I don't like about this store is that they allow solicitors to hang outside the door and upon exiting, you often have to fend them off. Not sure if they can do anything about it, but I'm just not into talking to someone that I don't want to talk to in the first place. Now if we're talking GS cookies that's another story! That's all folks!

Fantastic place to visit for your grocery needs.The cool thing about Traders Joe's is the cost of their goods, all the popular items under the house name are reasonably priced.Butt, you can can still find higher end products available alongside the house labels.The best part about shopping here 🛒 is the purposely designed flow unless you walk through the store. It's truly different than any other grocery I have walked through.Overall 👍

Grocery store for everyone!! Truly unique collection of fresh produce and regular groceries. There's always something new to find and try here. Never left disappointed. The best part is their PRICEs, no match else where. Definitely worth it. Wines are awesome as well. Ample of parking spots, fast checkouts and very friendly staff.
