Stopped here on a road trip for coffee. There was a number of cars waiting for the drive-up window and one man declared it was well worth the wait and the best coffee in the state! There is a walk-up window as well. I ordered a Mexican Mocha and asked if it could be made ‘half sweet’, as I’m not fond of overly sweet drinks. The barista did it spot on and it was delicious. There’s also a McDonald’s across the street for a bathroom break, if needed.

Terrible service. Didn't wash hands between handling money and customers cards and next order. Didn't wear a mask. Didn't make orders in the order people arrived. Shake was not bad and might deserve above average rating but health and service should always come first.

Excellent coffee. It was served hot and the taste was great. Much better choice than the chain coffee shop around the corner. On to of that, a very nice and friendly lady behind the counter that makes the experience more memorable than a simple transaction.If you are in the area looking for coffee, give this place a try 🇺🇸🦄🎉☕🍪🤩

Great Service and Friendly staff, the coffees and cocos are also very well too. I had a Coco and he had a caramel something, both were great tasting and delightful, the lady was very nice and clean. I would definitely go back again, it is a bit difficult to find but we got there.

After waiting today for over 20 minutes the kid in side runs into the Valero, comes back - helps the girl (I can only assume he knows) before me on the other side , continues to make her drinks and won’t take my order. As I’m watching his espresso making “skills” he barely presses the shots and is clumsily making drinks at the speed of smell.After waiting for another 5 minutes and no order, I throw my hands up and drove off.When ever the owner runs the shop it’s top notch, this kid needs help..

Was leaving after filling gas. Decided to get some coffee before hitting the road again.Instead of the usual, we decided to give this Mountain Expresso a try!Safe (Covid19 precautions)Friendly barista.We had hot cocoa and Expresso Shasta shake... both were great! Plus a great price too!!!Highly recommend if you are near!

How a Small Espresso Shop Survives.Mountain Espresso in Weed, CA. is a medium-size cabin like shop that I’ve been going to since 2009. However, they’re not alone anymore. There’s espresso and coffee shops everywhere. From the smallest trailers, to the largest corporate and franchised operations. So, what keeps me coming back to particular shop in my travels? First, offer what the larger, more corporate brands don't. Such as, the 32oz espresso shake, my personal favorite. Second, be familiar with your customers. As a repeat consumer, the ladies at Mountain Espresso know my name and my preferences. This isn’t a make or break requirement for me but I do appreciate the verbal shorthand now and then. Third, always have what the customer wants. Mountain Espresso has never been out of product. This might sound absurd however, I offer this example: I’ve been a regular customer for several years at an espresso shop in Sunnyside, WA, as well. One day they were out of 32oz cups. I went to another shop in nearby Prosser, WA, and never went back to the other one. No hard feelings, just found another source for what I want and another customer relationship developed. And that speaks to the fierce competition in the world of espresso. These smaller shops are as much in competition with each other as the larger chains trying to take their customers. I’m a dedicated customer for sure, but I must balance this with how results oriented I am. Mountain Espresso, so far, has kept the scale tipped towards the results. And don’t worry ladies, the new Starbucks across the street isn’t even a consideration. But I may use their Wi-Fi.

This is one of my favorite places to get coffee in Weed. The employees are nice, the coffee is good and the price is reasonable. I really like their Mexican Mocha and their seasonal Eggnog Latte.

The Snowy Mt Shasta Expresso is the bomb bomb straight the best shake I have ever had cup lined with chocolate whip cream you cant go wrong to good also love my cup of chocolate dryers ice cream with whip cream and chocolate sauce in a cup Dreyers ice cream is the best and of course the other best part about this place is the lady that works the afternoon to closing shift rocks has the best attitude and always puts a smile on my face beautiful uplifting energy,hardworking,dedicated,funny,beautiful the whole package top notch lady super chill attitude as well over all I rated this place a 5 out of 5 thank you Mt Shasta tor my new Snowy Mt Shasta Expresso Shake addiction loving it !!♡♡
