Love Grocery Outlet 💗 I save $40-60/week over the other grocers in our area. Wonderful selection with lots of produce, frozen, canned goods, baking supplies & more. They even have organic produce, plenty of other organic items, vegetarian choices & non-GMO too for those of us who prefer it.

Dusty the cashier is the saving star of this location. I've been to numerous Grocery Outlets throughout California. This is the only one that won't allow me to have my dog with me as I shop. Didn't even ask if he is a service animal. Not that he is. Lady said it's the law. Every other Bargain Market in the state of California always welcomes my dog and say they encourage dog owners to bring their dogs in so they can say hi. Thank you dusty for being an excellent customer service representative.

Grocery Outlet is awesome. Driving between Las Vegas NV and Port Orford OR we always stop here. It is a great spot to stop for gas and groceries. The prices are very good. The shelves are well stocked and there is a great selection of items. The employees are very friendly.

Boycott this chain. They do not allow service dog inside. 3 emails to corporate and multiple voicemails with no return calls or emails. Rodney is the rudest employee I’ve ever met.

Love this Grocery Outlet right across the street to a Pilot truck stop. We do long haul trucking and appreciate being able to restock our small truck fridge with affordable groceries from a clean and stocked store. They even have some ethic products that I grew up eating and gave me quite the nostalgia. It's been my favorite place to stop at to shutdown for the night!

The trash outside (and near the back?!?! Yikes!) is starting to more closely resemble what's going on inside with the amount of out of date or just straight-up expired (and somehow within date) stuff being offered here... how is it legal to keep selling expired food like this? Repeatedly? Hope the right people read this and do something. There aren't a lot of options in this town for groceries, and the other is now so overpriced for meh-quality, many are stuck with G.O.... wish we had more options here (or ones that didn't attempt to treat people like fecal matter stuck on their shoes)... if you can afford to go somewhere else, you're better off! If you have to go here... do so at your own risk + good luck.

It's the lowest grocery prices in South Siskiyou County! Been there twice. I love the NOSH aisle best. Also bargain self-care, household, and pet stuff as well as holiday/seasonal stuff.

Above-average, spacious grocery outlet with lots of great deals! Friendly service and fast lines. Also, probably the most beautiful view from any grocery outlet anywhere, with Mount Shasta looming in the background.

I was shopping in the store on my way to check out. Out of nowhere, as if I were being stalked, the manager comes running up behind me, grabs my cart with both hands and demands that I leave the store. I had my baby puppy with me and he started rambling on about health department rules and having to remove the cart and sanitize it. Then told me to get out. The Manager will not be employed there by the end of the month..Boycot this location.

I don’t understand why there are no public restrooms for the customers here. I was told I must go over to Pilot across the street. If I have a child or elderly with me and a shopping cart full of items to buy what am I to do. I am very disappointed

The manager lady that has gray hair followed me out of the store and when she got to her car she started talking out loud and making confrontational body language my direction. Glad you got to work at 530 am. You should appreciate your job more cause I could do it 10x better for less pay..I'm sure alot of ppl would.Also, quit being verbally abusive towards your emplyees.

A nice, cozy place away from all the city madness. It has all the groceries one would need. Being very close to the Weed exit, it was easy access.The only drawback was the number of staff. It would have been good if there were a few more support staff.The staff that were available were very helpful and provided the needed guidance when they were available.I would recommend this place for people looking to grab some small groceries. However, be prepared to spend a bit extra time. Would be good to have a couple of self check outs.

Stopped here on my way home from a trip. Almost home yet so far. Was able to pick up quick groceries, dinner and a snack and it wasn't junk food! Great prices!

Gross out is by far the most affordable place to shop in the county. Always be mindful of the dates on items as they are generally very close to their expiration or sell by date. Stores clean employees are friendly. I just wish you could count on the store having the same thing every time you visit. Currently, they may have something one week but not the next..

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. This store was awesome when it first opened. Lately it seems as though this owner operator(Rodney) likes to keep pushing up the prices on certain items. Also don't ever have to use the restroom while you are shopping as the owner operator (Rodney) has made it a policy that NO PAYING CUSTOMERS CAN USE THE RESTROOMS!!! Constant employee turnover says a lot about a business and the owner. Maybe they weren't allowed to use the restroom when they needed to...🤡

Great store in this area lots of deals on supplements no so much on organic produce though. Plenty of odds and ins deals on nuts nutter butter.. Organic dried fruit is a plus

I shop there regularly.There are some cashiers that work there that can really make your day , while there are other workers, like a certain night manager who is loud, rude, obnoxious, with a super loud fake laugh who has been so rude to me when I've asked a question politely that my family and I have just walked out without shopping. I hadn't seen her in quite a while so i thought she had moved on. I was grateful for that. But I encountered her tonight and started to ask her if they had a certain food and she interrupted me and said she had no idea, let out her cackling laugh and went into the office. I walked out. I am more frequently looking for an alternative place to shop.One bad employee can wreck the energy of a whole store. For shame.

Absolutely disgusted at how I was hounded in this store because I brought with me my service dog. I was surrounded by staff who said there was no dogs allowed and when I explained and offered to show my credentials they refused to look. The old shelf stacker ran for a manager and this old lady appeared and I explained and again offered to show my credentials. She asked what service he provided and I told her. She asked the nature of my disability and I informed her that she's not allowed to ask that but she kept asking. I got so upset that I decided to leave and still this old lady manager followed me asking what service does he provide.I will be contacting corporate about this. Outrageous!Addendum: I contacted corporate about this occurrence and they never responded. Clearly it is company policy for them to discriminate against people who need the support of a service animal.

This Grocery Oulet could care less about our veterans, who served our country and are disabled because of our service... and chooses to violate our civil rights GUARANTEED under the ADA by not allowing us to have our service dog inside the store!Psychiatric service dogs (PSDs) ARE NOT "emotional support animals"... regardless of what their manager, Jody, thinks or says!!! Not all disabilities are on the surface and many veterans suffer from PTSD which is why some have a PSD in the first place.It is definitely ILLEGAL, to have an employee, determine that a PSD is only an "emotional support animal", in their eyes and is "nothing more" than that, because they "KNOW" THIS!TO HAVE THEIR MANAGER JODY APPROACH US IN THE STORE AND DEMAND WE LEAVE, CAUSING A SCENE BECAUSE SHE SAYS "EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS" ARE NOT ALLOWED IN STORES IN CALIFORNIA... IS ILLEGAL AND WAS COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL TOWARDS ME, MY DISABILITIES, AND MY PSD along with my dog's job! Not to mention the toll such an action has on a disabled veteran's mental health when this happens...After the manager Jody, was made aware that I was a disabled veteran, that my dog was a Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD) performing her duty, and that the duty was for my mental health... she kept insisting that I was in the wrong and demanding that we leave HER store with my "emotional support animal" or she would call the police...PERHAPS, if i had more time when this happened, we should have made her call the police and had gotten an official report of this illegal action?Sure... I could have went to my vehicle and got my dog's "paperwork" but that is not required under the law and the scene she made was entirely uncalled for with Jody making EVERY person in the store stare at us and aware of my disabilities which is the last thing I could ever want to happen to us.This is just another situation of a store discriminating against a disabled veteran, and their PSD, because an employee has taken it upon themselves to WRONGLY interpret the laws as THEY see fit when THEY see fit!I do know, that we will NEVER set foot in another Grocery Outlet ever again!!!I will definitely be spending my day filing an official complaint under our ADA, talking with a lawyer about what occurred, and making sure this NEVER happens to another disabled person at a Grocery Outlet again!MAYBE even organize a protest, at the store, with other disabled veterans and their service dogs?There definitely needs to be actions taken to prevent businesses like Grocery Outlet, and their UNTRAINED employees, from trampling on disabled people's Civil Rights... our Civil Rights GUARANTEED UNDER OUR LAWS!Shame on you Grocery Outlet!!!Your business should show more respect to disabled veterans, their Civil Rights, and their Psychiatric service dogs (PSDs)!And obviously train your employees better instead of shaming your disabled customers in front of others as they see fit!

Horrible service by the owner Rodney. Tried to come in with my (service dog) that's in training and he started asking personal/ harassing questions crossing the lines of hipaa rights, his question was whats the reason he's a service dog? He then jumped off his forklift and got in my face my dog jumped he said oh definitely not a service dog. Extremely unprofessional.I never leave reviews but this was by far the worst encounter I've ever had at a store before.
