Really great customer service. Any problem we had with the room was resolved on a timely manner and with great customer service. Greeted and welcomed everytime. Establishment was very clean and rooms are of great space. Best part is location and convenience of being off the freeway. The beds and pillows made us come back to stay again, for other days passing through.

I had a very nice stay at the Comfort Inn - I used this as a base for hiking, snowshoeing, and running around Shasta and the Castle Crag Wilderness. The location is easily accessible right off the highway and nearby a grocer and Starbucks. I was able to get lunch supplies for my trips from the grocer and a nice cup of coffee every morning on the way out the door. The service was friendly and the facilities were always clean. They did a nice job with the rooms and common areas. I really appreciated the hot breakfast every morning with bacon, eggs, fresh fruit, and biscuits with gravy. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was hot with good pressure, and the room AC kept things quite comfortable at all hours. All in all, this was a fair value for the price. I would definitely return again.Nearby activities: Amazing hiking, snowshoeing, and backpacking in the area. This hotel makes for a great base camp for many amazing outdoor activities.

I looked and paid extra money for a place with a jacuzzi. When I got there they said the jacuzzi is closed due to it being seasonal. It would've been nice to be informed that the jacuzzi does not operate in this current season when we booked the reservation. We are just here for the night on a road trip and would've just gotten a cheaper hotel knowing the jacuzzi was out of service.

2.3.24: After driving 9 hours, we decided to stay the night in Weed as weather was getting iffy in the mountains. It was a quick and easy check-in and our room was pretty decent. Shower tub drained and the bed was comfy. The room has a binder filled with info like a list of TV channels, food/restaurants nearby, and possible day activities to explore in the area. What I liked about this place is when you walk in the hotel lobby, there's complimentary iced lemon water, hot tea, and hot cocoa as well as granola bars and lollipops. In the morning, they offered a complementary self-serve breakfast bar that had bacon, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles, bagels/toast, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, and various pastries.Walkability: Gas station, Taco Bell, and Starbucks all within a walking distance

We had a lovely stay the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The best part was they had electric chargers there. And that made it very easy to charge the car overnight. I wish more hotels had electric chargers. it makes people more comfortable having an electric car, knowing that there are chargers along the way. Especially at the hotels. The sunrise on the surrounding mountains was so beautiful!

I stay at comfort Inn's for a reason for their hot breakfast. This one is horrible for the hot breakfast. I asked for more stuff 25 minutes later. They're out front sitting at the desk.Beware, beware, beware, probably won't. Is breakfast

My husband and I always come to this hotel. Even when the Quality Inn was around we always stayed here. The one negative thing that I have is the television channels. It's obvious it's more of a conservative owner. Fox channel, Fox News and the 5 other channels are the only things on the television.Suggestion:Please upgrade your cable service and have imore variety of channels, not so-called conservative.Add towel bars in bathrooms.11/27/23 Ms Jemanna is an EXCELLENT in front desk customer service. Thank you and NAIL YOUR DREAMS.đź’š

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The front desk and housekeeping were so friendly. My room was very clean and cozy. The shower stayed super hot the whole time with strong water pressure. And the hot breakfast was a plus. The location is very easy to get to just right off the exit and located next to plenty of stores. (Video is the view from the 3rd floor looking out of our room window when it was snowing)Rooms: very clean, spacious, cozyWalkability: In walking distance to Grocery Outlet, McDonald's, Taco Bell, gas stationsFood & drinks: Local food nearby, restaurants and fast food

We stopped in the morning and registered at the Weed comfort inn gave our id and credit card and was told it would be 15 minutes before our room was ready and we said we would be back later and was told that was fine. We requested a ground floor room due to handicap issues and 2 dogs. We came back late afternoon and were told we weren’t registered and were put on the 2nd floor. I would never stay there again. I requested a complaint form and was told that they didn’t have any.Rooms: Ok

Torn, worn, and tired, this Comfort Inn charges Holiday Inn prices for a flophouse motel experience. My room smelled musty and had mold stains, torn wallpaper, torn sheers, ants in the bathroom and long black hair in the bed sheets. The area is a bit shady with an abandoned hotel, vacant lot, and lots of trucks nearby. Elevator was broken when I was there as was the card reader for the outside door. Breakfast was unremarkable. I will avoid this place in the future and so should you!Rooms: Furniture is beat up, stained, and worn. One of the beds did not have clean sheets and there were ants in the bathroom. The room smelled musty.Safety: This is right off the interstate in the truck stop part of Weed. Lots of trucks parked along the roads. There's an abandoned hotel in the same block as this place that obviously has folks living in it along with vacant lots and lots truck drivers park in.Walkability: Fine to walk around during the day, but would feel less comfortable at night. There are sidewalks around the area and you can walk to some of the gas stations and restaurants off the highway easily.

Room was large (King + Sofa bed + wetbar) and quiet since it was on the end. However, it was really well-worn and the sofa bed was of the poorest quality and almost unusable..foam mattress maybe 2" thick on springs that didn't lay flat. Front desk was reluctant to provide towels & bedding for the 3rd guest who was using it. They were out of many breakfast things (waffles, but no syrup or anything to put on them). Like another hotel in this brand, the pool was closed so that was a disappointment. I was worried though, when I saw the many semis that were parked in the immediate vicinity for the night, but this wasn't a problem. Fortunately, just a 1 night stay as we were passing through.

The best part of this hotel is the staff, namely Jennifer, who worked mainly at night. We were stuck here for a week due to weather conditions, and all the staff, Jennifer, in particular, went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and safe. The rooms could use an update for sure, old furniture, smells, bad plumbing, and very undesirable at a very high price point. The staff, though, are ALL top shelf.

Front desk staff were very nice. Speedy check-in. 3 stars because they are in desperate need of updating. Walls were peeling, dirty carpet in the room, bathroom looked like it belonged in a locker room. Really surprised at how much they’re charging for the current state of the rooms. Bed comfort was ok though.

They sent us to a room that hadn't been cleaned and the were snotty about having to switch rooms. A little over spendy. $206. Bucks for 2 guys 2 beds . Maybe on I-5 that's the price.Walkability: You can easily walk to McDonald's! None of the above!

Stopped at this hotel after a long drive through Oregon in snow and a spin out. I was so exhausted driving and had not made reservations. The gentleman on the other side of the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. Beds were super clean and comfortable. Complimentary coffee was delicious. Overall it was a great stay. I didn’t really get to explore the town since I was in somewhat late due to the weather conditions. This hotel is conveniently located off the 5 freeway. I highly recommended this place. Make sure to sign up for rewards.

I'm a trucker and my truck broke down off the 5 and my company put me up here. I'm really glad they chose this place out of all the ones I could of stayed in.The place is very clean from when you first walk in until you get to your room. The people all the way down to the maintenance guy were really friendly and down to earth. The rooms are perfect, and when I was walking around in the morning I noticed that they had also suites that were more than spacious to hold a family. Pillows were perfectly plush the way all motel/hotel pillows should be. One thing that really stood out for me is that I was able to hook up my roku with ease. I say this because I've been in so many places that don't have easy access to the back of the TVs for devices and I liked that.Breakfast was amazing and they definitely did not hold back on the selection. The first day I tried to eat healthy but the second day I dove into the biscuits and gravy and they taste like someone put some care and effort into making them. I did wish they had eggs available but thats only because of personal preference. What's really cool is that because of my circumstances and my truck not being readily available yet, they went above and beyond on my late check out and I really do appreciate it. All in all it was definitely a memorable experience. If y'all want a great room for the weekend... this is a perfect place to stay for a day after of exploring what Weed has to offer.FrostDaddy(Trucker Handle)

The location of this motel is great if you need a place to sleep while traveling along I-5 in the Mt. Shasta/Weed area. The staff were courteous and check-in after a 14 hour drive was easy. Unfortunately that's where the positive ends for me. The room was ok but the mold in the bathroom, poor wall repairs in the shower, ripped shears at the window and slow drains diminished the property. At $200/night midweek I have to believe there are better options for the area.

Stayed here for a night. Pretty decent hotel compared to what's in the area. I was able to get checked in pretty quickly since I had booked through the app. Staff was nice and hotel felt clean. They do have a pool and hot tub out back but it's closed still due to Covid. There is a grill at the back door too. The gym has a few machines to use but could use some weights and/or exercise balls. There is laundry there as well. Breakfast was pretty skimpy. There is plenty of places to eat nearby, a grocery store, and fuel stations. They also have a few EV chargers and trucks parking all over nearby. Overall it's a nice place to stay when passing through or checking out the area.
