I've seen so many changes in the last decade, and the the one thing that has stayed the same is the clerks, no matter who they are or how long they've been there they are always polite & helpful. I'm greatful for the pharmacy staff that have stayed through all the changes. Without them we would have no pharmacy here at all.The down side:I wish that the corporation would give enough incentive to new employees that they would stay so we could have our old pharmacy hours. The male pharmacist shouldn't be aloud to answer the phone. To say he is rude is putting it mildly.

I’ve lived in Weaverville, CA for quite sometime. There’s been few pharmacies changed in our small town. Weaverville CVS is the worst Pharmacy ever!! Rude, they don’t answer the phones, the Pharmacist is an arrogant jerk and has nothing nice to say. The man finds it funny when someone is upset that their prescription is not filled on time. He and another pharmacist assistant are absolutely rude to customers. I miss owen’s pharmacy. The nearest pharmacy is an hour away. My point is this Pharmacy is worthless!!! CVS CORPORATION get your pharmacy staff under control with proper and excellent customer service. Especially male pharmacist.

Every single time I have had a Rx sent to this CVS there have been countless problems with the most simple of orders like a simple antibiotic never showed up despite me calling the Dr and the pharmacy emailing the Dr to get the Rx but that's the least of my complaints(I gave up on that one all together) NOW I JUST HAD A GALLBLADDER REMOVAL OPPERATION and my Dr sent in a Rx for some Norco only like 8 of them or something close to that and it's been close to 3 days since I left the hospital and I have had no meds for pain at all it's been rough but still the pharmacy has not been able to fill the Rx so I'm just sitting here doing my best with nothing and in complete misery unable to get comfortable at night and having a really hard time with everything I'm a bigger girl and moving around has been hard then I discover I'm allergic to the bandage they used on me so that just adds to my discomfort and this pharmacy can't seem to get it together I'd hate to see what happens if this was a life or death medication I was needing

Thank you Weaverville, CA CVS employees and customers for wearing masks to better protect your customers from COVID-19. No other store in town is on top of it like you are. It is greatly appreciated, as I work with children and infants.Thank you employees for ALWAYS being kind and helpful. Small town communities rely on good people like yourselves.

Sad store. Pharmacy hours are a joke. Store opens at 8, pharmacy not til 1000. Watched this place slide downhill for years.

They had everything I needed and more. I was happy to be able to get everything we needed in one shop. The store was clean and the aisle signage made it easy to find what I needed. The staff was polite and helpful.

This place is great don't get me wrong, and the people that work there are wonderful... but it closes earlier and earlier. I needed things for my infant daughter, checked online and it said it was open, made the drive only to find it closed. I miss having one 24hr place in town

Had to pick up a phoned in prescription. Waited in line 20 minutes. Then told had to wait under expedited 20 minutes, so went shopping. Came back. 4 people in line but went pretty quick. About 10 minutes.

Only 24 hour place in town, that's a plus. Long lines in the AM, however, very courteous service, mostly cheaper than Top's for basic needs.*Update*There is a CVS app now for smartphones.
